This is an overall great stay. Definitely recommend. Its clean, great atmosphere, and exceptionally great amenities. We loved the jacuzzi, my daughter loved the game room with arcade games, and I got 2 good workouts in, in the fitness center. There was a basketball court and tennis court but it was snowing:( Everything is conveniently located around the complex. Best of all, the units come with everything you can think of, from a washer and dryer with detergent to dish washer fluid, yes even little things like this are included. I called the front desk for questions about my bbq on my balcony and a maintenance person came in 2 minutes. Lastly, the location is a few minutes from the lake as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We will come back.

The room was nice and clean. Extra towels were delivered promptly upon our request. The fireplace was cozy. The hot tub was large and lit up beautifully at night. It had blue lights hanging, which looked stunning with the dark sky and steam coming off the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly, considering maintenance fees are paid and continue to go up. Cleanliness should mean clean. We found a spot on the wall that looked like dried blood it could have been ketchup (it shouldnt have been there for us to see), but we dont know. There were stains on one of the chairs that also looked like blood. There was a dead bug on the bed under the sheets. There were other peoples hair in the restroom, and the shower was filthy with a dark ring around it. The location in Big Bear is great, and the customer service was great. We like our timeshare. All we want is for every suite to be cleaned the right way. We look forward to visiting again. Next time, Im bringing my own sheets.

Wow what a nice place to stay, when you are in big bear. The wifey has a friend that has a time sare there. We stayed in a 2 bedroom place. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 🚻, full kitchen, dining room and living room. And outside patio with BBQ. Fully stocked with dishes and things you need to cook for your family. And they have a pool, hot tubs, tennis 🎾 court n basketball 🏀 court. So you should check them out.

They do not have smart tvs so the only way to stream is with an HDMI cable/ adapter. Cabinets are a little worn but the units are spacious and have full kitchens. Absolutely beautiful location in Big Bear Lake. Whale watching just 2 hrs away with Newport Coastal Adventures was amazing. trails for all levels of hikers, we did a fishing charter with Cantrell Guide Service & caught 6 trout.

BEWARE OF THIS RESORTI booked a reservation on 11/2/23 at WorldMark Big Bear for February 2024. My credit card was charged the full amount and I received a confirmation email. A week before our stay I received a reminder email for my reservation.When I arrived to check in, I was told they didnt have a room for us, they overbooked. How do let people drive up the mountain knowing you are NOT honoring the reservation you confirmed and took full payment for at booking? Wheres the integrity and accountability?

Made reservation through capital one travel for a 2-bedroom room. When we arrived, they told us that the agency had cancelled the reservation. When we called capital one travel they said the reservation is valid but the hotel canceled it. We are very disappointed from both the hotel and capital one. They did not even offer us a reasonable relocation so we had to cancel it altogether. We were in the phone for 3 hours for nothing. This hotel seems to repeat this pattern many times. It happened 2 out of the 4 times we stayed. At least the first time they informed us 2 days ahead.

The 1 st time we came here they told us they don’t have to check us in at 4pm (as its stated on the website). The staff was rude and apologetic. The 2nd time we came, we found out they abruptly canceled last minute and they never informed us. They blamed the travel agency but it was 100% on them. Never again booking with this unprofessional place, so many nice places to choose from. The rooms were nice and specious though, hence 2 ⭐️

Worst experience ever. We booked this hotel 3 months in advance for our party or 9 for the 2 bedrooms unit. I’ve been reading online recently about how this hotel has cancelled their bookings on the last minute and was really nervous that it will happened to us. So I called the hotel reception 3 days prior to confirm my booking. They said everything was confirmed and good. Then on the day of our arrival, the hotel informed me that my booking is cancelled! I was sooo upset. How can a hotel run their business like this and still be in business?!? It was so stressful for our party of 9 to find accommodations on the same day, and it was for a weekend too! We were driving to big bear on the mountains trying to get signal and find appropriate accommodations. I called the hotel and they didn’t even give us appropriate explanations, basically blaming on the 3rd party. The hotel clearly overbooked their rooms and randomly chopped bookings. I should have listened to the reviews and look for another hotels. Apparently this happened frequent recently. Bc other groups we know booked the same hotel and when they were at the receptionist, they also saw many angry guests that also got cancelled on the same day.Take my honest advice, book elsewhere. Even if you confirmed your reservation, this hotel would still cancel on you. Didn’t think it will happened to me but it unfortunately did.

