They offer unlimited updates to your website which are handled easily if it is a small task such as adding a new picture or changing text. If you ask for more complex help such as changing the layout of a page on your website, be prepared for the process to take months of back and forth with many delayed responses.
WhiskerCloud has gone above and beyond to ensure that my businesss website was exactly what we wanted, and their customer care representative Karen has been so helpful along the way! I had lots of questions and changes to make, and the entire team has been so helpful and accommodating. They produce quality work, and their team is a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service ! Great company, the turnaround on edits and requests is fantastic. Any issues with updates, edits, or photos we send in they resolve on their end by adding similar stock photos etc so that the content can still be published, and they usually are so good we leave them. They always follow up and let us know as soon as our content is published, and get back quickly when we send in new requests. If you are looking for excellent and fast customer service, they are it. We cannot recommend WhiskerCloud enough. We contacted Adam late Thursday afternoon. He personally answered the phone and as I started to explained what we desperately needed, he quickly started to point out the deficiencies in our old website. For me, this was amazing as we had been previously working with a company that we kept paying and didnt do absolutely anything for us. Our new website was up and running a few months later. We have custom cartoon graphics of our pets on the page that we can also use for social media.We also love that they can fill in the gaps for you if needed. They provided a lot of the verbal content for the page. We tweaked some things here and there, but it was nice to have some ideas or to use their words.We looked through a lot of Whiskercloud made sites for inspiration and I love that they all look unique.We wouldn’t use anyone other than Whiskercloud!

2024-03-01 19:36:00This company lies to their customers. They use the same drag and drop themes for all their customer sites including their own. Why not just be honest with your customers? Using the DIVI theme builder is not custom work and is the equivalent of using WIX for your site. You use plugins for simple things like forms. I can only imagine this is because you have no idea how to actually code beyond the very very basics. It is absolutely okay to use DIVIs drag and drop website builder, what is not okay is advertising yourself as some sort custom service for web development. To be dishonest about something like this makes me wonder how far you go with this. So everyone knows, the typical charge for a site that is built in WordPress using a theme builder is around $500-$700 flat. They are made to be user friendly to where anyone can do it. Nothing said here you can even deny because it can very very very easily be proven as this information is available to the public. You might not have realized this. If you want to be a better liar you may want to change the name of your theme on your customers sites to something other than the most commonly used theme builder in WordPress. You can still figure it out, it is just a lot harder.

2023-09-24 00:25:14I switched my business from a local website host to Whiskercloud on the recommendation of another business owner. My website design experience was terrible and driven solely by my contribution of content, proofreading and editing, response times for issues are delayed beyond what would be considered reasonable. After leaving a review Adam, the founder, contacted us directly to resolve the issues we were experiencing and worked with us personally. Your experience will depend on which team members you are placed with, but overall we were able to eventually develop the custom website we were looking to create. Adam cares about the quality of service and product his team is offering. As with any company that has a high level of success, it becomes difficult to transition that standard to employees, but it seems he is committed to his clients needs.
