Our experience with Karlee Van Dyke was exceptional. This was our first time buying and she was able to locate a house off the market IN POWAY and lock in our offer immediately. We were buying from out of town and she guided us through the entire process. She has gone above and beyond, and I truly mean that. She’s was there from start to finish and then some. Vanessa Tao is an amazing realtor! I’ve worked with a few realtors in the past but none even came close to providing the level of service that Vanessa did. Working with Whissel Realty Group has been great experience. My realtor Joe Omeara has been nothing but professional. Helping with the viewing of homes, putting in offers on our behalf and getting us the best deals possible. We recently had an offer accepted for a home and will begin the escrow process in the coming days.
