This place becomes more filthy after each visit. The hot food bar is really gross with employees standing around and not cleaning messes. I came to buy food but now I feel nauseous after looking at all the mess surrounding me. I went back to get groceries after eating and all the mess is still there

My first time at this store. It was on a Saturday afternoon. Seemed under-staffed and under-stocked. Some shelves were almost empty. There were no pre-made vegetarian wraps or sandwiches, only meat ones.No juice/smoothy bar, which is a big disappointment.Kind of a weird energy there, like no one wanted to be there.Would not want to shop there again.I was hoping this would be a great store, because Im thinking of moving to this area.They should add a juice/smoothy bar and add more staff that is health food oriented and interested.

I really enjoy shopping here, I wish I lived closer. So many interesting items to discover and try. Staff have been more than fair to me and it also feels more laid back :)

Aisle 11 is the Amazon return area. I stopped by this Whole Food to do my Amazon return. Finding parking here will be simple since its in a big plaza. When you walk in, you wont see any big Amazon return sign or any Amazon sign in general. Basically the Amazon return area is in Aisle 11 and they have a little sign that says Amazon returns. I had to ask someone to find the area because I couldnt locate it. After I returned my Amazon items, I walked around the store to see if I needed anything. The store is nicely organized and pretty lit up with the white, clear lights. Some stuff are more expensive here than regular grocery stores but I guess you get better quality or healthier ingredients.

Nice place. There are lots of really cool things you can get here that you cant get at most normal grocery stores. The layout is a little confusing, but probably because it was my first time there. Very expensive for most things... Ill just come here for specialty items.

My Whole Foods experience in Porter Ranch was beyond frustrating. The food on display was not only dry and scarce, but the managers promise of fresh food in 20 minutes turned into an agonizing 45-minute wait with no improvement. Its disheartening when assurances fall flat, and this ordeal left me thoroughly disgruntled. The blatant disregard for timely and quality service at Whole Foods in this instance is unacceptable. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of the establishment, and Im left deeply disappointed in the overall food service provided.

First time at a whole foods, I got to say a bit overpriced on a lot of their products. I did like the fact that the store is very clean and organized, they sell hot foods inside and even have patios with a fire pit to relax and eat. I am impressed with the way the store is, they aim to make you feel comfortable and almost like your at home I would say. They even have a bar inside, they serve alcohol. Overall friendly staff, fresh produce, but still pricey. I will most likely still be returning though, but to be honest some products I will still go to other markets. Plenty of parking available on the lot.

Best Whole Foods Market in the San Fernando Valley. Consistent excellent food quality & taste. The store is stocked well and they dont start putting everything away at 9:40 pm.Best customer service.

Stopped here for a couple of sandwiches and dessert before a movie.We got grilled cheese sandwiches (2 different kinds), a napoleon, and a tres leches cake slice).Grilled cheese sandwiches were yummy. I had mine with cheddar on a sesame roll and hubby had provolone on marbled rye.The desserts, on the other hand, were cloyingly sweet. Ill get mine somewhere else next time.TIP: 1) Vegan grilled cheese sandwich is only $3 but it doesnt have to be vegan and you can change the bread.2) They offer a happy hour.3) If you are a Prime member then all sale items also come with an extra discount (you can use your phone number to look up your membership)

The big guy with the ginger beard at the butchers had a bad attitude and was condescending so we left $180 worth of steaks because of that. Horrible customer service
