Due to many insurance exiting the CA market, and i have claim in the past 3 years. it was very difficult for me to get a coverage. my Friend Yang Xuan referred William to me. He was very professional and help me find a coverage at the last day of my previous home insurance company. Wiliam was nice and very helpful! I called needing assistance with trying to find a new mobile home insurance and he searched all options and offered to look over what I currently had to see if this was a good option. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him!

It would be unfair to put into words the excellence of the service William provides, but I will try! He is by far, the best insurance agent I have ever had in my life. I have been driving since I was 18 and now I’m 40, so I’ve met quite few agents in my life. William is experienced, knowledgeable, caring, he is always available when I have questions or need to deal with a car accident, or with anything regarding my house (I have auto+home). William is very easy to work with, I got the referral from my neighbor. In the current market, there is not much companies offer CA home insurance, I shopped around and got no good news. Luckily William helped me and I got the insurance within half an hour! 5 stars for sure!

Connected with William because our previous agent with the same company was completely unresponsive. After talking with William, we attempted to bundle a few insurance services but was not able to work that out. After realizing I would not be eligible for bundling, instead of seeing me as a lost cause, William dug in and spent time to find me a great policy with a subsidiary. In my opinion, William represents the pinnacle of kindness, service, and professionalism. I would recommend anyone looking for any type of insurance to seek a partnership with him.
