The dentists treating me were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything about the treatment plan, and the receptionist helped me with payment options and my insurance. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I had no wait time and was able to be seen quickly for follow up appointments. The staff was friendly and kind. I like the Saturday appointments also.

I had the pleasure of visiting westen Dental today for a deep cleaning, and I must say that my experience with Alma, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. Came today for the free check X-ray and checkup the girl at the front desk she profiled us over color and accent, and she said sir we dont help people without insurance, and you need to pay 165 copay i called there corporates to complain they were shocked of what happened and they said they will escalate and then they said wait and hold we will call the branch and the branch didnt put the corporates on hold and they didnt answer.i will make a major complain about this facility to corporateand if you guys people with color or English is your second language consider taking your business somewhere else.and that lady she handle customer she can go to hell for thisperiod wasting our time 3 appointmentsfirst one oh you need someone to speak English with yousecond appointment you late 5 minutes3rd appointment here we go no FREE CHECK UPi will report this %12000000

I have had the worst experience at this office and as a result I suggest you find a different provider. This office only wants to do the work they suggest you have “all at once”. If you prefer to space out treatments they’ll just decline working with you. It’s a straight up money grab and the customers preference doesn’t matter. I’m not willing to pull from savings or add an interest rate oppressive credit card payment to my finances. This is NOT customer service as I see it so I walked away. Please do your homework before working with them. I’ve already found dental practices besides Western Dental that are client focused and not dictators. Run!

I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist after a traumatic experience elsewhere. I decided to get my deep cleaning done with Alma the dental hygienist there, she was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Today I went back for my follow up general cleaning and she did an amazing job to make sure my gums stay healthy. She always answers all my questions and is always so kind. Alma the hygienist is so wonderful I suffer from really bad anxiety and had to cancel and left a few appointments because I was so scared. Alma called me and After talking to her she insured that I would be ok and was able to do my deep cleaning with ease!! I’m so happy and will only get treatment with her. I was so relaxed I went to sleep!! Her and the staff in the front desk especially Kat treated me so kind and I appreciate that so much. Best experience ever!!

The service was excellent! The day started with Serenity at the reception desk, who was helpful and answered all questions regarding insurance and future plans. I was taken in by Rachel, the X-Ray technician, whom provided, quick, professional service and received a quality teeth cleaning from Alma, the hygienist. Dr. Singh paved a feasible plan going forward. Overall, Im genuinely impressed by the service at this office!

Customer service corporate are extremely rude and harrasses you even if you’re a day late and literally will argue with you and talk over you. receptionist on the other hand are really nice, and the ortho dentist I actually liked. But the overall actual company makes it hard to want to get serviced period. Not worth the headache.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My appointment was at 9,I arrived at 8:45 and I sat until 10:40 with no explanation on why it was taking so long . Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, also when I got fed up and told the girl at the front desk to just cancel my appointment she just responded “yep” it’s like they have no education and Job skills suck. Truly will never come back . Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with the dentist office. Do not recommend at all .

I was very nervous about having a Deep Cleaning since I havent been to a dentist in YEARS!!! But after talking with Alma, she understood, and did everything she could do to ease my fear, and make it comfortable for me to get the Cleaning done. My only complaint was having to wait so long. No privacy at all. Everyone will know your business. In one occasion I tried looking @ my kids screen teeth chart only to be told to look the other way in a very mean tone of voice all because they didn’t know whose chart it was. I was shure it was my kids. The screen I was looking at was at a hallway. Where everyone passes by. On another occasion Dr. Mehanny was very negligent in drilling a tooth without looking at the chart first. Then asking the assistant about the chart & what tooth they will be working on. She will kick you out the room as soon as you question her & They won’t let you in with your kid so they don’t have a witnesses to their negligence. My Daughter was left with a drilled tooth. She refused to work on it unless I got out the room. I had to get out because of my daughter tooth had already been drilled. & I didn’t want her to stay like that . Please if you have under age kids don’t go here. Make your research first and make shure to read all reviews before doing your Dental Clinic selection. I don’t want this to happen to some one else. They will make you sign lots of paperwork & also a sheet saying they are not racist before being seen . So be very careful. That’s just some of the things I witnessed. Theres more but I’ll just stop here other wise it would be longer.

