I have so many words I would like to share with Write My Wrongs. They are the most amazing people and go far and beyond making your book a work of art, to making you feel special, and like a writer. I love them, and look forward to working with them again. I especially loved Faith, my editor, and I grew So fond of Tony, the owner, they are always there to help with in hours of yourneeds. While I was writing The Journey, I was wondering if I would find a publishing company that would publish my book, being that it was my first book. I was also wondering if I would find a publishing company that would listen to my story and is willing to publish my book. After I finished writing the manuscript I started looking for a good publishing company. I went on my computer and asked Google to show me some good publishing companies. Google came back with a list of ten good publishing companies. I looked at what they were offering and the one that came close to what I was looking for was, the Write My Wrongs company because they were offering Manuscript editing, Manuscript publishing, and Copyright. My book looked very good when they were finished. I would recommend Write My Wrongs to anyone that is looking for a good publishing company.

Recently I had my second book edited by Write my wrongs and I was impressed by Write My Wrongs customer service. I couldnt believe how well they made me feel. Ive dealt with other editing services in the past but none could match the attention to detail that WMW provided me. It was top notch service, something you dont much anymore.I first interacted with Chrissy who was professional and courteous. Then Kennedy took over as my editor and we worked together for a while to create the exact book I wanted. She gave me excellent advice. It was like they both knew exactly what I wanted and helped me craft my book into something I was proud of. There were moments during the process that I wanted to give up, due to personal tragedies. Within two months, I lost my nephew and dad. With their encouragement I was able to push forward and complete the process.Write My Wrongs taught me so many things I can use in the future. If your looking for a personable, detailed editing team, you have found it! And I do mean “team”. You aren’t just hiring one person to look over your manuscript but a few that make sure nothing is missed.As I was searching for editors, Write My Wrongs from the start, was very personable and clear with all they had to offer (which were some good options to fit any budget). I never felt pressured.Once I was assigned to a head editor and her team, she checked in with me every week to keep me updated. They are very kind but definitely constructive in all emails and suggestions. They never made me feel dumb with how many mistakes I had and always came back with options to word something better. Write My Wrongs did a great job under a very trying set of circumstances. I had previously contracted with another editing company. Unfortunately, that particular company went out of business, three weeks prior to my expected publishing date.After initially panicking, I contacted Allen from Write My Wrongs. I explained to him my situation, and he devised a plan where the entire manuscript would go through a Premium Edit, while also meeting the deadline. I dealt with three terrific editors in an assembly line-like fashion. The manuscript went from one editor, to me, to another editor, back to me, and then to a proofreader for final edits. I never once had to wait during this accelerated process and the quality of the editing was terrific! The Write My Wrong team was professional, talented, and hard working. Writing a book is a difficult journey. Without the right editing and writing services, it is near impossible to be successful. Thankfully, I found Write My Wrongs and I am eternally thankful I did. Write My Wrongs exceeded all of my expectations for writing and editorial services. For all of my future novels, I have committed myself to exclusively working with Write My Wrongs (WMW).My initial search for a good editing service was tough. I couldn’t believe how many customer service representatives at other companies showed no interest on my passion and simply asked for my credit card within the first five minutes. At one point I almost gave up, until I found WMW.Initially, Allen didn’t care to talk about their packages and was not interested in making money off of me. The first question he asked me was “What is your book about?”.We then only discussed my novel and my passion for writing it before he even brought up packages and prices. From there, he discussed what they offered that would best suit my needs. I couldn’t believe it! He then gave the first chapter to an editor he felt would be best suited for a horror novel. That editor (James) came back and said he would accept the job. I couldn’t believe the insight she provided. It not only gave me confidence in my work but also gave me assurance that I was on the right track. My book talks about risky things—societal issues and matters that are not only controversial in today’s political environment, but also very necessary to bring up.I couldn’t be more thankful to both James and Danielle for everything that they did. Write My Wrongs got everything right... and not just from an editing perspective.To start, the initial follow-up to my inquiry about their services was prompt and very informative. From the moment I spoke with Allen (Owner) he really set the tone for what was an incredible experience from start to finish.Upon submitting my initial final draft, I received an email from Danielle (Chief Editor) providing feedback on my work. I honestly wasnt sure what to expect, and her email made me feel welcomed, supported, and confident. I didnt feel like just a number or another client. Not to mention, she only suggested the editing I needed. When it was time to find an editor for my book, I contacted Write my Wrongs LLC. I did not know what to expect, as I had not worked with a professional editor in the past. I was blown away by their work. The response was immediate. The sample edit was very comprehensive, with detailed notes/suggestions. Janelle E. was AMAZING. Not only did she catch the little things that I had looked over or didnt think of- her suggestions and over all work on my manuscript, helped me become a better writer. Everyone is so nice and eager to help. I prayed about hiring the right self publisher to work with me on my poetry book, my treasure; when I talked to Toni Kononova the CEO I felt a good feeling. I found WWW after I did a google search for book editors. They were at the top of the list. My plan was to call and compare companies but after talking with Allen, the CEO, I never did. I was so impressed with the information he provided I couldn’t imagine looking any further. As it turned out I couldn’t have made a better choice! As a first-time writer I came with a lot of questions. Allen explained the process in detail and continued to be there throughout the entire edit. I am a returning customer who was very pleased with my initial editing package through WriteMyWrongs.This had been my first time trying to find an editor and it was such a daunting task. Id send samples of my work, receive them back, and to me most importantly, I dont care about the edit, well I do, but Id receive the samples back and my characters, their voices, gone, sacrificed for what they thought was a good edit of the material.I took a chance and sent my samples to WMW and never looked back after receiving the sample edit of my manuscript back. No characterization or voices were lost. He spent a good long time with my wife and I explaining, in detail, exactly what his company could do for us. After searching Google, I was initially impressed that WMW stood behind their work by offering a sample edit. When I saw how thorough that was, I was sold. Didnt hurt that their rates were quite competitive, either. During the process, every Monday began with an update email from my editor, asking clarifying questions, trading thoughts, and simply keeping me informed about her progress. At the end, I received valuable notes from both her and her boss (the magnificent Chrissy). Unless youre John Grisham or Stephen King or James Patterson, the publishing world can be most disheartening, but WMWs constant communication was priceless for buoying my spirits. WMWs editing services certainly do not guarantee publication, but your manuscript will be much better thanks to their work. (The Jesus Nut will be published by Atmosphere Press, with release sometime late spring.)

