The staff always pleasant and professional. Even when I had my blood being drawn the nurse was pleasant and I did not even felt the needle go it. Dr. Lee was very thorough during my follow up appointment. I had not seen him since 2017 (as I did not have any significant pain) now I do. He had my entire history, refreshed my memory and created a plan of action. Dr. Lee is top in his medical knowledge and soft skills.

I was a long standing patient of Dr. Lee. He started me on a drug that could have serious complications. I eventually started having very serious side effects which he completely ignored and disregarded my concerns. After a very bad fall and seeing a neurologist I had MS caused by the drug he was giving me.

I wouldnt bother coming here. My mother came here for years and Dr. Lee treated her with such disrespect during times of financial need and family loss. During moments where our family struggled most and could not pay for visits, he made her feel shameful. He made her feel like she was not worth his time because she did not have the financial means to regularly visit or pay for more services. Many people of the valley struggle financially or do not have the generational means to understand healthcare; I dont think he understands the community base enough to truly provide care that is unbiased and goes above and beyond for all clientele. A doctor is supposed to serve his/her community regardless of illness, wealth, race, or demographic background. However I suppose, this is sadly a business after all. Its a shame we spent so many years here.

Ive been a patient at this office for a few decades. The front office staff, MAs are wonderful. Sometimes I feel my appointments are rushed, however, I do come prepared with my concerns & questions which do get addressed.

Dr. Lee is one of the most amazing doctors we have ever met & worked with. We deal with chronic illnesses & have been trying to figure out what they are and get treatment for them, been in significant pain for years and years, and have had little to no success. So many doctors have dismissed us or belittled our pain. Dr. Lee is so attentive, listening to everything we had to say, never interrupted, had explanations and details about everything we talked about, plus differentials and ideas for possible secondary Dxs. We couldnt get a lot done during our first appointment b/c of a medication issue, but Im actually so excited to return because of how great he is. I feel like hell be the guy to finally figure out whats wrong with us and be able to treat it. Highly, highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee’s for more than 15 years. I know I would not being enjoying my quality of life if it weren’t for his expertise with my RA. He’s knowledgeable, patient and determined to find medications and treatments to you help mange your chronic illness. Everyone in his office is wonderful too! I highly recommend Dr. Wonil Lee!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee, probably 20 years. He never disappoints me. He always picks up where he left off not forgetting you. I have had other issues not relating to rheumatology. He does not attempt to diagnose those, but tells you what kind of care you need. I have not been disappointed. Dr. Lee is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and I have never been in the waiting room more than 10 minutes.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Lees for years until this year. Dr. Lee is 5 stars: kind, professional, really knows his stuff and really listens to what you have to say. Unfortunately his office staff and particularly his billing department are rude and hard to work with. Unlike Dr. Lee, it seems they have no desire to help anyone. I got a new insurance policy this year and his billing department, aka one person named Melinda, has been filing the claim with the wrong policy for 9 months. Ive even called my insurance company and had them call her to give her the right info and thought the whole saga would be over.... I was wrong. A few weeks later I am sent a letter saying that theyre going to send me to collections because of the unpaid visit. But he wont refill my prescriptions without seeing me first. So now Im being penalized for their ineptitude. When calling to see if he would refill one of my meds just 1 more month so I can have it while I find a new doc, I was denied. They also then refused to let me even speak to the doctor or have him call me. So highly unprofessional and unsympathetic. I love the doctor, but dealing with his staff is impossible and not worth the hassle

I have been going to Dr Lee for 6+ years now and he is a great doctor. Very thorough, kind, caring, and compassionate. He listens to your needs and acts accordingly. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him. My father was a doctor and he highly recommend Dr Lee to me when I needed a rheumatologist. The staff are great especially Juanita who always helps me with my appointments. Dr Lee offers both in person and virtual appointments. I find it very easy to book appointments with him. Highly recommend this medical practice. !!!!

I see Dr. Lee now monthly for a medication that treats osteoporosis He listens to me, an 82 year old R.N., about my pain issues. He treats me with compassion and prescribes appropriate drugs to help me function productively. Thank you Dr. Lee!!! His staff is wonderful too!!!

Dr Lee is a good doctor, unfortunately his staff lacks professionalism and for the 2nd time has dropped the ball. They were supposed to order injections for me, a week went by and I called to check on status only to find out never ordered, told me that person who does ordering has been out. Ridiculous, patients should suffer because only one person in entire office knows how to order medication??? Very poor management. When they finally got their act together person ordered from wrong pharmacy. I had to send about 3 hours(of my work day) over 2 days to get straighten out. This was not the first time they ordered these injections, they were supposed to order from specialty pharmacy, unfortunately due to lack of organization, my chart was not noted. I did get very frustrated with staff, I was in a lot of pain. End result I was advised by Dr Lee, after I finished my 5 weeks of injections that I would have to leave practice. His staff was his family, that was more important than patient care. Icing on the cake, on my last visit, I was supposed to be given CD with my records, instead the same person who dropped the ball handed me a big stack of loose papers - my records, I asked for a clip and she said she did not have one!Really, an office has not clips or envelopes. Vicious & vindictive.I read previous review and interesting to see others had same experience.Maybe Dr. Lee needs to read these reviews and address this issue with staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wonil Lee Over 25 years, presenting different problems with multiple joints and muscle pain. Dr. Lee with his superb diagnostic abilities has allowed me to remain in my very physical profession, RN, for many years until surgical intervention was necessary. Great doctor! Unfortunately, Dr. Lee’s staff is unprofessional. They fought to get authorization from my insurance company (PPO) but never bothered to follow up with the results. I am not surprised. MRI tests are expensive and so is my insurance. The doctor was paid so my test results don’t matter anymore. Fortunately, I had access to my electronic health records from the hospital I got the MRI test done. If I didnt have access I’d never know about the results because the office doesn’t care to follow up. I spoke to the staff and they just blamed me for not forwarding the results. What I’m most disappointed in is the fact that I was depending on them to call and give me my results. Like I said If I didn’t have access to the electronic medical records I would Have never known the results are ready. The doctor office would have just said “no results yet.” It’s been one month. It’s disgusting to be treated so inhumanly.

I would not recommend. I had really poor service here. The physician was OK. They made me do labs here without providing other options. Even though they had my insurance information and then I received a 300$ bill from their labs for which they said they could not do anything about... Go somewhere else, or if you do make sure to ask for EACH THING if covered by your insurance.
