Great agency! Weve been working with Wonderist for less than a year, but I already see what sets them a part from other agencies. To begin, our graphic designer, Lauren, truly listened to our needs and created a logo that exceeded our expectations. The logo is complex enough to be interesting while also remaining simple and timeless. The colors and style she chose for our branding became the foundation for the entire color scheme of our offices interior design! By getting our brand design done early in the process of building our startup, everything—from the dental chairs to the website to the coffee station—now has a cohesive and inviting feel.Moving on, Wonderist created a show-stopper of a website for us, and I am proud to show it off. The graphics are crisp, the colors are vibrant, and the overall design perfectly captures our brands essence. It is simple to navigate and does not make me cross-eyed from too much clutter. Can I just say, I hit the jackpot with Wonderist? I mean, they just get me and its hard to get me because not only am I a rare INfJ, I am also a dentist. Dentists are a species of their own, I am first to admit, we are difficult to work with at times because a lot of us are type A, detail oriented, and perfectionists. So when I find a team of people who get me and who exceeds my expectations on every level, you bet Im going to be raving about them and shouting their names from the roof top! Go Wonderist!!! These guys are phenomenal. They took a blob of vision that was in my head for all these years and they were able to bring it to life. When I first took over my practice, I was just in a rush to get it branded and a website up. Was never happy with the results. Then I heard the owner speak at an event and decided to try them out as I was now ready to rename and rebrand my practice. BEST. INVESTMENT.EVER.I won’t go into all the details. From day 1, this company has made me feel like I’m their most important client. My initial contact was with Garrett, and after that I have been working with Lauren F. I never had so much input into my first website as I have with them. They are extremely meticulous when it comes to getting things done. Lauren has shown so much patience with me. I tend to procrastinate when it comes to the business side of dentistry. But she and the team have been there to guide me every step of the way, with a smile on their face.There is one interaction that will stay with me forever. I had first met Garrett May 2022. Then again in October 2022. In May I had mentioned I had a therapy dog to him. In October when I saw him at another conference, I mentioned to him that she was not doing so well and doesn’t have much time left. To my surprise, a week later I got flowers delivered, along with a stuffed animal and a card expressing their sympathy for Millie. No one I’ve ever worked with has ever interacted with me on such a personal level. And mind you this was after already working with the rest of the team…so there was no “trying to impress a potential client” going on here.I can continue this review for pages. I will most likely add to it once the whole marketing portion is up and running. Great practice, but everything was very outdated - paper charts, analog radiographs, and no marketing whatsoever. We approached the booth mainly because we thought the neon sign would be a cool idea to implement in our own dental practice. We were greeted by Forrest, who explained the entire process and approach that Wonderist takes to make every dental website appear modern, user-friendly, and streamlined. Following our brief introduction to Wonderist, Forrest sent us home with some awesome t-shirts and cookies.Fast forward a few months and we decided to build a website with Wonderist. We chose them because they strongly suggested that even if we were to build a website with another company, it would be in our best interest to own the website. Websites they had done for other clients appeared modern, clean, and very functional. We were introduced to our team comprised of Emma, Sean, and Kelsey. They provided us with several samples of other websites that Wonderist has built for other dentists, and we picked websites that were most similar to our tastes. We did take more of a DIY approach to our footage and content, and supplied most of the photographs, video, and logos for the website. Wonderist was willing to work with our amateur content and make it look like a professional photographer had captured all of our images and video. Unfortunately this company did not meet what was expected of them. I was hoping to employ a company to take over the role of marketing off my hands and after a long search of marketing companies, I came across Wonderist and their story really spoke to me. I was recommended the Growth Package which included Social Media, Google PPC, and SEO. I met with my new team and everyone was super nice, dont get me wrong, the people are wonderful, its the work that has me leaving a 2-star review. To break down each section: For social media, 3 posts per week were included, but I found most of the time, one post would be saying Happy Monday and the other at the end of the week saying We Made It to Friday without much more content. I was expecting quality posts where dental facts and other tidbits would be provided. But was quite let down by the quality, seemed to be focused more on quantity. For SEO, every month, a new page was to be added to my website, they have an entire month to write it, but it was consistently late. For Google PPC, I expected the ad specialists to be able to do a good job creating ads which are engaging and have a higher click-rate from prospective patients, unlike myself who has zero previous experience making ads; however, most of the ads were very similar to my Google page description, and the results from these ads were less successful than ads I ran on my own before employing Wonderist. With the amount I was paying them monthly, I may have just added it to my own ad budget. Overall, I liked the people, but I honestly cannot justify the cost for the quality of what I received. Their philosophy of attaining new patients and increasing the visibility of the clinic is a slow and personal one, which I understand, but after 6 months, there was almost no increase in my web traffic, and a very limited number of new patients compared to after we parted ways.

Honestly I was skeptical given the price point, but oh my goodness did they deliver. I used them for their branding service, and despite being a very demanding customer, they came through and then some. The old adage, you get what you pay for applies here. But quite honestly, after going through the process with them, I feel they could charge more and be very justified in doing so.
