I am posting this review from my Grandma who is so thankful to Michael who set up the new laptop I got for her! He configured everything just as she requested, and he even made sure it was able to connect to the internet instantly when she turned it on for the first time at her home!“I am only too happy to recommend Michael and his expert handling and reloading of my new laptop, He was effective and efficient and completed things in an unbelievably fast manner. Michael was able to repair my companys server within a day and on the Fourth of July. I am truly thankful for his prompt service and knowledge. Michael comes highly recommended.

Michael helped out my parents when we were in a bind very quickly, and professionally. Their work computer crashed and wouldn’t turn on anymore. He quickly diagnosed the issue as being the motherboard and was able to recover our files and put them on a new computer in less than 24 hours. He does great work and is very helpful.

I have used Michaels services for our business the past 5 years. When I needed a new network built setup for another location I asked Michael for his services. I was on a tight time frame and Michael pulled through and did a wonderful job to meet the deadline for us opening our office for business! As stressful as it is opening a new location, Michael took care of his part of the job with little stress on my part. Great job! Im completely happy and satisfied with his service!

Mike came to my rescue. Twice! As a new wireless Internet and television subscriber, he set up a very complex, wireless theater and computer system. All went well for a month.Unexpectedly, my Internet stopped to my desktop, but worked on my laptop. I called Mike, and he talked me through a solution, over the phone in about ten minutes.Being a true professional, he understood my ignorance, and did not bill me for his phone tutorial.
