Kevin B did an amazing job with our first time install. He helped move some things around in our garage so he could better access the back wall for the install and he was very minimal with drilling mess. The wifi worked immediately with no issues and the installation was quick. He also wore a mask and shoe covers when asked because we have an immunocompromised family member living here.

Very happy with my experience. I needed to move my router to a different location in the house. I was able to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out in under 3 minutes. After waiting way too long to switch to Wyyerd Fiber from Cox, I finally made the call and got an appointment for the same week. Edgar M. was my installer and he was awesome!! Arrived a few minutes early (love the actual appt time, not a window where you have to wait around for hours) and he was so courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to be sure I didnt need assistance connecting devices and explained what he was doing. So happy I made the switch and that my second contact with the company (after Joann took my order and she was awesome too) was so positive. Edgar is a great representative for the company from my experience!

Theres so many good things about Wyyerd, honestly. I was delaying calling them because I know that usually it takes like an hour to get things rolling with other companies.. the info they need over the phone..everything lags. I just went to their website and in less than a minute, I had placed my order for service. The very next day, they came and installed. No issues there and the installation was just quick and easy. The gentleman, Kevin B, came to install everything. He was kind, caring, and did an amazing job ..great customer service. Im very pleased. I cant recommend Wyyerd enough, their technicians are stellar and easily went above and beyond. Braxton is excellent, he showed up quickly, worked through a rain storm to get my fiber setup perfectly, and it worked flawlessly. Saul also was of great help, he came extremely quickly - less than 2 hours from me calling customer service to him coming out - when I had a minor hiccup that I had personally caused, and he resolved it flawlessly. Ill definitely be recommending Wyyerd to everyone, the customer service is stellar.

Half the price of Cox, twice as fast speeds, a EXCEPTIONAL customer service from my technician, JT.Sign up was easy online (they even had same-day appointments). JT came on time, and the install was super fast and easy. It is very rate to experience absolute perfection in terms of service, offering, price, terms and contract, process, speed of installation, execution of on-location install, app for managing the network, and online customer payment portal. Was not expecting this whens someone knocked at my door and I quickly turned them away because I was busy yet they left a door hanger. After looking at my service with cox and comparing it with Wyyerd minimum offer it was no contest on the upload speed. After talking with Jay Chavez on the phone and getting further details, seemed to good to be true. I gave it a shot, I never even signed anything, theres was no contract, no promo period, no equipment cost no nothing. A couple of days later a tech shows up and they pull the optical fiber from the street to my house. And then on a day of my preference for install another tech shows up to install from my exterior wall to inside my house. Extremely polite and professional. I cant believe the amount of imvestment they brought to our community and the upfront investment in install, equipment and time. Incredible. After having tested their service for just two days it was undeniable this is the peak of service that I have ever experienced with ANY telecom company. I happily called cox and have them the boot!! Did so with a smile and since then it has been nothing but perfect. No data caps, works with all my devices new and old. Wifi coverage way superior. A+++

Wyyerd Fiber offered us an upgrade on our device. We accepted it, and they came and installed it. The next day, I had connection issues and was very frustrated as I used it for work. I immediately called, and Rocky S. took the call. It took us about 35 minutes, but Rocky S. was patient and gave excellent service as we walked through the issue, helping me understand the possible problems. We figured out exactly what was disrupting my connection. I am very impressed with Rocky and his incredible support experience. 5 Stars all the way.

I just had one of the best experiences ever. After experiencing multiple dropped video calls during meetings and service throttling for a year I decided to switch to Wyyerd. I was able to make an appointment the very next day. Antonio A. came to my home and wired fiber to my home. Immediately the latency issues resolved, but we were only getting 10% of the total gigbit bandwidth. I called tech support and Ron R. and I were able to test every inch of the setup and identify the problem being the Cat 5 cables going into the switch. I called an electrician to come out and install Cat 6, but he did not cap the wires. I called Wyyerd tech support again and Adriana E. asked that I call Saul M. directly to get someone from his team to come to my home ASAP to cap the wires. I did exactly that and the next day Ricardo V. and JT B. were at my house capping those wires and making sure every ethernet port in my house that had Cat 6 wiring provided gigabit bandwidth. To my surprise I actually got 1 Gb download and 1 Gb upload with latency of 5 ms!!! I have never seen it that spot on before. I cant thank Wyyerd enough for their product and customer service. Im truly glad I switched.

