Avoid this lender at all costs! The buyer of my home went through them and I found out after numerous delays in closing that the loan officer assigned wasnt even licensed! This negligence cost me around $2000 in extra hotel and UHaul costs plus a lot of unnecessary stress. Also the same obviously happened to the sellers of the home we were buying.Additionally, when you call the main number listed, no one ever answers. Just goes to a voicemail for Duc. My wife left him a voicemail in the morning and he returned the call at midnight! Not an ounce of professionalism with this company.

DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE ON TIME!The level of professionalism we experienced with this Mortgage Broker and the team was equal to a high school kid at Taco Bell. The lack of communication during the most critical time was UNREAL! Their lackadaisical response the day the transaction was supposed to close was beyond frustrating. Because of Duc and his teams inability to tell the truth that a file was ready to close when it was not our clients had to stay in a hotel for 3 days and had to drive 16 hours out of their way to close in order to receive their proceeds so they could close on their new home.

We just finalized our first home loan today. Much to my satisfaction, I wanted to leave my review here to recommend their wonderful home loan services. We came to the US less than a year ago, and wanted to purchase our first house. We thought it was easy at first. However, not having enough 24-month of W2 gave us much trouble, even though I had a long working history in another country. After consulting with several loan agents, even with our big banks, they gave me either with super high mortgage rates or taking a long time to close. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Rosie, and all my problems were resolved. With her plain, clear explanation and simple service procedures, I can submit all required documents. Duc helped me make my first home purchased right before Covid-19. My home purchased was from a new development and it can be very intimidating buying a home from a builder if you don’t know anything about real estate. They will try to get you into one of their high interest mortgage lender or enroll you into a more expensive home insurance, but I was fortunate to have Duc and his team find me a lender that was almost .5% lower than the builder’s lender. I got a brand new home right before the pandemic with a very good interest rate. Everyone tells me I was lucky to buy my home before prices started skyrocketing, but I think I was lucky to find Duc and Wonder Rates. Recently Rosie’s team from Wonder Rates contacted me about refinancing because interest rates are at an all time low. I agreed, because why not? I was a little skeptical at the beginning because Wonder Rates is up north and Im in SoCal. After talking to Duc Pham, I felt like hes sincere and honest. He gave me the quote for my refi over the phone and also sent me a text and an email of the quote (while were talking) even before I could ask for it.
