I have been doing business with the WHINS Insurance Agency and I extremely satisfied with the service and the responsiveness I receive! Joel Wagner and crew are always there to answer my questions or requests, and everything is done promptly, professionally with patience. (I asked a lot of questions) It saved me lots of money and better coverage. I Highly recommend them to family and friends!

I worked with Karen and the WHINS team to get umbrella insurance and they have been very reliable and responsive throughout. I had a short timeline to meet and some specific requirements. Karen worked with me to understand my needs, explain the various options and secure the right policy for my budget, on time. I found Joel through his good reviews on the internet. My previous home insurer had withdrawn coverage due to construction work and my previous broker was struggling to find new coverage. 3 weeks into a 4 week notice period, I called Joel who was able to arrange the correct coverage via Lloyds of London in just a few days. A real lifesaver! Very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

My wife and I reached out to Whins after we had shopped around for home insurance and earthquake insurance for the purchase of our very first home. We spoke with Joel Wagner, he obtained all the info from us and immediately sent us several quotes, he then reached out to us and took the time to review every single detail in each proposal to help us assess which would be the best fit at best price. When I was dropped by another carrier due to a change in underwriting criteria I was referred to Joel at WHINS. He responded within 5 minutes and was able to provide me with a reasonable quote from a reputable carrier.I would highly recommend WHINS for any small business owner.
