First piece of Tom Everhart art I bought was from Wyland, about a year ago, and had it shipped to TX. Didn’t know any better when received but I do now. Bought a second Everhart from a local Houston studio. The framing quality is night and day. Wyland basically glued four corners and pasted, so the middle looks floppy and sticking out from the corners. The frame itself was in poor quality too, see the pictures. The back of the frame wasn’t even aligned. Now that I see how art is supposed to be framed, I would never go back here.

Walking by and decided to stop in, shortly thereafter was greeted by Lloyd who was a very friendly guy and just started explaining some of the details of some of the art that we were looking at. A lot of yard galleries that Ive gone to do not have anything unique and are way overpriced. Not the case here. High quality, unique pieces combined with woods very informative conversation made this short visit a highlight of my short visit to Tahoe this time around.

Great collection of art with knowledgeable art consultants. They have art from Wayland but also several others. When we were there one of the artists was scheduled for a meet & greet, a regular weekend occurrence. In the Raleys shopping center this is worth a stop if youre coming to Lake Tahoe. We really enjoyed the art gallery vibe with no sales pressure. RECOMMENDED

Plenty of free parking. We were able to meet Wyland, the artist. Fun to hear from him and see him paint. The prices were just a bit steep for us.

Currently this is where 2 of my favorite artists pieces have a home to be purchased. Great employees and knowledgable!

Beautiful collection! The gallery is inviting and the gentleman working there was very knowledgeable. He showed us the works we wanted and the history of each. Never pushy to buy something. Can’t wait to go back!

The notion that this gallery caters to mediocre artists is entirely laughable. I love the pieces offered for viewing. Art is kept up-to-date and rotated regularly.Children are welcomed and all clients are treated with respect. I genuinely adore each trip to this Wyland location.

I walked in with my wife off the street where we were greeted soon after in a extremely professional manner, the man who was working was very knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend going here to get a beautiful piece for your collection.

Not just work by Wyland, they have prints, bronzes, and other works from a number of high profile artists. Dont go in expecting gift shop prices of course, but even if you arent in the market for a thousand dollar print, its worthwhile just to go in and browse. They have some really beautiful pieces, and who knows? You might find something you just cant live without. The people there are friendly and eager to answer any questions about the works even if you arent a serious buyer. If youve been to a Wyland gallery in another city, expect to see similar things.
