Lots to do, but why is it always SO HOT??? Thats the one downfall. I never stay long enough because of how hot it gets. I went here just a month ago, and a year before that since I was visiting. I went during winter and spring so Im hoping they can figure out how to maintain that during the seasons. Both times I went were hot. Love the little okay area for kids though! Its cute, aesthetically calming to the eye and kids love it.

Westfield Galleria at Roseville is one of the few active indoor shopping malls remaining in the greater Sacramento area, and the Westfield Galleria has been the best shopping mall since the day the shopping mall was opened for business.The shopping mall is almost entirely occupied. It is hard to find in other shopping malls in California. Some luxury brand stores have a location in Westfield Galleria too.The shopping mall is big and modern, and my shopping experience is excellent. I like most of the stores in the mall.

It’s been many years since we have been to a cheesecake factory. The food was great, service was wonderful. Wait time was minimal. We sat out on the patio and the weather was perfect for it. The drinks were insanely expensive so we did not partake. I think that’s just restaurant life nowadays.

Went here for my nieces birthday to get her a build a bear and by far was the best mall Ive been to in a while just a wholesome vibe not too much trash in the parking lot no rowdy people and the arcade at round one was nice for the kids to get ice-cream

Always busy! Busy is good for business though! The only complaint I have is the parking garage monitoring. Lots of people who dont have kids or are by themselves always take up family parking. It would be great if this was actually monitored and utilized for its intended purpose which is Family Parking. 5/5 would still recommend

I went to Circus Vargas and it was really nice. Not like the Circuses I went to as a kid but it was very enjoyable. My grandsons loved it. Prices for the food was kind of high. $8 for a small popcorn and $10 for a slushie but other than that they did a great show. I have some video of it.

This is a popular mall. All your shopping needs will end here including a professional photo studio at the entrance. Good ambience and children play area for entertainment. You will find from Starbucks to variety of different restaurants.

Came here to hangout for my friends birthday who came into town and spent the a good while here just walking and shopping. Had a plesant time here and of course at the claw machines @Round1!!! Oh and the food court had a great selection of food as well as the surrounding area overall. Credit to my beloved friend who suggested I visit here for hangouts!

We really liked the excellent Mall here, it is beautiful, cozy, there are many expensive shops, cafes, places for children. 👍😃In general, it is atmospheric, how in Europe, there are a lot of people, if not in Sacramento :) 🙃😆This is a place where you can remember Ukraine, feel the real city life, especially on weekends. 👗🥻🩳🎒👠👟🩴🧼🫧🧽📷Almost all parking spaces are occupied, people miss after mowing places where there are a lot of people and you want to feel like a part of this big Sacramento family :) 🧐Really cool Mall! 😎😇🇺🇸

Nice shopping mall, great variety of different commerce from luxury brands to small stands. It has a kids play area were you can seat and rest while your kids run safe. Liked very much the food court, it has some interesting quick service restaurants with turkish, mongolian and thai food besides the regular mc Donald. Very clean, not to busy even on weekends

I love this mall! It has really good food and a lot of places to like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Kinda expensive but all malls are like that. This is my local mall and one of my favorites. Favorite food place is the shake shack. Only local one near me. the next one is in downtown Sacramento. Would definitely recommend.

Roseville, CA. This is maybe my favorite mall in the US for walking because it’s upscale yet not crowded, clean and accessible. It has everything from San Laurent to Starbucks. The businesses seem to be thriving but there aren’t crowds and it’s easy to maneuver. I rather liked the people at this mall over the two days we shopped and walked here while charging our electric rental car.It’s better than Sawgrass Mills or Florida Mall because there weren’t sales people at kiosks hawking their wares. It’s better than South Coast Plaza, Millenia Mall or Aventura Mall because it has a play area for children and was calmer.It had most major retailers plus a few I hadn’t seen recently: Dr. Martens, Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, Na Hoku jewelers, Crate and Barrel, Sees and more.

Ive been enjoying nice trips here with my lady. Theres so many shops to go to from jewelry to sports, and theres also a nice movie theater with luxury reclining seats. Not to mention, theres an arcade gaming area and even a small bowling alley. That kind of blew my mind. The food court is pretty good as well, and there is seating to rest your tired feet all through both the first and second floors of the mall.Just outside one of the doors is actually a pickleball court and other various nice restaurants attached to the mall and the surrounding parking lot.Public restrooms are available,and at least the two times Ive needed to use them, they were clean and well kept.Parking is well... busy mall parking, but Ive always found decent parking close enough to accommodate my old bones.

Lots of families bring their children here to play in their outdoor playground, theres an indoor one for the younger age group. Overall, the place is big to accommodate many children surrounded by Forever 21, family restroom, Starbucks and Krush Burger to name a few. The food court is right above the play area for both indoor and outdoor play areas.The mall itself is very nice, clean spacious and never too crowded given its size which is nice. High end name brand stores can be found here too

Currently the best mall in the greater Sacramento area. Everything from Tiffanys to Forever 21. High end to affordable. A nice, clean, bright mall. Its a bit confusing to navigate, but kinda fun at the same time. Getting lost & figuring out where you see new store is interesting. Tons of food options also from high end Ruth Chris & Land & Ocean to Shake Shack..and a really cool Arcade with Video games, but the crane games in the arcade today were my favorite. Windsor is the store to go to for a fancy evening dress. Macys & Nordstrom have the best shoe departments. They also have a Movie theater & bowling alley. Come to shop, have a bite, & enjoy. Reminds me of the malls when I grew up.