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the appalling business practices of this hotel. Despite booking a room well in advance and confirming it just days before my arrival, I was summarily informed upon arrival, after a grueling journey through a snowstorm with my infant and toddler, that my reservation had been inexplicably canceled.Not only did the hotel fail to provide any prior notification of this cancellation, but they callously shifted blame onto a supposed booking agency, which, upon investigation, denied any knowledge of such an action. Its clear that this establishment prioritizes the interests of its timeshare owners over the well-being of its paying guests, evicting us at the last minute to accommodate someone else.Despite initially claiming that my reservation had been canceled, it was later revealed that the hotel did indeed have a room available for us for the night. Shockingly, the general manager refused to release the room, citing an impending arrival of a timeshare owner the following day. In the face of midnight and freezing conditions, the humane and sensible course of action would have been to allow us to stay. Instead, the GM callously prioritized the interests of a future guest over the immediate needs of a stranded family. This blatant disregard for basic compassion only adds to the reprehensible nature of this establishments conduct.Stranded at midnight in freezing temperatures, with nowhere to shelter my exhausted family, I can only describe this experience as a nightmare. Whether were left to sleep in the lobby or they call the authorities and we sleep in a jail cell, the fact remains that this hotels negligence and shady dealings have left us in a dire and distressing situation. All woeful visitors that experience this negligence to follow suite and stand your ground. This company cannot treat us as second class citizens.I implore anyone considering staying here to think twice before supporting a business that treats its customers with such blatant disregard and callousness. This is not just bad service; its a flagrant betrayal of trust and basic human decency.

We have a timeshare here. The front staff is always helpful. The game room is huge and personally, I think one of Worldmarks best game rooms. Their are two different Jacuzzis and a store in walking distance. Dogs are not allowed.

BAD SERVICE, BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. We booked the reservations through Expedia. We got there and we were told there was a red flag on the reservation. The front desk person rudely told me to call extra holidays at that point she didn’t even asked who I had booked with. So rude. She didn’t explained anything. I called Expedia instead because I used them for this reservation. They told me that my reservation was canceled because they were over booked. WAS THIS MY PROBLEM IN THE FRIST PLACE?? NO, I had paid for my reservation in full and the services weren’t rendered. The money was taken from my count. We all took time off from work for a family gathering. Very disappointed I drove 3 hours to get there. I had bought food, lift tickets, snow gear for this terrible disappointment. NOT NICE. And the staff at the front were rude. They were just cutting off people by saying, “call this number” and they’ll read a number to the guest. No sense of caring.I have used worldmark from third party reservation sites but this one gave me the worse experience experience.I spent 2 hrs talking to the person from Expedia to accommodate me and place elsewhere but he could not find us a place that met our needs. We had to drive back. So upsetting.If I booked this place and paid for I should’ve been honored the services.VERY UNHAPPY. VERY UPSETTING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

So this hotel seems to have a problem with over booking, don’t bother with them because they’ll just cancel your reservation even if it’s been paid for already with no notice or anything. Instead of helping us with the issue they just told us the booking agency is at fault . So we just spent over 2 hours talking to Expedia trying to find a new hotel. Book elsewhere if you want to avoid a cancellation.Update: as for the reply below…why bother acting like you care if you don’t even answer the phone, been calling since you replied and never answer lol, stop acting like you’re trying to do right.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!If I could give this resort no stars, I would. I booked this room on 12/27/23 for a stay on March 10-12, 2024. This was supposed to be a Christmas preasant for my in-laws. My mother in law is disabled so upon booking with Expedia, I called the resort directly to ensure I would be on a ground floor. There was no problem there. I also called back a few weeks ago to make sure the notes for a ground floor were included and again, no problem.2 hours before checkin, we received a call from the resort that they “received information and we’ll need to call another phone number”. They could not tell us what information they received. I called the other number to find out that our reservation was being cancelled. Mind you, my in laws had already made their way up the mountain. They first tried to blame the cancellation on a power outage. Then blamed Expedia. The person I was speaking to sounded panicked. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number which they could not provide.I immediately jumped on google reviews to find out this happens very often! THIS PLACE HAS NO INTEGRITY! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea and I encourage everyone that has had this experience to do the same.