Internet speed has been exceptional and have had it for 2 to 3 months so far.One issue did arise after moving to Wyyred, I had some ethernet lines that stopped working after making the switch to Wyyred. I called their support center and they scheduled two techs to come investigate.Jesus and Jose were both polite, cordial, and very professional. On top of that they were able to identify the issue and restored the connections. Thank you again to those two.Would recommend Wyyred to anyone that is able to purchase their service.

Wyyerd Fiber is currently doing construction in my neighborhood and they have completely torn up the streets, they never clean up it’s a mess everywhere they throw all of their tools on peoples lawns, they leave open trenches everywhere, and today was the last straw they put new pavement on a sidewalk square but didn’t block it off so when I was walking my dogs on leash they stepped in fresh cement and NOT 1 worker bothered to help or say sorry, 1 bozo even said “it’s common sense”, yeah, common sense to block it off!! When I called customer service I reached a lady who sounded as if she had just woken up. When I told her the issues, she said someone would call me back. What a poor excuse for a new company, STAY AWAY FROM WYYYERD they are a terrible company I wouldn’t feel comfortable with their careless and indifferent workers coming into my home as they are not even BBB Acreddited I’ll stick with COX or ATTOpen trench/fresh cement not blocked offand trash from where they ate lunch👇🏽

Wyyerd is an improvement over the other ISPs, but they have room for improvement. If you have to reach out for support, Rocky is their saving grace. Ask for him to make sure someone is actually running your issue to ground.Ok so after working with Wyyerd again, I bumped them up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Rocky again was the reason we fixed the issue, his management team did provide him an assist, but ultimately, he was working his butt off to figure out my issue and did (again). This guy is what customer service is about. Ill bump them up to five if I get the same support moving forward.

Had it a week now, and received first monthly bill - which was exactly as the lovely customer service rep described. Great experience, highly recommended. Got the 1GB connection, for $10/month less than Ive been paying Cox for for the last 14 years. Offered Cox the opportunity to price match, they said no. Really happy to be with this local company instead. Hoping they find a way to expand to the rest of San Diego, so you can all experience the Internet the way it was meant to be!!

This was a poor experience from the start. I ordered Wyyerd service upon receiving their letter in the mail. Despite my excitement to switch from COX, I didnt even receive an email confirmation from Wyyerd after ordering online. I had to call them for clarification, and they eventually gave me an installation date.On the scheduled day, I left work early for the 4 pm installation time they gave me, only for them to arrive an hour late. After looking around they informed me that they couldnt locate the Wyyerd service and scheduled me a second installation date. Once again the date came, I left work early for the 4 pm appointment AGAIN, only for them to show up 2 hours late this time and repeated the same information the first technician game me. I literally had to call the call center multiple times to inquire about whatever issues may be going on.They also couldn’t be clear about the issue.This has been such a frustrating experience with a lot of wasted time, and I currently have no internet, waiting for them to resolve the issue. Im giving 1 star only because Saul, the technicians supervisor, provided some type of helpful information. But honestly at this point, I wouldnt recommend this service to my family and friends.Ill definitely return for a second review after seeing how they handle things going forward. Please stay tuned.