We love to go to “the mall” a couple times a year. Now that my daughter is older it’s fun to go have a girl day. There’s really anything you could possibly want at The Galleria. It’s well mapped out and plenty of spots to sit and take a break from time to time. The Christmas tree is so pretty. No Santa, though? (edit: my son went the next day and said that Santa is definitely at the mall. Somehow, we missed him!)

The food court has gone downhill. The new food offerings are not good choices. And the people working at those new food court offerings are very rude. It was always a treat for my granddaughter to go to McDonald’s when we went shopping. Why did you close it? Bring back some more American food. And educate the workers on good people skills. They are very rude. Especially the guy at the Italian place. We are not eating there any more.

Good shopping experience here. Lots of stores to browse and food to eat when hungry too.I only spent a few hours here but you could probably spend a whole day here.Shop, eat, and then shop again. If you run out of phone battery, battery pack rentals are available too. Even watch a movie too if you have the time for it.The sink restrooms only had cold water which is kind of strange for this part of town. We visited the Round 1 Arcade and their restrooms had warm water at the sink.

Was at the mall a few times sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot as I get quite winded from walking around the mall for a few hours so I set my car to check my heart rate and make sure it goes below 90 before I start up my vehicle for safety. While doing this only being in my vehicle on the outside parking lot not more than 5 minutes I get approached by a big body security guard with little square glasses that asked me why I was sitting in my vehicle after Mall hours and what was I doing so not to embarrass myself I just said Im watching YouTube shorts with a heart monitor on my finger. Then the security guard said thats really stupid to do while driving so I say something snarky and arrogant back and say well I wasnt driving Im sitting at a parking lot Park then the security guard wants to babysit me and stare at me with his dopey looking face so I said you can leave now Ill be gone within 5 minutes and then I said you can leave now again and he made a disgruntled noise like a pig or a hog like most of the security guards and then left. I do not understand why the owner of this small decided to use the worst security company and all of security companies that are heavily used in California that buys smaller contract companies out that higher most the time potheads and oxymorons they cant do their job professionally. And if the owner responds to this you should understand that youre also a moron.

You could spend all day and not hit the same shop twice!Plenty of parking, convenient location off the I-80.9-19-20: Really glad the mall is open again! Was able to get some great tea at T2 ... Clothes at Eddie Bauer ... and pick up a bag at coach! And even take some Cinnabons home to my hubby. Most people in the mall were Covid complient and wearing masks, and the stores were controlling the number of patrons allowed inside at any one time.

I was inside my car, when I was approached by a security car, asking me if everything was ok, why I was inside my car, if I was going to enter the mall, you guys at the mall should instruct the security guards who are at the parking lot to not have this type of approach, especially as I am a woman, a man I dont know who wants information about me at what time I was going to enter the mall, I dont owe satisfaction to any strange man from the security company, this is really absurd, you at the mall should be concerned about the quality of your service to us customers, how old, stinky, dirty the bathroom in this mall is, they have luxury stores like Gucci etc, I am a customer, I was aborted without having one plausible reason for this because if I needed help I would get it, I was sending a message at the time of this approach without justification, Im going to see my lawyer about this matter because I dont like to have embarrassment or stress.. in a place I often come to spend my money in stores

First time coming to this huge mall and it was the biggest mall Ive ever seen in my life. My favorite mall Ive ever been to and get this Ive never seen a tattoo shop, ever, at a mall. Definitely the best mall in the Sacramento county region. Retail is suffering elsewhere, but this mall has very few empty spots and most are going to be filled soon. The only thing its missing is some kind of dramatic centerpiece like fountains or huge sculptures or something. It needs a heart to give it some soul!

This was our first time here and felt it was a really cute play area for our kids. It is surrounded by restaurants which was nice if you wanted to eat while you watch the kiddos play. Best mall in the area. Its definitely crowded during the holiday season, but worth it due to a lot of good shops there like Hot Topic, Spencers and Zummiez in my opinion. Nice selection in the food court and my daughter can always find some good ice cream or gelato places. Also the new movie theater there is top notch. Love making a day out of it seeing a movie and having lunch or dinner there or nearby.

Havent been here in over two years, it was great to see so many stores open, and people everywhere enjoying themselves. We spent 5 hours there and still didnt walk the entire space. Will eventually go back for round two after our legs rest. 😉Side note, Fun Factory Arcade for kids is over priced, the prizes are very cheaply made,, the staff is bland and the older man that is the supervisor is extremely rude. The entrance to Macy’s on top of the parking structure is strewn with garbage. Are they trying to attract a homeless encampment? You’d think Macy’s would force them to keep this area clean. It is disgusting! The ambulance guys were hanging out, eating, and blocking five of the best parking spaces.