DECEITFUL SCAMDo not trust ANYTHING youre told about financing at the Antioch, CA office. Serenity (financing CSR) who is very nice, but a complete stranger to the truth. She sent me back to consult with the dentist, while in there I had received an email from Alegro before I left the chair. Before even getting the hard copy, she docu-signed my name to a contract she sent from her computer without my authorization. She said it was a promotional $5,000 no interest if all payments were made on time. It said nothing on the hard copy & she said dont worry, Alegro will explain it to you. I immediately called them & they said that was completely false. After 3 weeks back n forth on the phone with one lie after another from Serenity, I started getting calls from Alegro for a missed payment. Alegro submitted their form to cancel the misrepresented, forged docu-signed contract along with notes on my account from 6 times of phone calls with Alegro. When I just called today, she just said Oh well, thats what I thought they said. She said just make the payments and theyll send you a refund for the interest if you make them all on time. She made up another story about the promotion being over and said its not her problem. I told her on day 1 I could have gotten a loan from my bank for 4%. But she fabricated this no interest lie and to top it off, the numbness across my cheek & eye from the 4 upper implants turns out to be permanent nerve damage. They run that office like a drive thru line at a fast food restaurant & now I have to live with this forever. I canceled the remaining appts and have to have a competent oral surgeon finish all the work. Stay clear of this place or take the chance of being damaged for life now, like I am, thanks to them. I would have given them zero stars, but that option isnt available.Date of experience: June 21, 2023

☆☆VISIT THIS WESTERN DENTAL AT YOUR OWN RISK!☆☆I do not recommend the Lone Tree Way Antioch Western Dental location to anyone. Last year this location was decent, and the Dental Specialist Alma was great, but now, there is all new staff. I had scheduled an appointment to have my fillings done on my 2 bottom teeth(Central and Lateral Incisor teeth). The receptionist asked if would I also like an X-ray exam. I said, sure... why not? The X-ray exam happened; my reason for initially scheduling the appointment did not. A woman named Grethel who had a very condescending attitude, and a bad habit of rudely interrupting our conversation using the words, like I was saying... tells me that I did not schedule an appointment to have fillings done, that my appointment was for an X-ray. I only scheduled the appointment because the fillings that this Western Dental installed came out and were cutting my bottom lip. I took off from work to attend this appointment, and now I have to take off from work again once I find a new reputable location. I do not recommend the Lone Tree Way Antioch Western Dental to anyone.

I got 3 fillings done recently by Dr. Mehany and I really appreciated the way she took care of me and made me feel so comfortable under her care. I didnt even feel any discomfort during the drilling, first time ever i didnt mind how long it took. Shes definitely my favorite dentist of all time! Alma treated me very good as well. The people that work there are all super nice and friendly, the service it’s good but you cannot schedule time expecting to be seen at the time of your appointment. You need to get there in time but so far, my experience has been nothing less than 30 min waiting to be seen. Only 2 chairs on the lobby (assuming it’s a covid protocol but still very uncomfortable wait).Would not recommend it if you have a busy schedule like me.

