We have been loyal customers for years now. Workiz was a start up with a tremendous amount of bugs. But they were always improving their product and we decided to stick with them. They lacked some very generic features all other CRM’s had. We recently started enjoying the Workiz features that have came about over the last couple years that have started working well. A couple weeks ago we were told that the features we have implemented are now going to be required subscriptions and we would need to upgrade our package to continue using these features. That didn’t set well with me and I was working with my customer representative to navigate this form of extortion. Today they removed our features that we’ve had for years. Forcing us to pay their new price to continue our services. Workiz has always had a very bad customer service problem, today was just the icing on the cake. Now we will be paying double for the same services we’ve had for the last few years.

We have repeatedly tried to cancel our subscription, but they ignore our emails and calls and continue to charge our card.You are lying! We spoke on the phone with your customer support, and they assured us that our subscription was canceled. However, when the next payment was due, the money continued to be deducted from our card. After this, we repeatedly emailed your support team, but they stopped responding and never resolved our issue. We had to block our bank card to stop these charges! Beware of this company.

This company is terrible. Been a week without service and they dont respond to calls or emails. I keep calling on the daily and use the online chat and nothing. Keep getting the runaround. Needless to say i pay $400 a month and been with them for 4 years. We have been losing business on the daily due to no phone line or scheduling system. I recommend steering away, customer service is terrible. I would give zero stars if i could.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a company. I have told them several times that I needed to cancel my membership and they refuse. They still charge my card ever quarter like clockwork, they do not respond to my emails and I have never received a phone call back from them after talking to them. Even before expecting a phone call, it is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone in the first place!! This program is extremely overpriced and their customer service is bogus!! Maybe this will get me a call back? Who know. Pathetic company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS - WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM 2/11/2022 UP UNTIL 5/10/2024.I have been using Workiz since February 11th, 2022 . I have paid my ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION of $3,888.00 every year since I started which has included services, such as but not limited to, automations, custom documents, etc. My annual subscription renewal is set for February 25th, 2025. Again, I pay ANNUALLY. Today on may 10th, 2O24 I went to send a custom document to one of my customers who would like to proceed with my services and I realized I was no longer able to use custom documents. Now customer documents is considered a premium feature and no longer enabled on my account unless I pay more money to enable this function, which I had already paid to add it because it was not part of my package. After further digging I realized I also lost a few other services such as automations, etc. These services are services I enabled as ADD ONS shortly after my account started and they had to be paid annually in order to use them as monthly was not an option. Even though my subscription is active until February 25th, 2025 they have restricted these services on my account. MID SUBSCRIPTION. I spoke to Marco G. from San Diego on the customer service line at 3:07 PST which they close at 4:00 PST, Marco explained he could not transfer me to a supervisor or a manager but rather he had to send an email to someone to be able to get them to contact me and that a guy named Jay Kelkar was the supervisor. at 3:50 PST conveniently 10 minutes before they closed Marco G. mentioned that jay is not a supervisor but rather an account manager for my account and that there was a lady named Sol, who is the supervisor but he could not transfer me to her. He also conveniently didnt know his supervisors last name or email address but proceeded to provide me jays supervisors email from a directory. Does not make sense. they have breached our agreement and my subscription that has been paid.

These guys are scammers. Even though I had a prepaid subscription they charged me after cancellation of my policy. I was charged on March 3rd, then on March 6 I canceled my subscription and on April 3rd they charged me one more time just because their cancellation takes 60 days. So I’m. Ot even sure I won’t be charged 1 more time on May 3rd. Don’t use them.P.S. like I said before, I was charged on March 3rd for the whole month and my expiration date was April 3rd. I canceled my subscription on March 6, which was almost a month BEFORE my expiration date came and you still charged me on April only because your cancellation policy takes 60 days. Your representative said that to me. Very tricky and ingeniously designed cancellation policy.

This company used to be so good but now they act like full-on scammers. I really suggest you dont use them there are many options out there for fraction the cost with a responsive customer service. Workiz keep charging my credit card after cancelling my account I am going to take them court. Stay As Far Away!!

Workiz is an innovative tool to help manage your company. It is helped with lots of scheduling, as well as managing phone calls and notes. This software is easy to download and install. Workiz keeps track of payments excellently. It also sends out reminders to all of our clients for any upcoming scheduled appointments. Great job!

I made the mistake of signing up with these guys and their glitchy, low rate software. I was enticed by the low monthly cost compared to some of their competitors and promises of outstanding training and support. I’m embarrassed to admit that I fell for it. I’m 41 years old and have learned throughout my life that you get what you pay for and I should have know better. I think I was in a tough spot trying to get some of the communication and scheduling stuff off of my plate with not a lot of money to spend at the time. In hindsight, I should’ve stuck it out a couple more months and then went with a more reputable company. Breaking ties with Workiz has been a nightmare, from having to get my phone number ported out to another service provider to trying to unload (export) all of my client data to trying to get them to cancel my account. Think twice before signing up with these clowns!

They increased the subscription price from 80 to 200 without any notification. That is stealing. Your business number is tied into their app and they do not give you the proper information to port number out. This business is a scam. This app business absolutely never notified me of any price change. I would love to see a copy of any notification from workiz. There is none. I got sales emails twice a week about paying more for phones and routes. Never one email that your subscription would nearly triple.