Everything was good, except 1 thing that happened at the end of our trip, and pretty much left us in frustration towards our time of check-out. The same old its not a sales pitch scheme. They dropped off a tablet and said it would take an hour to attend a Zoom meeting about and they give a choice of earning points, $100 gift card and such. Then they start saying oh no, youre not using all these major benefits! Point is, they talked for 2 hours and said nothing. ABSOLUTELY waste of time, which I could have spent with my kids.

The hotel canceled on us on the day of the reservation even though we booked 4 months in advance for our anniversary. I booked thru Amex travel and I got an email the day prior saying its confirmed. Then the day of the reservation they leave a voicemail saying we got relocated somewhere else. Amex travel was the only one who helped me because worldmark couldnt bother to accommodate us even though they screwed up our plans. Only trash businesses do that and this is one of them.

The room size was great for us (two people) and the location of the property is super close to everything in Big Bear. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service, toiletries offered, and linens for what I️ paid. Room came with a full kitchen, fireplace, and everything you would need to cook. Front desk was not welcoming at all, the security guard on duty at the arcade was not nice at all. We played some games of pool, which by the way, the pool tables are broken, and cue ball wouldn’t come back out after we scratched. We asked the front desk to help and they basically said there’s nothing we can do right now. They offered a free game we could redeem the next day but it’s not that hard to either get the cue ball out or refund the money? The basically 12 in 1 soap offered in the shower is hand soap and there’s no robes offered. The baseboards behind the bed were absolutely disgusting which just screams lazy to me. YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR WIFI. I have never ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t include WiFi. They make you take your trash out and do dishes before you leave. I️ could’ve stayed in an air bnb with better service and did the same amount of chores for this price. Should’ve only paid half of what I️ paid. Was not worth it.

A great place to stay when visiting the Big Bear Lake. The location is close to where all the local attractions are. The facility is modern, clean, and safe. The staff are topnotch and friendly. We were able to rent out movies and tennis equipment (free). There were TVs in multiple rooms all with access to cable shows. My kids enjoyed the gym, the arcades and their assortment of sports activities. The kitchen was convenient, as we were provided with all the basic cooking necessity. The jacuzzi area has a nice aesthetic during the night and the view from our room is stunning. Great place for families who enjoy the outdoors/hiking.

Came over here with some friends. Each room seems to be the same, but I was pleasantly surprised to see what the place had to offer. Everything you could possibly need. A nice selection of kitchen utilities, very spacious, 2 rooms, an actual fridge, a kitchen, drying and washing machine, iron, vacuum, broom, extra towels and blankets in the closet, grill outside. Anything you could possibly need. We had a little trouble checking in, but it all worked out in the end. They have a gym, a couple of pools, hot tubs, and an arcade. Would definitely go here again, probably annually.

Pretty good place compared to other world marks/ Wyndham properties. Centrally located in a good part of Big Bear. Front desk was super delightful during check-in. Checked in late at night so I got a call about the sales pitch in the morning. Politely declined. They gave me the monetary offer to sit through it. I declined again and they werent pushy. Which is unlike other resorts. Staff are seen during the day keeping the property clean and doing various business like needs.

My whole family and I Absolutely loved every single thing about our cabin. Check in was easy and the the staff was amazing and friendly. We had a three bedroom cabin and everything was perfect. The whole cabin was clean and we had everything we needed. Honestly I really loved the whole set up, we enjoyed ourselves the whole week we were there. My children loved the game room very much, everyday after dinner we would walk to the game room to play games or go around the neighborhood. The homes around the cabins are beautiful!! Hopefully next time I go we can use the pool . The best thing about our trip was when all my children woke super early the last day of our trip play in the snow.

