I was terribly disappointed in this company. I gave them a handful of Super 8 film to transfer to digital which they said would take only about a week to transfer. After countless excuses it took them 2-3 months to fulfill my request. On the day of my pickup they asked me to wait 5 minutes and they left me in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes admitting they forgot I was there. They definitely made me feel unimportant. I think that if you are a big spender and an important client they may take better care of you, but they dont have time for the average customer like me.

I called them for a projector. Thier rental agent spent time on the phone educating me as to all of the specifications required to order this item. They have always offered fantastic service. We through a concert I asked for speakers that we can push strong and sound good I would expect them to know and give what I need he gave me a quote it was good the day of the event we set it up the whole concert sounds great were pushing speakers are doing good not to mention we have our personal PA speakers that are not that good I return the speakers to get an email that they are blown and charges my $300 the response was they were pushed to hard thats what I asked for by the way our under rated speakers are perfectly fine. Thanks for not giving what I asked for. Will be taking our business somewhere else.

I used WOVA for my wedding lighting and they did a great job. They were also able to provide speakers, DJ lights, and all sorts of other party equipment. It was such a pleasure dealing with them and their fantastic service. I will definitely use WOVA for all of my events and parties. I recommend this company to others.