My hygienist was ALMA SANDINO, and she made my experience very pleasant especially since I have sensory issues/sensitivities and she took the time to accommodate me which I greatly appreciate since many people tend to ignore/overlook/get annoyed and impatient, She was very patient and clear with letting me know what she was doing and why which I really loved since I have language processing disorder and it makes verbal instructions more difficult for me typically but she was very easy to follow and understand.Alma’s bedside manner was very polite, kind, and gentle. I really appreciated that she had a positive/friendly energy and was loud enough for me to hear clearly but not too loud since some people have loud voices that trigger me. (due to my sound processing issues/sensitivities)I typically don’t like when people get close to me and I tolerate it because it is necessary using medical appointments but Alma’s demeanour/calmness made it very easy for me to feel ok with it.I highly recommend her because she is also very efficient at the cleaning process. It hurt a lot to get my teeth cleaned because I have gum disease stuff going on but she made the discomfort be over with quickly which I very much appreciated.She was very helpful with suggestions on my dental kit for treating my gingivitis at home and even wrote simplified directions on my boxes so it is very convenient for me to remember what to do. She is so incredibly thorough and really went above and beyond impaired to my past experiences at the dentist. Usually I am sent out the door and told to read the pamphlet in the bag and either there isn’t one or it doesn’t have answers to my specific question, so the fact that Alma took the time to do everything she did to make sure I understood fully what to do and how and why it will help my teeth stop bleeding meant a lot to me.I actually want to continue going to this office simply because of her, as well as the x-ray technician who helped me too. I didn’t catch his name but he was also very friendly and kind.Oh and I forgot to also add that she was my reason for going ahead with buying the perio daily defense system package, her own testimony of her experience and her positive personality won my trust to go ahead with making the purchase for the benefit of my health otherwise I wouldn’t have because it was like 1100 dollars

The only dentist that i actually felt comfortable. They were all very nice and they cared to make sure i was ok and wasnt in pain. Ive been to many dentist over the years and Western Dental on Lone Tree actually cared. Im a mother of an Autistic non verbal son. So because he wont let me brush his teeth and he does the lock jaw thing. They were very considerate that they wanted to make sure my son wasnt going to be afraid. I very much appreciated that.

When you first walk in everyone appeared to be uptight. Ms. Serenity McGil was nice and professional from beginning to end. The xray guy was nice and the Dr.who performed deep cleaning was very pleasant to talk to she explained the options of the procedure and explained everything before she did anything they didnt hurt me but I have to go back tomorrow so Ill give you my final opinion then. I would have given this place 4.5 stars if I didn’t have to wait over an hour to get seen. Expect a long wait on your first visit and understand that at times it’s not the staffs fault but your insurance and verifying it as well. Also rated this due to seating availability although this could be affected due to covid policies. I must say however the staff was nice which makes the most difference.

Which they made every excuse in the world to avoid rectifying. It would cost them $5 and a half hour worth of time to fix but they don’t care about long term customers. They want your money and don’t care if you come back.The manager is very rude and showed no sign of caring about my wife’s terrible visit.I talked to the corporate office which did care and is working to get this matter fixed. I actually had a good experience with western dental. They were pretty fast with getting me an appointment. They do offer a bunch of other services that isn’t necessary but you can ask to only pay for the treatment you want. I went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone I know seemed to have a horrible story with their extractions but I’m happy to say my recovery was almost painless. The medication helped a lot and I feel perfectly fine. Everyone was so surprised with how well I was doing. The dentists did an amazing job. 😊

Over the past ten years Ive had quite a bit of dental work done by Western Dental at 4518 Lone Tree Way, Antioch. Every single interaction, that Ive had with staff, has been efficient and pleasant. The vast majority of my work has been done by Dr. Farooq Khan. I dont have the words to express my appreciation of Dr. Khan. He not only does quality work, he does it in a friendly efficient manner. Everyone who works at this location follows Dr. Khans leadership by being efficient and friendly. During my last couple of visits, Ive had work done by Dr. Faheem Qazi and hygienist Alma Sandino, RDH, MS. I could not have been more pleased with either of them. Went here for years and never had a problem, they even fixed a mistake my prior dentist did in my teeth and relieved me from the pain. Had me waiting 4 days for an appointment then told me they couldn’t do ANYTHING for me after waiting over an hour in the office.I have been in pain for 4 days and explained my issue when calling to schedule an appointment. I showed up and they had me wait for OVER an hour before seeing me and telling me they could do very little for me. The doctor told me he couldn’t remove my retainers because “aerosols” and used covid as a reason — why would you not be able to perform a dental procedure in a dental office???? The doctor then left to work on other patients and did not come back. Then someone else came to tell me that they no longer do work on permanent retainers AND that they wouldn’t do even the smallest thing like cut the wire stabbing me in my mouth to relieve my pain. My wait was long, about 30 minutes past my appointment time but I am sure the emergency patients were the reason. Moral of my story is don’t go here ! At least until they hire people who actually know how to do their job . Who knows Ruth may have been having a bad day but what does that have to do with me?? I just wanted to get my tooth fixed and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt even after all the bad experiences I heard from everybody even my husband had a bad experience and told me I told you!