All I can say is wow! We booked a room at WorldMark Big Bear super last minute for an impromptu snowboarding trip and ended up having an amazing stay. The property is close to the main highway and only a 6 minute drive to both the village and Snow Summit. The rooms were cozy and had everything we needed (full kitchen & even a washer/dryer!) and we absolutely loved the fireplace. Because who doesn’t like a crackling fire on a cold snowy night amirite? Oh and there’s also a giant hot tub to soak in after a long day of boarding (and/or falling) on the mountain!The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating including Ryan at the front desk and Maintenance Guy (don’t remember his name sorry!) Our fireplace stopped working on our second night and the front desk sent a maintenance right over to fix it for us! Thank you again!We truly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back!

Love this place. Theres a huge pool and a jacuzzi as big as a pool with lights to enjoy at night. Our room was down stairs. It has a back porch with a beautiful view. The playground, pool, jacuzzi, gym and recreational area were all within 20 to 30 feet from our room. Nice little getaway.

Youve got everything you need in one place! We had the 2bed cabin. It had full kitchen, washer, dryer, dish soap, laundry soap, and more. The arcade is really adding to the kids fun activities on top of the pool and jacuzzi. We had a great time, and well definitely be coming back again.

The rooms are in unacceptable condition. The floors are dirty and will make your feet black, the light above the dinner table had a cockroach in it, the light switches were dirty and they expected us to clean our plates and take out the trash before checkout. if you expect me to respect your wish for me to take out the trash before checkout, at the very least, clean your floor. Overall, this is a step up from a motel.

This place is simply amazing. It never disappoints. Every visit, it’s the same nice staff, well equipped, super clean rooms, good parking, and great prices. Though it is not always available, when it is, it is almost like a second home! It is so consistent and convenient that my family treats it as our second home. One note though, the location is a bit out of the center of the town, expect to drive everywhere. Also, the room sizes are studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms. One note with that, there are about 30 buildings with 4 units (some have 5 or 6) each. Two on the bottom, two on the top. There are NO elevators, so try to get the bottom unit if possible. I understand why there are no elevators, it doesn’t make sense to put in 30 elevators just for two units each, but expect to be walking up and down a good amount of stairs if you get the second floor. Other than that, I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

We are returning guests to the property, we stayed in 2019 to attend Oktoberfest. So we are very excited to come back to this property again, but after this trip it will be our last. The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival, and because they had no other rooms to offer us they brought us spray that was supposed to help mask the smell. Once we got situated in the room we started discovering how completely filthy it was. The floors were dirty, the cabinets were stained scratched scuffed and also dirty. It appeared as if neither of the showers has been sufficiently cleaned. Overall the room was just dirty, used, and in need of very deep cleaning. As it was coming off of a holiday weekend we stayed at the property, instead of trying to book another hotel. We only stayed two nights, and took advantage of the nice weather and left windows open at night. Comes 6 AM our final stay night the property had contractors that were doing work. By 7:30 AM we were listening to the sounds of jackhammers, contractors yelling and screaming, cursing, scraping digging and other noises. They were doing landscaping repairs as well as pool repairs, both areas were close to our unit so we got to hear all of those noises at 6 AM. At one point in time we were interested in becoming owners in the property, that will not be happening.

The stay got off to a rocky start. They were running 2.5 hours late on our check in, so we didnt get into our room until after 6, which after a day of driving and snow play was pretty painful. Also, the amenities that we specifically got an email about saying that they were open while the pool and hot tubs were closed are not open. Perhaps the email should be updated.Other times, the property has been very nice and efficiently run. The property itself is great and has plenty of snow during the season and even into late March this year. There are plenty of snow play areas and even a nice hill where you can sled by Bldg 28. It is very relaxing and close to snow play, ski resorts, 2 markets and tons of restaurants.

Worldmark veterans will acknowledge that most locations are predictably similar, so Big Bear will not surprise you. But if you consider the accommodations acceptable and sufficient, in other words, worth the price paid, this location is a good one. Its close to most attractions one would normally be interested in. The staff is friendly and the grounds/facilities well maintained. If you enjoy a mountain getaway, a trip to Big Bear Worldmark is worth your while.

Big Bear was the first WorldMark I stayed at when it was Trendwest in 1998. It was a pleasure back then and still is today. It has grown to 29 units since I was hers 20 years ago. It is a convenient walk to the lake and to stores like Stater Bros., Starbucks, Vons, and many other stores, plus restaurants. They even have a fire oven pizza vendor on site on the weekends. Basically, I never used my car on this weekend trip.

