My experience was relaxing, yet stimulating. I had a lymphatic drainage massage. I also needed to have my facia stretched. Caitlin taught me a few stretches. Sylvia gave me a perfect facial. My skin looks so much better. It was very relaxing and soothing. My daughters gave me gift certificates for Mother’s Day and my birthday day. I have definitely recommended this spa to my Family and friends.

If you visit Whole Frog expecting just a massage, be prepared for something more akin to a religious experience! I have had many massages but nothing like this. Thee take massage to a higher lever. Stormy was my masseuse, and she was amazing. Seriously, this is something entirely different. Their specialty (and I dont say that lightly) is medical/therapeutic massage. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. But dont do just 60 minutes, get a 90 or 120 minute massage.

Ive been going here for a few years now. It is a very healing place with very caring people here. Ive had massages with Barbara, who helped me figure out I was hypermobile and helped me out of my hip pain. And Ive currently been seeing Dr. Bob who has been taking great care of me with my neck injury. I highly recommend coming here, whether its to get out of pain or to just have a relaxing massage.

Came for a massage and left with a lighter step. Stormy gave me an amazing full-body sixty minute massage. Very professional and friendly.With COVID everything was safe and I felt comfortable. Payment online.She checked temperature at the door. Masks on the entire time. Purchased some really cool things called Yoga Toes for my bunion too.

This was my first visit to WholeFrog. I scheduled a 90 minute relaxation massage with Patty and it was fabulous! The intake form was detailed and Patty also took the time to ask me questions in order to understand my preferences and what I needed. She then proceeded to give me one of the best massages I have ever received. The environment was relaxing and the staff were friendly and inviting. I will definitely be scheduling more appointments with Patty.

To put it very simply, the massage that I received was hands-down one of the best therapeutic massages (if not the best) I have ever received. My therapist Patty had a vast knowledge of the body and with just a 60 min massage I felt significantly better. Not only will I be returning, but I fully intend on making regular visits to whole frog.I’ve sustained many different injuries over the last 15 years. It can be tough to find a therapist who knows how to address all areas effectively but my therapist at whole frog truly amazed me.I greatly look forward to returning and Thank you for your outstanding work.

Wow Body by Design Wellness and Massage Clinic is great! I had a massage with Barbara and it was outstanding. I feel like Im doing this place a disservice by saying I had a massage. Barbara was able to get my should (which has bothered me ever since I had surgery) feel relaxed and loss, which gave me more range of motion without any pain. She really knows the human body and makes you feel so comfortable. Ive already recommended my family and friends get a massage from their and I recommend you do the same. Im confident that you will love the place and feel unbelievable when you walk out.

I had one of the best massages I have ever had today! Stormy was amazing. I came to her via a gift certificate. I was having a few physical issues that needed some careful TLC- Her technique was perfectly balanced. Loved the structure of the massage and the little extras like to warmed towels she offered to apply under my sore neck and around my feet. Just perfect! I will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Overall good, but this juice is just not worth the squeeze. Especially since they upped their already astronomical prices. The one positive here that I don’t see with other masseuses is that they are all very attentive and ask questions to make sure they are addressing certain issues. Stormy is by far the best masseuse and I’ve never had any issues with her and is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars, but my last experience with Bridget had me leaving with a lot of regrets. I asked her for just a relaxing massage and she left me hot and uncomfortable for most of the 90 minute session by using almost nothing but hot stones, hot towels all over and a lot of pushing and prodding and almost no rubbing. It was almost infuriating. I almost went back to book a massage with Stormy, but then saw they upped their prices even more and decided it’s just not worth it. Sorry WholeFrog, you can do better.

I have been getting deep tissue massages for several months. This has been very helpful to me in increasing body motion without pain. I have worked with three different therapists and all of them have been excellent. They are very careful not to apply too much pressure but they put on enough to cause my muscles to release and work well. I truly appreciate the help I am getting from the folks at Body by Design.

Truly therapeutic offerings like what I have been able to get here at Body by Design are hard to come by. I have used their massage treatments, and they were amazingly refreshing, but beyond that Barbara was able to help me with my plantar fasciitis far more than my podiatrist ever was, and at a far lower cost. Also, when I developed a trigger finger and my options were surgery or horribly painful drilling and injections, Barbara helped me with a program of short weekly sessions that even my orthopedic surgeon agreed resulted in near miraculous recoveries.