Silvia from finances gave me very poorly service claiming it was my fault that the payments weren’t being made when I specified I wanted my card on autopay back in September and are now doing the same to my sister. On my 1st call I was told they were having difficulties with their system and they would call me back. They did not take my number and did not call me back. On my 2nd call I talk to customer service, I was trying to verify the cost of a procedure and was told I needed to talk to appointments so while on hold my call was disconnected. Ive had not so good experiences with several different western dental offices so I wasnt too thrilled to book an emergency appointment with them, but it was urgent and I didnt have many options.I called early in the morning and they got me an appt for 2hrs later. The wait wasnt long front desk staff was helpful, dentist was really caring, hygienist was awesome and I was given a px for pain meds and antibiotics which made my pain manageable until they could get me in the next week.Today I got 2 teeth pulled, I cried like a baby before they could even numb my mouth, but they were very patient, talked me through it and gave me my time to cry it out. She went above her call of duty allowing me to wait at a coffee house and she’ll call me when ready. Horrible service starting with the waiting time. I have had to wait more than an hour for my appointment. The billing department is bad too. I was supposed to be refunded for a service I didnt receive and after three months, I had to remind them. On top of that, they always have different dentists which makes diagnostics very inconsistent as well as treatment. First time I went for a check up they told me everything was fine. I went back a few weeks after and told me I needed treatment for my gums. How does that work? Makes no sense. Sorry but you have lost a customer.

Terrible wait time and service. Supervisor very rude. She Lies, and lies, lies. They all cover up one another and they end up all denying what they said. She cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They cancelled my daughters appointment after we checked in 2x. Then on that second time, my daughter got up to ask it had been an hour and half, we found out the first receptionist hadnt been checked in when we checked in at 12pm. These are a few of what they did wrong to me:1. They told me that my deep cleaning treatment was not 100% covered, so I need to pay them a few hundred dollars. Out of that, I questioned about $150 that wasn’t categorized at all in the invoice. They said it’s an extra charge that they just don’t have any insurance “code” to charge against. Later, I found out that it was a charge for the electronic toothbrush. They didn’t tell me until they handed me that after the treatment. They said it is “included” in the deep cleaning package.2. The electronic toothbrush started losing its charge after a couple months of using it. These days, any electronic toothbrush would last at least a couple years. They obviously gave me the old model that must’ve been sitting in their closet for who knows how long. The toothbrush machine now cannot even hold charge long enough to complete one usage.3. I told them that I want to change the clinic, and they said the dental insurance won’t let me do that because with deep cleaning, they require me to stay with the same clinic for one year to complete full treatment. I called the insurance company and found out that’s not true, and I’m free to change my clinic. I immediately changed my clinic and will never go back to Western Dental.4. I met two dentists there and they both recommended me whitening solution. I didn’t even mention anything in the beginning because I wasn’t interested, but they started telling me to ask nurses for what they offer. They didn’t even ask me if I was interested. The whole clinic is just like a store trying to sell their products.This facility definitely lacks any professionalism with ethics in medical industry. Find some other dentists office that treat you as a patient, not a customer.