We had a great Thanksgiving week at Big Bear WorldMark. It is far enough away from Orange County to have a close get away. The holiday environment was great and helped bring that holiday feeling into our souls. Lots to do even if it didnt snow. Nights were crispy cold and make the season feel even more real. Worldmark staff were friendly and very helpful when looking for things to do. Condos were very clean and well maintained. Sitting by the fire and watching the wildlife and mountain scenery was perfect.

The park was great too. there wasnt wood chips or sand, but some other cut up material that was super chushiong and I think was great. The rooms were in good shape as well. The Rec room was a little worn down in some spots but other than that everything seemed to meet my satisfaction.

Great place to stay and very family friendly. Has everything you need from home. Washer, dryer, plates, spices, towels, forks. Full kitchen. Has two or three hot tubs. Pool. Basketball court and rec room and playground. They so have quiet hours. Feels very safe and we have stayed at least 5 times. My family (parents) are timeshare members for over 10 years. No major issues. Prices slightly go up but that happens. I have never met anyone who had a complaint as a guest. Beds are plush, so if you want a firm hard bed not sure if thats what you will get.

The location was easy to find, a small restriction of parking, but nothing that caused an issue. Our room was nearly perfect, my only complaint is that the cleaning people left a bag of used wash cloths outside our door. They obviously meant to take it with them after theyve cleaned the room but must have forgotten, which is understandable because the complex was very busy cleaning up after late checkouts from a slew of 4th of July guests. The service was great, friendly and competent people behind the counters. I didnt have much of a chance to enjoy the amenities but I can say with some satisfaction that their jacuzzi was delightful.

Kitchen had most utensils and a few spices in single use packaging. We love coming here every year for my birthday and book a year ahead. This place is comfy, cozy, and nicely situated in town. We walked to staters with our newborn this year it was so close and not icey. Last year it was so snowy, this year was just crisp and all the amenities were open and we had a blast using the rec room, playground, and hot tubs. Its a great place for families but the only problem i have is loud guests. We stayed in three rooms over the week and each one had loud overhead groups of people up till 3am and screaming. It was a nightmare to try and sleep, especially with a newborn waking me up when the rude peeps werent.

One of my favorite Worldmark locations. It has a great mountain feel, and so many fun options for families: ping pong, corn hole, tennis, basketball, bocce ball, pool, foosball, and arcade games. The grounds are well-kept and feel like a park in between buildings. One trip here was unseasonably warm for multiple days, and there is no AC, so thats why not a 5-star rating on the rooms, but its usually so unnecessary, so it makes sense they wouldnt have it. My wife and I came here for a week long get away. It is absolutely beautiful here! The one bedroom condo we are in has everything you could want or need. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, and even a very nice grill on our balcony. The snow is beautiful, and they are wonderful at the resort and in town about keeping the roads clear. They have a nice rec center, hot tubs in several locations, and while it feels like you are lost in the woods at times, it takes 1 minute to get to the main boulevard. Weve been here before and we decided to come back. Our unit was one of the accessible ones, which really helps because I cant climb stairs (no elevators here). The roll-in curbless shower is nice, but the showerhead needed to be replaced because it had low water pressure even when the rest of the unit was fine. And we had to hand wash our dishes because the dishwasher wasnt working properly. Our bed was a little soft, but the Murphy bed that our guest used was great. One thing I always like to take advantage of is the BBQ on the patio. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and nice.Both Stater Bros and Vons are right down the hill to stock up on provisions (hint: dont go shopping late afternoon because the stores are packed then). If you go here, remember that youre at an altitude of 6700+ feet. Drink water, use the pool, spa, and rec center, take it a little easier than usual, and dont go crazy with alcohol. And when you go out, support the local restaurants and other businesses. They can really use it.