I noticed several months ago that Wyyerd was installing fiber in my neighborhood. That prompted me to research the company and see some reviews before even considering changing internet providers. I also wanted to give my previous internet provider a chance to improve pricing as the cost of their plans was getting out of control. I called and told them that what they were giving me (1 GIB down and 50 MEGS unlimited) for the price I was paying was not looking very promising. I told them that this new internet provider (Wyyerd) was offering 2 GIGS down and 2 GIGS up unlimited for the same price I was paying them for basically half the service. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back to tell me that there was nothing they could do. That prompted me to call Wyyerd and get the 2 GIGS up and 2 GIGS down service for $150.00. The installer came to my house at exactly the time we scheduled the work to be done and he installed the cable modem/router in a short period of time. I can tell you this thing flies and couldnt be happier. Now I can watch 4K video upstairs + upload big files to the cloud, my wife watch 4K video downstairs, my son play really intense video games on his computer and my other son upload really big files to the cloud ALL AT THE SAME TIME with absolutely no issues or slowdowns.We are so happy that we have Wyyerd as our internet provider and recommend it to anybody out there that has it available in the area.

To say he impressed us is an understatement, he took the time to tell us about the company, and showed us the available options. Best part: He did not come off as the typical con man just trying to sell us a product. So we made an appointment for Friday.Wyyerds field tech Jose Miranda, along with another young man (I forgot to get his name, sorry) showed up on time (really), explained the system and how they were going to perform to work. 35 minutes or so later and they were done. I had already downloaded their app the night before, so he gave me a quick but concise tutorial.The service is considerably faster than before, no more buffering, and the best part: no WiFi dead zones! About a month ago, Wyyerd installed fiber in my neighborhood in Chula Vista. I didnt think much of it when I saw the flyer on my door but one day David came door knocking through the neighborhood. I had been pretty unhappy with Cox being unreliable so I was willing to give him a listen. Im glad I did.I had been on the Cox 500 Mbps plan and with a speed test David showed me I was actually getting 150 mbps or less.Wyyerd was able to provide me with consistently faster speeds (with much faster upload) for a better price. David was communicative throughout the process, and the day of the install Carlos worked quickly and efficiently.I eventually had my fiber internet go down for a day over the weekend and was worried that the situation with Cox would be repeating itself. However JT the tech came out the following morning and quickly explained and fixed the problem. (Fiber cables are sensitive so one mustve gotten pinched when finishing up during the install)Im optimistic about Wyyerd Fiber and am also happy to say they provide their own modem and router free of charge!

The 2gb speed fiber is the best thing ever, after being with cox for 15 years I switched and cant be happier. Thanks a lot to Anthony very helpful representative. Fast and no issues whatsoever thanks again I recommend 1000%

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Extremely fast connection. Well worth the fee I am paying conpared with Cox s and AT&Ts. Yes, I had both at the same time.WyYerds installation was fast. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.Customer service called promptly to follow-up on the installation and other concerns that I might have.The company does not nickle and dime the customers like Cox Cable and AT&T.I wish they provide cable TV service as well.

I have been trying to contact this company for a few weeks but they have no answering service and only work during the day which worries me. I would like to swap my internet but if they only work from 8AM TO 5 PM, then what do I do if the internet goes down after working hours?Update: I got a hold 9f someone. They do have after hours support and I did transfer to their Fiber. So far it is running amazingly. They are far cheaper, faster, and a better deal than AT&T. YOU NEED THIS INTERNET PROVIDER.

Wyyerd has been great, they have been working hard to get my high speed fiber internet to my neighborhood. Shout out to Juan Ramirez for making sure our internet was squared away. I accidentally broke it and he came right back to make sure we were good. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone that doesn’t want to deal with AT&T and COX internet in west Chula Vista

Ive never been to the Wyyerd office because I have never needed too. Customer service on the phone has been absolutely great! You dont have to do the whole push 1 for this, push 2 for that, push 3 for talking to whoever, push 4 for what subject matter you want, etc.... You very quickly get a real person in this country (in my case about 12 miles away) to talk with and who will take care of you. Cant say enough about their customer service! I have both Wyyerds internet and phone service and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever.