If you can avoid this place, DO IT. They are slow beyond belief and unprofessional. No matter what your appointment time is,you will be in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour past that. The Oral Surgeon is ONLY there TWICE a month, so they are cramming ALL the patients in those days. This is true for ALL LOCATIONS I have been to. Now this Antioch location has taken it to another level. On my return appointment for a Broken tooth: My appointment was at 2pm,I arrived and registered. I asked if they were running behind schedule. He replied, no. So I have a seat, and waited until 2:45 before being called. The lady takes me to a room, where she proceeds to tell me that the surgeon is finishing up with his last patient and will be taking his lunch before working on me. The look on my face was priceless because I could not believe she was actually saying that to me. So being curious I asked how long was that? She responded 45 minutes to an hour. Thats when I lost my patience. I told her what I thought about it, then told the manager and called the corporate office. While on the phone with corporate the dentist walks in and says do you want me to come back? I say NO WAY, IM READY AND BEEN READY SINCE 2PM. Its a week later and my mouth is still hurting like the 1st day. I know the dentist hurt my jaw on purpose. So I say to you again STAY AWAY.

Beware! I have been going to the dentist basically every 6 months since I was a kid. And I haven’t had a cavity since I was a kid either. I went to Western Dental for a routine cleaning and X-rays. They found 2 cavities and recommend a $500 disinfectant which I denied. I did approve the filling however. And without even asking me they put a sliver filling in my mouth.I noticed when I got home and immediately called my Mom who used to be a Dental Assistant. She was livid. As my whole life I have had nothing but composite fillings. Or “tooth colored” fillings. But this being my 1st cavity as an adult I had no idea what to ask for! My Mom said they are supposed to inform patients and ask what type of filling they would like. I called the very next day and asked that they remove the silver filling and use composite! They did agree, but one of the dental assistants tried shaming me for not asking for a composite filling. How was I supposed to know!? Maybe instead of trying to sell me a useless disinfectant that I didn’t need they should have been going over my options for my filling! They did remove it free of charge. But they had to re-drill my tooth and put in the composite filling. My tooth was in pain for at least 2 months after that! And when I got home wood chip fell out of my mouth. The wood chip was the spacer they used to shape the filling.Update: As I mentioned before they found two cavities. Well at the time they said they didn’t think they needed to work on one of the cavities and they just wanted to monitor it. But he scared me by saying he wasnt sure and sent me back for more X-rays because he was worried if he waited it could turn into a root canal. After the X-rays they decided to just monitor the second cavity. Well after going in a year later to a different Western Dental I was told there is no cavity in that tooth and there is only a stain.

My mother in law went there to have done her dental filling. The doctor injected her anesthesia and disappeared for more than an hour leaving her on the examination table. Our mother was eventually urging to pea while on the table. Nobody was attending until my wife asked around for help to give her a bathroom privilege. By the time the doctor came back the first injected anesthesia was faded off and our mother has to get another injection. We have had few procedures done before at this center and they were doing ok, but this one is a patient abuse.

Im so dis appointed today with Western Dental lone tree way branch. They asked me to come over for cleaning. When checking in, she told me that i need to pay $700+ more for the Denture procedure they made last June 2021. I got shock! She said, my Dental insurance (Guardian) declined to pay the denture procedure they made. Why now? After 4 months, multiple visit i made on that span. Why now? I called my insurance and explained everything. They said, the dental procedure is not covered and not included when they verify it.First of all, when they made the assessment and everything. Ive waited weeks to do their verification with my insurance if im ok to have it, just the denture. When they call me again. They explained to me all the cost to provide me a new denture. At first, she was offering me all the things needed to be done beside the denture. Told her, i cannot afford it. Too much. Till we agreed just the denture that i needed. But, i had to pay $1,430 for it through opening Care Credit loan. Still a lot of money for me, but i need it.Ok, i signed up for it just to have that denture. I will do my best to pay that loan even dough it will be hard. Now, shes asking me to pay $700+ more to continue their services for me.For Gods sake. The way its going on now. The hardship were having now. Work, family loss, budgeting what we had left and so on.... please be kind. Do good things when you can. Not giving people extra hardship on their back.

