William, helped me successfully navigate and resolve a tax matter that had been very burdensome to my company. He bought me 2 years worth of time in order to resolve my issue with the IRS. Around twelve years ago the irs had frozen my bank account and attached my wages. They came after me for one hundred thirty five thousand dollars!!Back then nobody in Pennsylvania would touch a case like that. I dont remember how I got in touch with William,but he was the best person I couldve ever found for the job. Without ever even meeting the man and a five hundred dollar deposit for his services,he got the ball rolling. Within a few days he had my bank account open and wage garnishment diminished. He then filed an offer in compromise with irs and they declined. I said what do I do now,he said to get all my back years that were never filed,filed. William helped with all that as well. I had to have everything for ten years filed in a timely manner and now its finally over. At fifty-three years old,I received my first tax return check ever from the irs. What a relief,that wouldve never happened without William.Awesome man,thank you again William!!If you have any tax issues,I recommend contacting William,for the job!!

First off I want to say that when choosing a Tax Pro, it can be a very stressful and Overwhelming situation. My Wife and I prayed about it for Months and we Believe that our Prayers were answered when we found William Mcconnaughy. I liked that William had a video exposing all the many dishonest Tax Relief Companies in the Country. For us that was huge and what we needed to see. He was very Knowledgeable, Experienced, Honest and Professional. Our debt to income ratio wouldnt meet the terms for an Offer In Compromise because we Honestly just made too much money for a family of two! I understood and we all agreed after He and I looked carefully at all of our financial Statements. William mediated with the IRS and did all of our work for us and when it was all said and done. He was able to set up an agreement With the IRS that was in our budget and most importantly, I want to EMPHASIZE, there was still a financial obligation owed to his Accounting Firm. William insisted on NOT charging us for the remaining balance owed to him, instead giving us the opportunity to begin sending those payments Owed to him, to the IRS! That in itself speaks for itself!. Most agencies would be happy to take all your money but Not William, He was more concerned with you as a Person in need of assistance Not just a Paycheck!! We were in debt pretty deep with the IRS. We found William, and he worked with us. He fought our case to the T. Im sure without his help we would be facing an extremely high monthly payment or worse. Although it did take time because of covid and shortage of staff; the goal of 1M+ to uncollectible status was achieved! I have been in a battle with the IRS for more than 7 years. I went to other tax help companies to help me, all they wanted was to over charge me grossly for terrible customer service. I found Mr William McConnaughy and hes been responsive and personal. He negotiated with a IRS Agent that was not very easy to work with. I am settled in a repayment plan with the IRS and with his help and expertise, they are satisfied as well. We contacted Mr. McConnaughy several years ago because we had several years of past due taxes and were frustrated by all of our attempts to handle it ourselves. The balance kept growing and the IRS became very aggressive.His office was extremely sympathetic and not judgemental at all. They took our information and immediately sent us paperwork to complete for Mr. M. We paid the fee which seemed like a lot at the time but was oh, so worth it. His one request was that we send him what he asked for in a timely manner and that we organize our paperwork.He prepared an Offer in Compromise for us which was rejected. He then appealed it and got us a offer to settle our debt for 1/3 or less of what we owed. The process was not immediate and in fact took over a year to complete but the IRS left us alone and dealt just with him during that time.Since then, when we have had minor tax questions and requests, we immediately turn to him. He has handled them free of charge. We would have happily paid more for his services but he has done them free of charge. We have more than gotten a return on our investment in recruiting his help.He is very businesslike but also so knowledgeable and helpful. If you need help dealing with tax issues, please give him a call. You wont be disappointed.

My experience with the company’s work ethics were great. I owed the IRS lots of money that I didn’t have to pay. Mr. McConnaughey and his business help me and reduced what I owed. If I recall, i saved at least 90% or more in payments and fees.I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of debt with reasonable payment to Tax Help! They are a no nonsense company in relationship with the client (s). They’re extremely responsive. They give adequate notices of communication that impact your case. Very professional, non judgmental, and even through Ill never completely understand how the IRS works it doesnt matter. Mr McConnaughy does and he was able to drastically reduce the amount I had to pay the IRS and end the years of stress and overwhelm. This is a scam artist, I paid him thousands of dollars. He never did anything, he insisted I had to file my past due tax returns before he could do anything. He wanted to charge me 300.00 dollars per year to file my taxes after I had already giving him at least 4500.00. While I was try to get up my paperwork to file my bank account was levied. At that point I told him I would file my own taxes and get back to him.. well my taxes are being filed now. But guess what, he wont honor his obligation. It should not matter how long it took to get my taxes together, I paid this guy 4500.00 and he did nothing.

I retained this mans services for helping me stop irs collections on my wages. He did that in 48hrs. I called him up for that and to help me get rid of 50k+ of alleged irs debt. Before him i talked to 2 other persons and they both felt like salesmen while this man felt like speaking to an analyst. I retained him the same day.He is professional and to the point from the get go, assesses situation right away w key questions and in my case gave better than 50/50 odds.Months later settled a 50k+ alleged debt for 500$ plus his fee. Well worth it. I tell everyone when triggered by a similar tax situation or circumstances. Would retain him again in a heartbeat yet hope i never need him again.Do yourself a favor, call him up and be ready (it would help) to have some approximate numbers for that first conversation too. Ultimately though he is a facilitator and YOU must do the work and provide proof yourself in a timely and responsible manner as instructed by the tax pro.