I wanted to write and thank Whole Frog and their very talented therapists. Im 60 years old and for the last 15 years my hobby has been Ironman Triathlons. If you are familiar with the sport you know it is very grueling and can really take its toll on the body. Four years ago I had both of my hips replaced and the recovery was very difficult. I did begin racing again but it was a constant struggle managing pain in my lower back.At Whole Frog, not only did I get one of the best massages I have ever had but I was taught some very simple exercises that I now do every morning before getting out of bed. It only take a few minutes and it has made such a difference! I am generally a skeptic. I normally question whether any treatment really helps or if the problem just coincidentally got better at the same time. I am 100% convinced that this does work. I will do it for the rest of my life, because it is easy and it works. Thank you Whole Frog!!!!!

I love this place. My daughter had a sports injury with her shoulder. Barbara was able to release the muscle and show her how to do it on her own with their lifetime exercises. I also had Susan do a detoxifying wrap on me and it was so amazing. I plan to do it again soon. They are so kind and caring. They truly make you feel like family.

Barbaras personal support, skill, experience, knowledge and enthusiasm met my needs at multiple levels. .Her treatment was more successful than other therapies have been. After going through my personal journey for a year without recovery there is obviously an emotional element that needed tending, support, encouragement and hope. Having over 40 years of experience as a therapist, I also needed a peer exchange of information. I felt the support, expertise, and most important, a relationship. When I left my visit, I felt more flexible and less pain than I have after 8 months of therapy. If you’re looking for a massage that actually helps heal you, then you NEED to see Gavin. I had surgery on my neck almost 31 years ago and have constantly been in pain, sore, or just uncomfortable in my neck & shoulder area. I have barely had any range of motion with my shoulder which just gets irritating. I had a 90 min massage from Gavin and I have never (and I mean NEVER) been able to move my shoulder/arm around so much. It’s still not perfect (because nothing is after only one visit) but I can already feel a HUGE difference! He is determined to help me because he cares so much about people and about what he does. I can’t thank him enough for helping me and my road to recovery. Do yourself a favor and go see him!

I went to Body By Design for some relaxation for my birthday, I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Susan. The massage was fantastic, Susan relieved some tightness I had been having in my upper back and neck. I will definitely book with Susan again. I have been going to Barbara and her staff for several years now. Its an amazing place with super helpful & friendly people. The release and freedom they have given me are AMAZING! I used to have tremendous tightness and cramps that kept me from being active for over 10 years. After a few sessions with Barbara, I was back on the basketball court. Since Ive gotten back into working out and dieting Ive been experiencing deep aches and pains and so I turned to Wholefrog in hopes they could provide some relief. They have addressed all of my aches through massage and helped teach me daily excercises to aid me in my recovery. Zahava has been a huge help and they have earned a loyal customer. If youre skittish because of the price, I would point out that they dont charge for any of the little extras that everyone else nickels and dimes you over. I recommend trying them out and I hope youre as happy with them as I am.

Amazing care! I was severely injured in a car accident. I was told that my vertigo, my torn rotator (in three places) and frozen shoulder, my hand freezing up, the pain, the lack of sleep would be my life. The Neuro and Ortho were convinced theyd cause more injury and permanent damage with surgery. PT didnt help. Im a mom of 6, own my own business and home-school my children - I am miserable trying to just do the basics of driving much less my normal life. After one session I could MOVE MY ARM - amazing! After a few sessions my arm moves - really moves, I can even lean on it without extreme pain! Im sleeping better, have found the start to relief and healing for the first time in 18+months!! Shes finding pain I wasnt focusing on and working on it... my hands are working better, as well! Vertigo, migraines, pain - shes working on it all and its WORKING! Amazing staff, care, communication and they really care.My children.. my four kids were in the car with me when we were impacted at full speed while stopped on the freeway. The doctors said the kids were too young to know their pain - but with constant pain and loss of strength, PT not working, CT Scans, MRIs and more - no one really knows how to help my kids. Watching my kids in pain is just the worst, they couldnt raise their arms, headaches, dizzy spells, migraines, cranky pain filled little people - so horrible to watch! Working with Body By Design for my 8 year old and the other kids start soon, shes making so much progress. She feels FREE of pain for a while and that time is increasing! What a God-send. Shes sleeping better, less headaches and tension, shes able to MOVE - actually move with out pain.My other kids cant wait for the relief and will start this week with Body By Design - with what freedom Im receiving and my 8 year old.. the Pediatrician, PT, Neuro all are at a loss on their pain - saying the kids will out-grow it. How? With help from Barbara and her staff - her amazing staff - they see relief and hope from the constant pain. I couldnt recommend this more. They treat the whole body, person and situation - she knew right where to go for my pain from describing the car accident whereas the doctors were at a loss and ignored so much. Full RNs with specialty in Massage Therapy - you cant get better care!