I am very angry with the western dental service The ladies at the front desk are rude and have a bit of attitude. Especially the one that say she the manager that sit on side desk that process payments. These people just want your money. I say they just legally scam you out of money and cover it up with being a dental offices selling high price dental cleaning trays saying you need them so they can charge you. They told me that my insurance will cover stuff to have me sign billing stuff which after signing and getting trays insurance don’t even cover this stuff. They lie to get you to buy the stuff they market for their own business profit. And when I went there and let them know I don’t want them they say the tray is non refundable and I’m still getting billed for it. And to top it off they violet HIPPA Patient personal information. I’m telling them that I don’t want the $800 trays and I don’t need them the FAT front desk manager girl Arezo says yes you do the dentist say you have(......) loudly for others to hear They desk is right in front to where every patient is sitting there and they are saying your information out loud. Information I’m diagnosed with from dentist isn’t to be shared with the entire office of people. I’m angry I feel so violated and scammed out of $850.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. They try to have good receptionists, but arent. I come in everytime to get a simple rubber band change for my braces and it is an hour or more wait for a 5 minute job. The staff doing your teeth always gossip and take forever and hardly pay attention. One time the lady made my gums bleed and she got mad because it wouldnt stop bleeding when she was the one who caused it by talking. I checked in at 9:30 and everyone checking in at 10, 10:30, and 11am have all been helped before me. Would NOT reccomend unless you enjoy wasting your entire day! The manager only hires Mexicans as receptionists and are very rude

DO NOT COME HERE, FIND A DIFFERENT ORTHODONTIST! Ive come here for years and theyve gotten a lot of money out of me. Unfortunately I trusted them when they told me I needed braces for falling teeth, so they told me I would be paying $4200 and then put me on payments to pay that. Fast forward 20 months, my braces are still on, they are to tight, my gums are swollen and they told me dont come back until thats fixed by a gum specialist. I finally decided this is wrong and went to another orthodontist for a second opinion. She told me that western dental didnt fix the problem they told me they would, my braces were done wrong, she also said they needed to immediately come off so that my gums could heal, I then told western dental I would be ending treatment with them and I want them to fix the amount of money I owe them. Since now someone else will have to remove them and make my retainer. They told me that the removal and retainer WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE I WAS ALREADY PAYING. They also said that they have done the work for the amount I was going to pay from the beginning, which makes no sense. All of a sudden when I end treatment you have done enough work for the entire treatment? But that didnt include removal and retainer? These people are working to steal peoples money, they didnt even fix what they said they would and then they turned me away to find another doctor to fix what they did. This is WRONG! THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

She was obviously in a rush while doing the cleaning (she did it whithin just less than 30mins) and told me to schedule for the next appointment to do the rest of my teeth. Omg! First off they must not know how dentical works. Or they try to only see you if they can also do a teeth cleaning. I called the main Western Dental for my appointment. I explained I needed a broken tooth pulled. They made this appointment. Upon being checked in the woman told me I could only be seen 1 time a year. She made it sound ridiculous! If you have a Dental emergency you can be seen! Obviously this location does not want to accept insurance for an emergency or they dont understand Dentical. They said something about finding an office that accepts transfers. Dentical had no idea what that was. I called them from a number online as the number given from Western Dental wasnt to help customers. Regardless Dentical found me a provider who was closed today and got me an emergency appointment for 4 days from now! I wouldnt trust Western Dental. They screwed up my mouth 20 years ago! They said Dentical didnt cover crowns. Turns out they did. Seems like Western Dental is the business of taking peoples money not actually caring about Dental health. They prey upon vulnerable people. I recommend talking to your insurance directly before agreeing to any services at Western Dental! Maybe even get in writing what costs are and work is being done. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a exam with dr khan last month and was hesitant to start dentures sadly I wasnt able to do regular dentures and needed implanted dentures I had no bone I was given a quote by arezol and I was still hesitant during the consult I told her I would think about it which she advised me to get a 2nd opinion since it was a lot of money .. she said she doesnt want me to rush because its a big investment in my mouth she seemed very stern and educated on what she was telling me so I took her advice and saw 3 other dentist and paid over 200$ for the exams since they did not take my medical insurance so I went in on Monday and told her I appreciated her honesty and was ready to proceed. I am very greatful for dr khan and her I didnt feel pressured or rushed they both have been very professional and very educated ... cant wait to get my new smile! Thanks dr and arezol !!

