Have worked with Word Pack Media for a number of years. They built our APG Solar website. Yann and Sacha are great to work with! When I have any questions or concerns even if I have not communicated with them for months they are very responsive and willing to do anything possible to help! I would highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Wordpack Media. I started with a different Web design Company that couldnt do the work and kept my money. Wordpack understood exactly what I was trying to do and was able to do a few things I thought was not possible. They said what they did, and did what they said. Very straight forward and professional. Never had a problem contacting him, always responded back. The end result was better than I expected. Would highly recommend

Wordpack Media created my “Software for the Developers eCommerce” website from conception through implementation. They were pretty patient with me as we went through the process of clarifying and understanding the requirements. Several of my products required a Product Key that was generated by an application I wrote, Wordpack Media was able to implement the key generation into the product download. One of my product lines required a link for each product to display an HTML logical data model.The public website required an administrative site that allows me to add and update product download packages. The administrative website makes this process very easy.All in all the website looks and performs very nicely. The only thing left that I need to accomplish is set up the ability for the website to be found by internet search engines.

I am THRILLED with my new web site created by Wordpack Media!I have always built my own web sites and am finally at a place in my business I could hire professionals to create one for me. After speaking with several candidates, I chose Yann and his team.• The price was completely reasonable and in the range of what I wanted to pay.• Yann was very easy to talk to and a great listener as I attempted to explain what I wanted/needed.• He said they could have the site live in 6 months. I panicked because I knew I wouldnt have content to them with a clear picture of what I wanted and dont do well when I have to rush. Yann assured me the entire process was in MY time...and it was! I NEVER felt like they were waiting for me to hurry up and get things to them.• Whenever I had a new idea I wanted to incorporate, Yann always listened and made sure he had the same picture I was describing over the phone.• The graphics are beautiful - to the point I had them remove my official logo I had used for years because it was too clunky and didnt work with the new look. SO....Yann and his team helped me to REBRAND myself at the same time!• I have a lot going on with my site, including a storefront, scheduling links etc. Everything looks clean and easy to navigate and I NEVER would have figured out all the integrations on my own.• They always had great suggestions for the site which I appreciated because I dont have the updated tek information, I just knew I needed bells and whistles to go along with the content.• Their package includes updating and adding content as well as tutorials so I can update the site myself.• Before I announced my new site was live, I was receiving pre-scheduled Curiosity Conversation Calls from new potential clients who were already using the site - so the internal traffic driving magic is happening!• Everyone who sees the site, my business coaches included, LOVE IT! I have had the unfortunate experience in the past of hiring SEO companies that promised me the world and did not stand behind their word. Wordpack Media is a different type of company. They are very in touch and knowledgeable with how to get my website and therefore my business ranked highly with Google and the other search engines. When Yann says that he is going to do something, its as good as done. When I call I am always able to get a hold of him personally. If for some reason he is unavailable at that exact moment I know that within a couple of minutes my phone is going to ring and it will be him returning my call.

I hired this firm to optimize my website and increase traffic to the site. They did a terrible job at the optimization. Items like meta tags, site maps, and basic directory listings werent even completed and my sites bounce rate skyrocketed due to the poor job. I could have spent the money I gave them on print ads and gotten better results. After the job was completed there was no follow up, not focus on customer satisfaction. They just tried to to make money and run instead of trying to help me grow my business. Dont let the smooth talking and technical jargon make you think these guys are experts at anything aside from getting a sale.

I had a special project that had limited time constraints. I was concerned about going with someone I didn’t know, especially since I had no time for a redo. Yann listened carefully to what I wanted. He quickly took on the project, treated it as a priority but through no fault of his own, my deadline changed and we were unable to fully complete as designed. I believe that Yann felt worse than I did. He fully and quickly refunded me the deposit. Yann followed up with a phone call to confirm I had received the refund. Although the creation in my mind didn’t get completed, Yann is an outstanding person to do business with and if I had more time I would be back to work with him again.
