Im so thankful to have Dr George in my life. He listen to what Im discussing with him and he always give great suggestions to make a change or give me more information to think about on different matter of my life. My Online Windstone Counseling Sessions with Candice have been so very helpful for me in dealing with my depression. My therapist is excellent. My problem with Windstone is the numerous calls (recorded messages) that start about a week before my next appointment to remind me about my upcoming appointment and to call back if I have any questions. Since I dont have questions, I dont return the call. However, I get the same recorded message calls almost every day to remind me about my appointment. Even when I answer the calls, I still receive the same reminder call (recorded message) the next day! If you want someone to confirm, then give an option to do so and stop calling so often to remind people about an upcoming appointment!

Stopped therapy young as it was more damaging than good. Now that I was ready again I figured I’d have to shop around to find the right place and therapist. I highly recommend WINDSTONE. First therapist I talked to in 20 years (Marla) is absolutely the easiest person to talk to and so helpful. Our first appoint she stayed with me an hour over my time and several times after that because I know she truly does care. I look forward to each appointment as I consider her more of a friend I can lean on with my struggles and thoughts. I’m so grateful I found you (Marla) first try and therapist back into mental well-being. Well done WINDSTONE.

I had an excellent first-time experience via an online visit with Psychiatrist PA Krista Fendrick. She was knowledgeable and personable. And, she clearly communicated information while also being an attentive, compassionate listener. I highly recommend her services.

Everyone in the office is so nice. Marla is a wonderful therapist. I Love talking to her. Shes so nice and when u call the office they help me make more appointments. I recommend u go there its great.

I have seen a few psychiatrist and Windstone doctors really care about me. They are kind, caring and helpful people who I would highly recommend if you need help coping. Very understanding, which is the best thing you could ask for…..!! Andrea is my doctor and I only have wonderful things to say about her!!

Andrea, recognizes my hardships. She explains with examples of other clients with same issues. By her sharing similar situations helps me by learning of others with similar fears and lack of understanding. In other words, I learn more of myself through these added examples. Andrea listens with interest and knowledge. She is the first counselor to see my diagnosis specifically and with medication is helping me a great deal.. Thank you.

I love my therapist BUT HATE the numerous calls, texts, msgs, & emails telling me about an upcoming appt no matter how many times I confirm my appt. Im sick of ur emails offering monthly memberships, again & again.. Leave me alone once I confirm an upcoming appt & CEASE BOTHERING ME

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Windstone Behavioral Health. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. George is very caring, patient and has given me the tools I need get through a difficult time. Dr. Andrea Carasquerohas ( referred to me by Dr. George), has wonderful as well. I’ve suffered from insomnia for decades. It’s great to be able to get a good nights sleep EVERY night! Thank you WBH.

This place is dangerous to their patients. It is Tuesday. Their computers have been down since last Thursday. My mother in law needs her prescriptions. All the have to say is There is nothing we can do. No referrals, no help whatsoever. Also have never had less then an hour wait past appointment time.

This clinic is a NIGHTMARE. After waiting on average 30-45 minutes after my appointment time, I am brought in to see a subpar nurse practitioner who could care less about my needs or problems. Afterall, she can’t remember me from month to month. I’m done. The lack of compassion and understanding makes this place the ultimate antithesis to mental health care. I would rather pay full price and receive proper treatment.

I wish I would have read the bad reviews this pathetic place has . Sandoval NP its most unprofessional, rude, and unpolite health worker with lack of emphathy for the patient.She told me her time was up with me . By the way she spent 10 minutes or less and had the nerve to tell me she was waisting time with me and was ready for her next patient she opened the door for me to get out.So its me that waisted my time and money going there..I should be refunded for my time, high copay and aggravation!

Except for the abrasive and confrontive care and their lack of respect for the patient, I would not hesitate to use the WBH Psychiatrists. Or, if this is the only provider choice your health plan offers, you may be able to get some help inspite of their insensitive approach. I had several unsuccessful appointments with 3 of their different Dr.s in my WBS network. Instead, I decided to go elsewhere, and pay the full cash price and choose a Dr outside this group, someone that actually cares and understands the suffering I sometimes live with.
