IVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT SINCE 2003 AND THIS PAST YEAR HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!Unethical Practices and Safety Risks - Beware of This DealershipI am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience I’ve had with this dealership over the past year. My ordeal began with the purchase of a car from Masoud, the sales representative, who assured me that returning the car would not be an issue if needed. My grandmother, who was disabled and had just broken her hip, and I spent 8 hours at the dealership. Masoud promised us a monthly payment of $460, but when we reached the finance department, the payment suddenly increased to $660. They had already run my credit twice, which later appeared as three inquiries that I now have to dispute. In an emergency situation, we had to leave quickly due to my grandmother’s health condition. Masoud reassured us that we could return the car anytime without penalty. However, today, a year later, I went to the dealership for maintenance and to discuss trading in the car. The recall paperwork for the seatbelts had not been sent to us, and the staff casually told me to ignore any future recall notices I might receive in the mail.During my visit, Jeffrey from Woodland Hills guaranteed that he would help us transition to a new hybrid vehicle and apologized for our previous experience. However, after being passed around to various salespeople, including those falsely claiming to be general managers, I was told I could wait all day but they would not accommodate us.**Why This Matters:**1. **Safety Risks**: The dealerships neglect in addressing the seatbelt recall poses a serious safety hazard. Federal law requires manufacturers to notify owners of safety recalls and provide free repairs. This negligence could have severe consequences.2. **Unethical Sales Tactics**: The deceptive increase in the monthly payment, multiple credit inquiries without proper disclosure, and false reassurances about returning the car are clear violations of consumer rights.3. **Lack of Accountability**: Despite leaving multiple Yelp reviews that were removed, calling corporate and leaving detailed messages with Jeff/Geoff, and speaking with customer service throughout the year, no meaningful resolution has been provided.Given the dealership’s unethical practices, disregard for safety recalls, and the significant financial and emotional distress caused, I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider doing business here. The dealership needs to take responsibility for their actions, correct their unethical practices, and prioritize customer safety. Further, they should provide a new, safe vehicle to rectify the situation and compensate for the year of stress and high payments we endured.**Federal Laws Broken:**- **Safety Recall Notification**: Failure to notify us of the seatbelt recall and advising us to ignore it violates federal regulations requiring manufacturers to notify owners of safety recalls.- **Unfair and Deceptive Acts**: The misleading information about monthly payments and credit inquiries constitutes unfair and deceptive acts under federal consumer protection laws. This experience has been a nightmare, and we deserve better treatment and a resolution that addresses these serious issues.---Suggested Actions for Resolution:To address these concerns, I strongly suggest that the dealership provides us with a new car due to the safety risks and unethical practices we have endured. The safety issues alone are grounds for significant concern, and coupled with the financial discrepancies and poor treatment, it is imperative that the dealership takes immediate and corrective action. Failure to address these issues adequately may result in further action being taken to protect consumer rights and safety.

I came here trying to make an appointment for an oil change and a lease buy out. I was unable to, so I made an appointment for an oil change and attempted to purchase the vehicle while the service took place. The lease-buy out was a nightmare because the sales rep (Arbie) stopped what he was doing to go around answering questions for other people walking around. He also left his computer unlocked which isn’t a good security practice. When he finally got back to me, he gave me an insane quote that charged me for things I didn’t ask for. The amounts were also skewed/inaccurate (even the tax was off).I decided to consult a few others and look into alternative payment methods as the dealership isn’t trustworthy.Service department also spent the whole time taking in new clients instead of letting me pay and leave. I am currently sitting outside in front of my car waiting for the service manager to call me over.Avoid this place at all costs.Update: it took them 1.5 hours for me to leave despite the oil change being done in less than an hour. I also saw more than 10 employees standing around doing nothing when they could’ve been taking in these new customers instead of Mr.Lopez. Make better use of your employees.

I leased a Ridgeline and upon trade in to purchase an Accord Hybrid Sport I was charged an additional month lease payment on the truck. Over two months later and still no refund. The purchase experience was fine aside from the depreciation on the truck being lumped in with the finance of the Accord. After the sale I have been given the run around. It would be nice if they returned a call instead of feeding me bologna.

I bought a used pilot with 40k miles in December. It has traveled about 10k so far, we live in rural Northern Arizona. It did not have a warranty other than the remaining Honda warranty. I noticed that it was swerving to the left when braking so I brought it to the nearest Honda Dealer. They noticed that a bolt holding the left rear swing arm was missing. That it had probably been improperly torqued and fell out. They said I was very lucky to not getting in an accident (it was scary especially at highway speeds) I called the service center and called and emailed the sales department and did not get any responses. I mainly wanted to make them aware so it does not happen to someone else but it seems like once you are out the door they dont care.

I visited the dealer for a service with no appointment right before the service department was about to close. Michael Tashchyan was super helpful and professional and helped me to get the services done on my vehicle. Michael was beyond professional and made the process seem absolutely seamless.

This Honda dealer ship in Woodland Hills is great. Their staff is exceptional, however Akbar Hamouni made my experience great! I called him to schedule an appointment couple days before and he gave me the day and time I needed. Also when I needed a ride back to pick up my car he offered me a concierge ride and I was picked up and at Honda 10 min later. They also have a spacious waiting room to wait in if you would like. Overall AAA experience! Thank you Akbar!

Always late on appointments. prices keep going up year after year. Service advisers take their sweet time. never got any of the quotes I went for and asked for multiple times. took two hours to get an oil change with appointment. when i made the appointment was told 30-45 mins... only stuck it out for the quotes to get stuff fixed. never got the quotes. waste of time.

I stopped by this Woodland Hills Honda location to get a part for my car. My sister lives across the street and I went to drop off something for her so it made sense to just stop by here. I went inside the showroom first but an employee was nice enough to tell me where the parts area was. The employee working the parts department was very patience with me since I didnt know the name of the part but showed him pictures of what I needed. He printed me out a diagram and I was able to see the part. You are paying a higher price for the part but its a genuine honda part and youre getting it from the dealership. They didnt have it there so I had to order it and I was told it should come by tomorrow.

Make sure you read your contract very well! They will add products behind your back without telling you. Finance fails to disclose the aftermarkets they add. They will just inform you of your monthly payment, not knowing products are added. As a salesman myself, this is an illegal practice in finance. You must disclose all the after-market products in finance line by line. My family has reached out to me for some guidance, and I am disgusted by this dealerships practices, starting with the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Make sure you look at the terms you agree on before entering finance. While looking at my relatives contracts, I saw that it was 75 months, not 72 months, as they agreed upon. I also noticed the 4,793.00 after-market products that Leila in finance added without telling my aunt. My aunt has no experience buying a vehicle and felt comfortable with Arvin. It turns out they were taking advantage of her situation by not being experienced in buying cars. I will inform my family to stop buying here. Stop taking advantage of your customers, especially the loyal ones who keep coming back. READ YOUR CONTRACT!
