I had a terrible experience at this place and I recommend avoiding it at all costs. The prices are high and the technicians are very rude. They try to add more services that your car does not need, although the receptionist is nice, so dont be fooled. I changed all four wheels here but was charged $60 for an alignment. It turned out that I needed new camber bolts, and each one cost $50. I decided to get the camber bolt changed elsewhere since it was only $27 for two and easy to put on. However, the price for the alignment went up to $195, and I ended up going to a place down the road where it was only $60, and there was no problem at all. The wheels themselves cost $100 each, and its always empty. Im not surprised, so I recommend going anywhere else.this place has new owners the old owners were so much nicer

100% recommend this shop. Husband & I were very hesitant to change our tire because we’re out of state and weren’t sure where to go but they really took care of us, treated us like family. Really good pricing and looks like they have a really good team

Stay away from this place. I went to this place to have my front rotors replaced and was quoted $45 each. More than it would cost to buy new ones. If theyre doing this with rotors whos knows how much they gouge other items. Beware.I ended up going down the road to Inglewood tire. Price for resurfacing $25 each. Come see Alan.

BUYER BEWARE!!!THIS IS NO LONGER THE ORIGINAL WISE TIRE. THIS IS A NEW OWNER, RIDING ON THE OLD NAME AND ABUSING THE OLD REPUTATION AND REVIEWS.THEY PUT ME IN DANGER!I bought my tires with the original owners, Dan & Maggie. When I called and spoke with the new owner, 7Lindsey, she assured me that they would honor the former owners service warranty. I told her that I just had the struts done and needed an alignment. She assured me they would honor that. When I called back to get an appointment with her, she verified to honor the policy and told me to come in. When I got there, she came out to look at my tires and told me one was worn. However, when I reminded her that I just had struts done and needed an alignment, she said I didnt need it.I was confused because she told me on the phone, they would do it as part of honoring the previous, Wise Tire customers and she saw I had one worn tire. She still refused to do anything for me and had the technician drive my car around block. I was even more confused because you cant judge alignment on driving it around the block on bumpy streets. I then realized they werent honorable and didnt want to help me out as a complimentary service. When the tech came back, he said it was fine. I again pointed out that I just had the struts done and Lindsey pointed out that one of my tires was worn in a strange place. They both looked me in the eyes and told me everything was fine.The next day I went to a reputable tire place, that was highly recommended by my mechanic. They were shocked that I was allowed to drive off the property with the condition of my tires. Two were badly worn, with one being extremely dangerous. In addition, my alignment was off in all positions (caster & camber).Really upset that my life was put in danger for not wanting to honor a warrantied alignment, that was discussed and confirmed by phone.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!*Not sure how to add photos here, but their current business card says, Formally Wise Tire.

I walked back to my car from class to realize that my tire was flat. Originally I thought some psycho may have slashed it, but the Tow Truck driver spotted a rusty nail on the inside of the tire. Thank God because i took my tire to Wise Tire and they only charged me $25 to repair the tire. Previous tires had cost me hundreds of dollars so Im very grateful to this place for their stellar pricing and service.

I was very pleased with their service and my experience. They were quick and helpful. I had a bad flat and had to get my car towed to the shop. Lucky for me it wasn’t a costly repair and I was out of there in less than 20 mins. I appreciated their speediness given the stressful situation. I would highly recommend!

These guys are very nice, professional and affordable! Highly Recommend!! I initially called and spoke to Nelson. I went in about an hour after that to get new tires. They all took great care of me. They were very honest as well!

Very polite and professional. Does very good mechanical work and also bargain prices. I go there because its family owned and I believe in supporting our small business as much as we do Big business. But thats me.

Just came in to check my alignment and air pressure after purchasing tires from Wise a few months ago. They took care of my quickly, and all employees treated me like a valuable customer by displaying level of courtesy beyond my expectations. They really do care about the customer experience and their prices are straightforward and reasonable. If you have questions about your tires after purchase or just want them to check the pressure, you will always take care of you.

5 stars!! Came in to get my tire patched and they found that my rim was cracked! I do not live in the area and was in a big panic since I had my toddler with me and needed to get back home. Lindsay helped to expedite the fix and had me on my way home in no time! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, and the cost was super affordable - I am so grateful! Thank you Lindsay and team!