I have tried so many editors in the past, and for me, they were just okay. I felt like they didn’t even care about my manuscript, so I thought ah all editors must be like that? Then I found the team of Write My Wrongs, and I am happy to say that I was very amazed with their work on my sample manuscript! Their skilled editors understand how a text is perceived by the reader as well as required from a publisher.WMW editors realized the relationship between the writer and the reader, needed to be brought out from the author rather than merely dictated as an edited rewrite. My edited manuscript was thoroughly prepared for publication requirements after using their detailed and clear feedback.My free sample editor from WMW understood what I was trying to present because my sample provided enough information to advise formatting, layout, and grouping of ideas. Lesser free sample offers could only provide grammar, punctuation and readability. WMW also provided those same edits, but with a larger sample they included advice on character development, plot structure, and they quoted the lowest rate per word.I would advise anyone wishing to have their work published, that WMW is the best choice for an editor.

If youre looking to see whats working in your book. What needs work and how your protagonist comes across? Dont use them. Or if youre looking for someone who is angry at world and is looking to vent on you and your work? They will do that! I sent in a first draft telling them I knew it needed editing and it was incomplete. I just wanted to know what was working and what need work. And if they cared about the protagonist. All they did was a line edit and this --- OVERVIEW:It needs to be more “show” and less “tell.” The book lacks the detail and “drama” to make it engaging.Break up the “history” with actual scenes (life in the childhood home, in trouble with Father, the marriage proposal, e.g.).Add in dialogue to break it up and add “life.”Remember: How a page looks (as in, layout of the text) is as important as what the words say (Stephen King).DON’T put a space between paragraphs!In general, the vocabulary is limited. I’d recommend it’s expanded a tad (not so much as to lose the subject’s voice, but enough make the read enjoyable).I would recommend a pro editor to fix punctuation (dialogue esp.), grammar, some spelling (Brain), tenses, layout—indents and space between paragraphsSadly, with the big blocks of text, dry prose, short sentences, and lack of engaging detail, I’d have quit reading after the first couple pages.There is the assumption throughout the reader knows what the author talking about and his references.The detail in the “events” needs to replicated everywhere else. Obviously, the author’s interest lies in the Ironman and associated activities, and not the rest of the life story around it—achieve the balance to bring the autobiography to life.I’d suggest the book starts from where he is now (and looking back), or at some key event. This hooks the reader in from the off and gives them a taste of what’s to come.I was confused as to if it’s a memoire/bio, self-help, or fitness/mindfulness book. I’d advise breaking it out into relevant sections and make the purpose of the book clear.It is possible to be all three things, but only if each section/purpose is made clear for the reader.

I live in Sydney and it initially felt like a big call to invest in an online editing service on the other side of the world, but I am so thrilled that I did. After an awful experience with another editor, I asked a friend for a referral. I wanted someone to care about my book as much as I did. At first I was hesitant as it was out of my budget. I then spoke to the owner that guaranteed me I would receive value for my investment. he explained 3 editors would be assigned to my book and then I would have time to apply their suggestions. He then offered installment plans so I could have quality I desired as a pace I could afford.What I really liked was that they then again looked over the book. What impressed me about this company was that every week they would send me a personalized update of the status. I truly felt I connected with the staff on a personal level. In addition, I asked if they could highlight a passage for me to read at the launch party. They immediately said yes even though this was above their typical responsibilities.Overall, I felt that we were all on one team, that they truly wanted my book to be a success and would do anything needed to achieve this goal. The staff here enjoys what they do; it is not just a job for them. My desire was to have a book I could truly be proud. Without a doubt, this is exactly what I have today. Allen guided me with every step of the way. To be blunt hes the owner of this comp, and he didnt need to be there for me, but he was. He made me feel safe on what I was doing to grow as a writer, and being poor working class American it was a tough decision. I made a bold move to help me embark on my new journey of being a writer and I felt 100% safe at doing so with Allen next me. Also give Taylor S a bunch of credit for editing my book. All I wanted to say is that Im sorry I put you through that rough book I gave you to edit. LOL God was with you when you were fixing my book.