After a long drive my kids really wanted to go swim but having to wait so we could dig through our luggage for swimsuits made that complicated. They have great service and amenities as well as helpful staff. And they dont pressure you into the typical timeshare hoopla that most places offer. If you say no they tell you to enjoy your stay and that theyre glad you came to visit. Im also glad that they try to be eco conscious if you need laundry done you can bring it to them instead of it happening everyday or coming in and washing towels needlessly. I was family/guest of time share owner. Have stayed here several times and has always been great. But these are the times of Covid-19 as we were reminded by front desk. Not ready for check-in till 5:15pm, you have to call front desk for every little thing (1 1/2 rolls toilet paper for 4 days 6 guests) and office gets irritated when you call your not asking for very much, are you ...Richard at front desk said that, jmho I dont think he likes his job. This resort is one of my least favorite I have been to. Our room had no view and the resort is a 10 minute walk to the lake. Also, our dishwasher did not work and we received NO housekeeping during the whole week. We usually have housekeeping on a Wednesday during the week. The resort also offered us free wi fii during our stay due to working on units near ours. When we attempted to take them up on the offer, we were told that this was not offered us. Beautiful location in the snow, newer rooms are so nice and clean. WiFi was extra which was not a deal breaker because it was great. The resort features a spa only for winter months and the basketball courts arent really playable in the snow. Old-style clubhouse is still funcional and cozy. Great deal for the time we traveled and the easy access to the snow fields made it even better.

This place is a dump. The rooms are like large Motel 6 rooms. The lighting is the dimmest I have ever experienced. Good luck reading a book. The bath drain was clogged. The sink faucets spray everywhere. The beds are uncomfortable. Everything about it screams Cheapest Possible. The front desk people are all about selling timeshares. Horrible. Do not stay here!

The only reason my family and I stood at this hotel was because it said they had air conditioning. When we got there we didnt see any air conditioner, so in confusion we we called the front desk, and the lady who answered the phone rudely told us there is no ac. And when we brought up that on their site it clear states they have ac, we just got another theres no ac. After that, we tried to turn the TV on and two tv remotes were dead and we had to call again, for batteries. We were told just remove them and put them back in Instead of just bringing new batteries... it was just annoying to have to deal with. Other than that, it was a defent place that has a washer and dryer. Spacious... But its a one and done place for me, never again.

I am an owner for decades. W/M resorts are with few exception EXCELLENT RESORTS for the value. W/M Big Bear is near Big Bear Helicopters. Today was my wifes first time in a helicopter, we were so excited before we went it was palpable. My vocabulary is inadequate to describe how happy we were after our ride. It can be done as inexpensively as 35 dollars each (we did $75 each) and it was worth it! Its going to be remembered and celebrated with friends and family for years. This years highlight for sure!

This place feels as if you are in a remote forest area even though it is only about half a mile from the main street that goes through town. Very clean and quiet, despite the number of units. Grounds are very neatly kept and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Its a very rustic place in a beautiful setting in the mountains. One caveat: theres no A/V. As with all WorldMark properties, the staff is helpful, friendly & fantastic! A delightful surprise when I arrived yesterday were the fresh baked, warm chocolate chip cookies. Yummy!

After a 5 hour drive to big bear, we assumed that rooms would be ready at our 4pm check in. Didnt get to check into our room till 6pm or later as there was only 1 person on their cleaning staff on a Saturday. Other than that it is a beautiful resort.

Cool location. Stores are conveniently located. Stater Bros is less expensive than the Vons across the street. Walking distance to the lake walk and the hike nearest the bridge are mild and easy. You could walk the entire lake right from your front door which is nice. The lake is not that far.BBQ worked well. Check all drawers as there are BBQ tools provided.If you refuse to cook, not problem. There are some choices. Some local and some chains.Would return.If you have bikes bring them. (Obviously not in the snow.)Friendly staff.

I went here with a friend to experience what the resort was like. I was considering becoming an owner.The resort itself is well thought out, and is very relaxing. Most things are pretty average, supplies, kitchenware and silverware are adequate. The mattresses are above average quality and the beds were very comfortable. A glaring error that seems to apply to both this resort and the WorldMark in Indio is that theyre in areas with poor cell reception, and they charge for WiFi. In this day and age, the internet is a necessary utility, not a luxury. I travel most of the time, and stay in all types of hotels all over North America, they all offer some form of free wi-fi. Some may charge more for better service, but none charge for the most basic service. This is very short-sighted, and an absolute deal breaker for me.

