Our experience with White Mechanical was FANTASTIC! We met with Brett who was the estimator and he gave us a very thorough estimate. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to lay out every detail to make sure we had a perfect finished product. He took multiple photos and took very detailed notes to make sure the installation was as smooth as possible. This really put my wife and me at ease as we knew we were in good hands. Scheduling was a breeze, White Mechanicals office staff was very helpful and prompt in their response, they kept to the dates they had scheduled and finished within the expected timeline. Our installers were Ricardo who was the lead on the job and Fong and Jason were his helpers. They were extremely professional and answered any questions my wife or I had. They kept our house very neat as they worked and made sure to leave our house feeling like home and not a construction site. All in all it was an exceptional experience and I cant wait to refer my friends and family.

Anna, Gary, and the entire White Mechanical was fantastic. Hired them for duct cleaning and now the housw is full fresh air and AC is more efficient. Scheduling and work was quick and efficient plus they left the house just like they found it without any mess.

I dont normally post reviews, but I have to give credit to companies that exceed my expectations. Brent was extremely detailed and informative. He had a thorough inspection and took his time answering all my questions, which I normally have a lot of. Haha. Great service!

White Mechanical comes through…again! My mom needed a new furnace and got a quote from one of the big box home improvement-approved vendors. What a mistake! Shady methods, rushed process, incomplete paperwork - all the signs of an unreliable replacement project. I’ve used White Mechanical before and suggested we get an estimate from them to do the job. What a refreshing change! Straightforward assessment of situation, clear explanation of options, diligent follow up, easy scheduling, clean installation and best of all, thousands of dollars cheaper! Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Cheers to White Mechanical!

From the quick response to my service inquiry, to on-site initial inspection and provision of quotes, follow up communication re quotes and purchase of unit, informational videos re what to expect on installation day and installation, this outfit was A+++++. The technician, named Chad, identified errors within the system in a meticulous and systematic manner. After conducting a thorough diagnosis for nearly two hours, he clearly explained the issues to me and communicated very effectively. Chad also provided me with a quote for the necessary repairs. I am likely to proceed with their services, anticipating another positive experience.

Excellent company. The experience with Brent as the sales person and Gary as the technician was very professional. They answered all my questions and were very patient to listen to any requests that I had. This company is aligned with Costco so I felt very comfortable with any issues that may come up later in dealing with any warranty concerns.

White Mechanical is an excellent company. Both the office staff and technicians are polite, efficient, and helpful. We first bought our system from White Mechanical and subsequently received yearly tuneups for about 15 years. Could not be happier with their service. They are professionals in every sense of the word.
