After a couple of hours of car maintenance finished, the engine light was on. I went back and let them check if it was caused by the maintenance. After almost 2 hours of checking, they told me it wasnt caused by the maintenance and wanted to charge me about $1200 to fix it. Absolutely insane! I used to be a very loyal consumer there and now am very disappointed and will never go there again.

Bought my second car here, salesman is nice, patient and friendly. The worst part is the payment. Do avoid paying in after hours, the cashier lady is mean and picky. I understand it’s upset to work overtime, yet it’s not the customer’s fault🙄

One of the easiest car purchases I have made from start to finish. Started with an email to check on inventory of a car that met all of the boxes on my wishlist. Got prompt reply from Martha that the one I was asking about sold, but they had another which met all of my requirements as well. Since it was a 3 hour drive I asked what was the best deal they could give me to see if it was worth the drive. She quoted me a price that was agreeable to us. Told her we would not be able to come in for several days and understood they could not hold it but she said she would keep me updated so I did not come on Monday and take day off of work for nothing. I did not hear from her later on Sunday but was able to get update on the car from Angel when I called and he confirmed it was still there and he set an appointment time for us to come and purchase on Monday morning. Got there and test drove the car and then Angel got all of our initial paperwork done and then got us connected with Adolfo in finance who took care of us quickly and efficiently and did not pressure us on any extra add one which we appreciated as we are so used to that with others. Literally the only part of the experience that took more time than anticipated was the washing, detailing and fueling, but we killed some of that time by having lunch somewhere. All in all a really great buying experience that was worth the 3 hour drive. Thank you!

I have had an amazing experience here. Worked with Jimmy to get my CHR and he was incredibly helpful and communicative. Since then have been impressed by the attentive service. My routine service appointments are always completed much faster than the estimate, and everyone who works here is friendly and professional.

Terrible experiences every time.Id go here just because its so conveniently close, but Im done.. Id rather drive a couple of miles further to avoid having to go back here.Most recent experiences:Come in for an oil change and I hear a squeaky noise.No communication per that visit and ends up taking a whole day and i had to be the one to reach out for any updates.After that visit, I hear a rattling noise..long story short, they didnt do their job properly and sent me off saying my car passed inspection, but it clearly didnt and they had to fix it.. what makes it worse, was the extremely poor communication again with empty promises. Day after day they said my car would be done, but ended up taking 5 and a half days. & returned with a bunch of spider webs all over...The line thats stuck with me the most was said by the manager the best we can do may not be the most convenient for you.CLEARLY. i had to come back after a job not done correctly the first time. ALL of this wasnt convenient for me.

Unfortunately, I have to update my rating from a 5 to 2 because of the sales department. Their service department is good, but Ive only used them for routine maintenances, so cant speak about other more complex services. Back to the sales department side, last year, I went in for a test drive with intent to purchase. I was told that model was out of stock and wont be available for a few months. Then, the assistant manager iirc stated that a deposit of $1,000 was required to test drive. In absolute awe of what I had heard, I asked him to reiterate and he confirmed that I had to make a $1,000 deposit right there, in order to test drive a car thats not even on site. The car in question was a Corolla, and I test drove with much more expensive cars without spending a dime or making any sort of commitment. I left immediately, went to Longo for FREE test drives, and bought a car there instead.TLDR: Wondries salesperson wanted $1,000 deposit from me to test drive a Corolla arriving months later. Took my business to Longo instead.

Ive been looking for a used AWD Infiniti Q60 and saw one listed for sale. Elias from Wondries Toyota contacted me immediately, asking when I can come get my trade-in appraised and buy the 60. I told him sometime today. These cars are so rare that I was excited to finally find one with AWD, texted Elias that I was on my way, left work and drove 3 hours to the dealership only for Elias to have ghosted my texts and calls, and also be MIA at the dealership. Turns out, the Q60 was not available and they said they wouldnt be getting it. All I got was a shrug and a I dont know what to tell you from a manager. I understand things fall through but that could have been communicated within the 3 hour window of me letting Elias know I was omw. He told me the car was there. So, I dont care if this dealership gets a car I want and lists it for $5...I wont take another chance with these guys. Thanks for completely wasting my time and gas, Elias! Such great communication and customer service!

Poor customer service. I called the parts department and spoke with George/Jorge I asked for some info on their stock stereo for my car he said that information was unavailable. I asked where I could get the info he suggested online or that I ask Service department. He transferred my call and almost immediately some picks up but hangs up just as fast. I’ll be contacting corporate so that I can get the info needed as well as to report this dealer. I unfortunately George wasn’t rude but it’s the only name I have to drop.

Wondries Toyota is the place to go if youre looking to purchase a new vehicle, have Alex help you. This guy is super nice and is willing to work with you to get a deal. Amazing customer service and most of all, they dont force you to do anything. They do give options of course, but never feel pressured to do something. We just picked up a 2023 Camry XSE AWD yesterday, thank you for all your help👍

Brought my car here for an oil change. The service staff, Jason, was professional and courtesy. I had a coupon from another dealership that he honored. The showroom was clean & comfortable with free coffee for guests. Definitely recommend this dealership’s service dept.