If youre looking for a one-stop-shop, especially during the holiday season, and you have the time to spare with regards to parking and crowds, this is your spot! There is a store for everyone. The parking this time of year is atrocious, but there were people directing traffic into and out of the parking lots over the weekend (I cant speak for weekdays; havent been there on a weekday yet). Lots of parking, plenty of food options. The Westfield website says theyre ADA (Service Animal) compliant, but I saw no less than 5 untrained (non-Service Animal) pet dogs pulling their human counterparts all over the mall, barking at or approaching strangers. The staff at the mall seemed unaware of the 2 legal questions that are allowed to be asked when someone brings an animal into a non-pet friendly establishment: (1) Is the dog or miniature horse a service animal required because of a disability? And (2) What work or task has the dog or miniature horse been trained to perform? Just be aware that you may be approached by a non-Sevice Animal while in this establishment.

Always fun to go here with family to walk around even if you dont buy anything.The movie theater is great, the bowling place with arcade is too. The food court has a great selection too of food. Typical, nothing fancy. Great to get your cell phone repaired, LEGO store and more! Parking in the garage is a bane and sometimes the roads get jammed but it doesnt last long.

Food was awesome at the Cheesecake Factory, service was above and beyond!The arcade was fun but needs more games. Way to many claw games. A few games we wanted to play were out of order. I would not recommend the game part of the arcade, but the bowling alley and the pool tables looked good. My friends enjoyed the bar.

Avoid Santa at the Westfield. We made 5:15 reservations and stood in line at 4:40. A worker asked us to get out of line and get back in later when they were calling 4:45s. We entered the line again at 5:10 but this time they were just taking people from the line with no regard for reservations. We had to wait until 6pm to get Christmas pictures. One of the workers was massively unprofessional.

Check out Glittery Slime Parlour Next to Macys Top floor! I took my daughter(7 yrs old) for the first time yesterday and she loved it. Really nice mall. Has everything that a modern mall should have and them some. Its two stories and stretches out a ways. There is a whole gaming section in one portion of the downstairs area. Also has several restaurants and attractions including a medical cube you can go into that offers a full body scan and provides information tailor made to your health needs. Parking is is vast and convenient and overall, the infrastructure is well designed. One of the better shopping malls in the region.

Large shopping centers and during the day you can often see different groups with people of special needs. At the Galleria we were asked to leave Santas workshop for trying to take a video of our 2 year olds first time meeting Santa. Only because they want to charge you for taking the photo themselves. Our child didn’t even get a chance to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas or sit with him. Big corporations prey on the tradition of seeing Santa only to make money. It’s really sad. I do not recommend seeing Santa here.

With covid, most smaller stores have limited capacity to about 5-15 people at a time. If you go on Monday to Thursday, there will be less waiting time, to about 5 min wait for more popular stores. LV has a long line most of the time. Overall most stores are open except upcoming Round 1 Arcade & some small clothing stores. Good shopping spot for gifts & high end merch!

It’s infrastructure is crumbling, there are buckets all over the mall because of roof leaks, pure junk restaurants in the dining area, empty stores, outdated decor. This mall is on its way down hill. They should model it like the Santa Clara Valley Fair mall.Tons of store options, indoor/outdoor dining and shopping and tons of restaurants. This place is lacking……..and sliding down hill right now. Also for the mens bathroom, get privacy dividers! No one and I mean no one wants to see anyone else’s junk.

Largest mall in Sacramento which is part of an even larger shopping complex (combination of strip malls and actual mall). Weekends and evenings are very busy, parking involves a lot of patience. Inside it’s confusing to navigate and going there just to shop at 1 store is a chore. This is the location of the only area Crate & Barrel and expect to spend an hour with parking for what would normally be a 15 minute visit. Stores on the perimeter are much easier to access with drive up parking. I hesitate to ever go there and deal with the crowds and noise -it’s more a hang out for families kids teens than a place to get what you need. I avoid shipping here unless it’s the only local location for a specific store.

Everything is super nice or at least meant to look nice. Clean environment fancy decor, Id say not a place for the average person unless they are ready to increase their credit debt, but plenty want to play it rich and live beyond their means, so have at it, just dont go breaking anything here, I dont take this place as the forgive and forget with their security keeping watch. A shadow of its former self this mall has had to reinvent itself. Many of the core stores are gone and the food court seems a bit shabby, this isnt the destination venue it used to be. The good thing is that now it has a great movie theater (instead of Sears) and an entertainment venue with bowling, pool tables, and food. All in all maybe this will save the brick and mortar mall where others have failed.

I previously loved shopping here, pre pandemic it felt safe and had a huge variety of shops as well as great food options.I visited to do some returns the past weekend and amazed by the amount of businesses not as following closure orders or mask mandates.There’s signs up all over advising not to eat or drink inside as it’s not allowed under state orders but people were sat all over the mall eating food they had bought there.There was kids in Starbucks with masks under chins. Best mall in the area. They have a great line up of stores and a good food court! Also good for shopping for furniture at Pottery Barn and Crate and barrel. They have the only watch store in the area that carries Hamilton which is pretty awesome! Definitely the best Swiss value brand.