As a timeshare, I have reservations about a five star rating because it’s so hard to book at any location during peak season, but the Big Bear resort itself is pretty nice. Centrally located just a few mins from Big Bear ski resort, the zoo, lake and town. Service is friendly here as well. No tough sales pitches and very helpful with recommendations on places to eat and visit. When I can get a reservation, I can and will stay here. I had to book the long MLK weekend about 4 months in advance with no idea if there would be snow on the ground, which was limited but still having a great time.

Disgusting. There was an empty Cheetos bag under one of the beds. It was not hard to see because it was by an outlet.There were also several curly hairs on the floor near the bathroom sink.They need to step up on their housekeeping to say the very least. I would not recommend staying here.

First time visiting Big Bear in the no snow season. Surprised to see how beautiful it is. Fall up here reminds me of Summer in the PNW minus the rain. The Worldmark resort was well maintained. The rooms were clean and everything we required in the kitchen was there. The fireplace was a bit disappointing as its purely decorational. The glass was kept in place when the protective mesh was added so you dont get any heat just ambiance. I understand its for safety reasons as some people dont know how to properly use a fireplace but still disappointing. I only gave 4 stars due to the wifi not being free. We have unlimited mobile plans but the wifes laptop and our sons tablet are not. My wife brought her Google home from work and even after purchasing a day for our devices it would not connect. The laptop and tablet worked but not the home devices. Would have been nice to chromecast some entertainment but seems like it was locked out. Next time we will bring a long HDMI cable and use hotspot.

Nice facilities, family reunion friendly. Clean, spacious condos. No A/C but the mountain air flows freely up there.

We had an amazing week in big bear ending with a full blown beautiful snow day! The room was comfortable and the resort was friendly! They even left me a birthday card signed by the desk staff on our door! the customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Heres why.... On our way out to go down the mountain for home I accidentally left my wallet in a gas station just down the road from the resort. By the time I realized it we were home in Temecula!! I called the gas station and they had it thank god! I called Brenda, the resort manager at Worldmark and she picked it up for me and shipped it along with my husbands jacket he had left behind! Thanks again Brenda your a lifesaver! This kind of thing makes me so happy we got our timeshare through Wyndham (and obviously the trip itself was amazing!

Worldmark Big Bear is our favorite close to Vegas getaway. The resort is always clean, comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. During COVID times the pool is a same-day reservation for 2 hours which lacks spontaneity, but is understandable, however the jacuzzis are also closed. Some of the staff seemed irritated, but not all of them, some were quite friendly and helpful. We brought my Roku stick with us and it was easy to get connected to their internet provider by phone who was able to help us quickly. We are going back in September and planning a family vaca in June 2021. We love Big Bear!Were also Wyndham owners and we much (MUCH) prefer Worldmark to Wyndham. Although they advertise as being the same, they definitely are not. Had we known the glaring differences in customer service and ease and cost of booking, we would never have purchased Wyndham, we would have purchased more Worldmark credits. Everything we want to do we can do easily through Worldmark, but the same is definitely NOT true with Wyndham.

The Worldmark Big Bear location is a long standing family favorite destination! I appreciate the extra care and safety procedures in place to allow us to still get away to our mountain retreat even as COVID-19 is still a concern. Masks were worn, social distancing was implemented, and even the housekeeping and maintenance staff were wonderful with providing contact free deliveries of necessary supplies for our room.

My husband and I were celebrating our one-year anniversary in Big Bear when they asked us to go to a “class” for only 60 min. Not knowing exactly what it was, we said yes. We were in there for 6 hours being pressured into buying more points!! This was almost our entire anniversary trip. The guy trying to sell us said what he was doing would not affect our credit, but when we checked the next week, we had a hard inquiry from them! Since then, we said no to every presentation, which leaves a sour face on the staff (making the rest of our trip very uncomfortable). Why would we want to visit a place that hates us if we say no to giving them more money? If you are not a Worldmark Owner DO NOT BECOME ONE!!!!

Stayed only for one night and it was very pleasant and slept very well. Its in a good location to almost everything. Not far from the Big Bear Ski Resort and not far from the Big Bear Lake village.
