I bought a Mini and had the BEST experience. I looked at *many* cars with my mechanic. This car was in mint condition and they had fixed all issues it had prior to putting it up for sale. Excellent customer service. Answered all of my questions. So easy and pleasant to work with. Couldnt more highly recommend them!! Will have them servicing my cars moving forward!!

I recently took my 2018 BMW X5 to Workstatt for some repairs, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. Positive experience! I was concerned about my Honda Civics making loud noise and they quickly take a look and fixed it in few hours. They were also pretty fair on pricing. I will definitely keep taking my car for service moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience at Workstatt. Jef and Galvani made me feel incredibly comfortable. I brought my car in for a fuel pump issue and was surprised how easy the process was...they got the parts super quick, repaired my car and out the door for a pretty great price. They also assured me that my parts and labor were covered under warranty if I needed to pop in to adjust anything. So happy with the customer care. I highly recommend.

I brought in my BMW 335i to get some work done and was very happy with the result. Mechanics are famous for ripping people off so it was very refreshing to find a place where I know Im getting an honest diagnosis and Im not being gouged for the work. Jef at the front desk was very kind and helpful with the order details and the mechanics were quick and efficient. Galvani and Angel worked on the car. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone with a European vehicle. A+

The owner was really nice and friendly. The only downside was I felt catfished when looking at the car. It was not the same as the photos posted on Facebook marketplace. They said there were no mechanical issues but when you turn the car on immediately you see the tire pressure show up on the dash. The mileage was way higher than what was advertised. When we took the car for a test drive the thermostat popped up from it overheating. The inside of the car was dirty and an empty water bottle on the passenger side was left in the car. The console was left with dirty coins. If you’re selling a car to people you should consider the physical appearance of the car also.

Extremely happy with the service and overall professionalism of Workstatt! Brought my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta in Saturday morning with some major issues. The crew at Workstatt had it running like new the same day. Galvani is trustworthy and will not overprice for unnecessary procedures.

From their boss, Pete to the customer service rep, Junior and my new friend, Blain, are fantastic guys.They are very thorough when running diagnostics on vehicles and experts in vehicle repairs. They use genuine vehicle replacement parts. Though quite pricey, but worth the price.My vehicle runs smoother now after they used their “magic hands” on it.I’ll definitely recommend them.

The best service and professional staff. Ive gone to other shops in Duarte and Monrovia and this one is the best. There chief mechanic Galvani is detailed and just great as a mechanic. Pete the customer service person, is awesome. I highly recommend Workstatt.

I bought a used BMW from Jeff and Galvani about a month ago and they were great! They did a lot of work on the car before they sold it to me and its super smooth. Their garage is really clean and not too far from the 605. Its very easy to get to. They were super helpful when I bought the car. There were a few things that I didnt understand about it at first and they took the time to explain everything to me. Im going to bring my car to them every time it needs to be serviced and will definitely hit them up if I ever want something new!

This is a GREAT shop to take your BMW or vehicle. Galvani and his team are very knowledgeable Mechanics. He thoroughly goes over your vehicle and checks for any issues you might have not noticed. I truly recommend going here because they’re very straight up, affordable and “trustworthy.”

Galvani has been my mechanic for 10 years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He not only keep my car in tiptop condition, but educate me along the way. I have always been looking for a reliable shop to take my bmw as not many can work on them and many that claim they do, they don’t. Galvani is the best german auto technician I’ve met in my life. He knows his German automotive like the palm of his hand if not better. He will repair what is needed with the actual parts needed and good quality parts and labor unlike other shops. He has the best technology to read the car computer and really determine the issues of your car and he will tell you exactly what is wrong and will offer you the best solution out there. If you want a mechanic you can trust, I will tell you I would blindly follow his advice on anything for my car!

I stopped by this shop because my tire was low, Once I arrived the service was excellent, they checked my fluids, tire pressure,and changed my oil using a promotion that was being advertised at that time. Jeff took great care of me in the front office. SHOUT OUT to Galvani, Gabriel and Angel who were also Awesome !! Thanks guys for treating a female with the utmost respect while working on her car explaining every step of the way.I will be back and I will be letting all my friends know about this shop..

Look no further, youve found youre next shop. If you own a BMW, you know the love/hate relationship. I had no idea what was going on I just knew it wasnt running right. Thanks to Christian and the crew here at Workstatt, I had a diagnostic list within 24 hours. I was speechless when I saw how much it was going to cost me because it was sooo much cheaper than I anticipated once I knew what was going on. Had the car back in less than a week, and currently cruising the freeways of Cali thanks to Workstatt!

One thing you wont get here is scammed. What I like about these guys is that theyre straight up, no BS, trustworthy mechanics. I believe their mentality is to take care of the customer and the rest will fall in place. I will not trust my car to anyone else. Galvani is the man!

Had my sons bmw at a shop in azusa for a month an half and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, I found workstatt on the internet, I gave them a call and had the tow truck drop it off, these guys called me the next day with the car on. Real happy with the work, price and overall good customer service. We also had them work on one of our other boys gmc. Thanks guys.
