I worked with WHINS Insurance Agency to help me and my company find both a professional liability as well as a general liability policy. Prior to working with WHINS, and more specifically with Joel Wagner, I had worked with three other companies and three other insurance brokers. Unfortunately, working with the other companies left me dissatisfied with the service, which I unfairly generalized to the entire industry. Working with Joel and WHINS Insurance was absolutely a 180* turnaround. He was quick to understand the situation I was in, and dial in my exact needs for a policy. He was diligent in responding to emails in a timely fashion, and figuring out precisely what I needed. I worked with the other brokers for 2 months prior to working with Joel. There was a lot of back and forth, waiting long periods of time for emails to be unsatisfactorily answered. Joel found me the perfect policy in just 4 days.I couldnt be more satisfied with working with Joel Wagner and WHINS, and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a general liability, professional liability, or commercial liability insurance policy. Top notch service from a top notch individual. I look forward to continuing to work with him going forward.

Steve and his team at WHINS is fantastic! This was my first experience with getting home owner’s insurance and, to be honest, I was a bit afraid of the process. Steve made is so easy I couldn’t believe it. We were done in just a few minutes and the next thing I knew I had the bound policy in my possession. Easy as can be. The ratings on here do not lie. I found WHINS while comparing insurance quotes from many other insurance companies big and small. Morris was able to provide quotes for all of my insurance needs, and the rates were amazing. Morris was a big help in explaining my coverage and very prompt to reply to emails and was ultimately able to issue us a new policy quickly!

Mr. Morris got in touch with me very quickly and helped me to make the right decision on auto insurance. He even took some time to educate me on the best policies and was very patient with me. Furthermore he was able to help me find a policy that was not hundreds of dollars a month! Cannot recommend Mr. Morris enough!

I needed a professional liability policy quick, in order to eligible to work for a new big customer. I had received applications from a couple other companies that were SO LONG I could have probably just studied and gotten my own insurance brokers license quicker than filling them out. I worked with Joel for some general and professional liability insurance. I had talked to a couple of other places and really gotten nowhere. Joel was knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with and got the job done for me ASAP. If you are looking for insurance these are the people I would turn too. Whenever I am going to need insurance or whenever I am going to refer an insurance company to anybody, it HAS to be Darren of Whins. DARREN. HAS. TO. BE. YOUR. POLICY. MAKER.!! There are NO exceptions to this. When I first signed up with Whins, he was SO thorough in explaining to me how things worked with auto insurance, what the costs were, and he is incredibly patient in that he answered ALL of my questions. I have had my share of horrible insurances in that their customer service and billing caused so much stress - and I had a lot of questions!! He cleared things up from me and assured me that whenever I had a question, I could call him and he would explain it to me. I called him today 1/31/2018 and no lie, Darren spent 26 minutes of trying to clear up a problem that I had with my insurance. I feel SO assured and SO happy and SO balanced! Once again, thank you so much for a fantastic experience with an insurance company Darren!

I actually worked for this agency back in 2011. If you want the opinion from an insider Darren and Joel are two of the nicest guys youll ever meet. Very professional and really care about doing a good job. They dont just try to sell you a policy, they try to get you the best deal.

I kept pushing off getting insurance because it scared me. Was I actually supposed to understand all those abbreviations and medical terms? And then I was introduced to Frank at WHINS Insurance Agency. He walked me through a couple of suggested plans based on what I was willing to spend. He took the time to explain to me what all the terms meant, what the benefits of each plan were, and helped me to make the right choice. He was (and is) friendly, courteous, and has always responded to any questions I have whether via email, phone, text and no matter what time it was. If you need insurance, you want to call Joel and Darren. Joel helped me find dental insurance for my mom... and I wasnt even there for that! I mentioned her teeth/insurance issues while we were chatting and he dug up a bunch of dental insurance info for me even though thats not something they specialize in and sent it to me. He even recommended a line of insurance he didnt sell! Solid people, great service and honest advice; you dont need much else.

After speaking with 7 different insurance companies to obtain liability insurance for my small business Darren at Whins was the only broker who took the time to explain to me what type of insurance was necessary for my business in plain english without throwing around loads of industry specific jargon that made it hard to understand what I was buying. He also had an expansion plan ready for me as my business grows so that I would be covered in any situation that may arise.There are not enough stars to give for this level of service and im looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with both Darren and Whins.

I had a problem with prior Homeowners Insurance They had approved me and then 2 months later they cancelled. my policy. Obviously this was poor policy on there part in my opinion. Joel Wagner went to bat for me and solved my problem and was also able to obtain an Umbrella policy for me also