Do not go here! Ive had two fillings fall out in less than two months. They provide horrible quality work. They dont smooth anything out, and will leave your mouth in worse shape than before you came in. The wait times are ridiculous. You might as well not even show up for an hour after your appointment is scheduled. Honestly, go somewhere else. Western Dental is a poor excuse for an orthodontist.

This place is disgusting and dirty. They have drill bits and mouth guards laying on the floor. The chairs are covered with hair from previous clients. The back office is in disarray and I’m afraid they will use a dirty tool on you. Oh btw don’t bother the lazy, fat receptionist cause they are too busy talking among themselves to care about you. First time going to this place.. Besides them moving really fast and not explaining anything to you and having you sign stuff. Iwas sold a toothbrush and some other stuff they didnt mention I was buying because I was in the dental chair where they had me signing documents. I had mentioned to the Dr and the stuff I had just came from a cruise the day before and that i didnt comprehend what was being done. Went home and the nexts day decided I wanted to cancel my services they told me to come in on Wednesday with all the goodies I figured they had giving me I agreed. Got there Wednesday and was told that I couldnt cancel and that I had signed documents and that they could not accept the toothbrush back and I was response for the service. This was the worst service Ive every had in my life and I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff on Wednesday had a bad attitude and the manager just set there and didnt say nothing. There is a lack of communication between the back office and the dentist office itself. This causes a mess with appointment scheduling and makes everything take so long! They are kind but not very attentive. I waited in the reception area with my kids (both under 10) to be seen for more then an hour only to wait in the dentist chair for over an hour to be seen by the dentist. This happened more then once, in fact it happens almost every time. You definitely need to plan to have a whole day free if you make an appointment here.

I had a reasonably nice experience, considering the circumstances... I had developed two severe cavities that ate right down the enamel, dentin and into the pulp. The condition was EXTREMELY painful and I was unable to sleep for 4 days. The first day I called the corporate office which connected me to the Lone Tree office. The first woman I talked to(I wont give names to protect their privacy) was blunt and rude about the condition I was in and would NOT check with the oral surgeon to ask if I could come in for an emergency extraction(laziness I guess). This denial of help worsened my stress about the whole situation and brought me to a very hopeless and painful state(physically and emotionally). The SECOND time I called I asked for the oral surgeons assistant directly and was connected with Serenity who helped me the last time. Serenity was kind about my condition and promptly asked the surgeon if I could come in for an extraction of my two molars. I was able to get an appointment for three days later, reason being the oral surgeon was only there fridays. I endured the suffering for an additional 3 days knowing it would soon be ended. At last, friday came and it was like Christmas for my teeth! I came into the office and checked in with Serenity at the front desk and back I went. The extraction went OK but the drilling and cracking of my teeth was creepy. Anyways, I am very happy to have the teeth gone that were bothering me so much and I have Western Dental to thank for that! Overall a reasonably good experience, for the circumstances that is LOL!

This office has been amazing to me. I went in with my whole mouth in terriable shape. I was embarssed and ashamed of my smile. The dentist listened to me and was kind and compassionate toward me. BOTH him and the front office lady Azzro worked together with me for a affordable payment plan and then I had appointment 3 days later to get my teeth all pulled and immediate dentures put in the same day they even put inba rush at the lab so my dentures would be ready the day i got my teeth pulled. They were also amazing the day i got them pulled I had a little freak out and they were amazing then and didnt treat me like I was stupid. THEY have been completely wonderful to me and I am forever grateful to them because now i can smile and not worry whos going to see my horriable teeth. Thanks to the wonderful people here i have a awasome white smile I can be proud of
