I got my 6 month check up today and I had the pleasure to have Zoila clean my teeth and she was very gentle and careful with my teeth which I loved! I would highly recommend her andwould love to have her again for my following check up 😇😀

My daughter had an appointment today at 11:30am. We got there 10 mins early, her procedure was to have 1 filling. We thought we could be done in 30 mins. When we got in the office, obviously it was just me and my daughter waiting. And the waiting time took us 15 mins before we were called, if I didn’t asked the front desk if we are next, they wouldn’t bother. After 5 mins, we were called in. Mind you, only us waiting in the lobby at around almost lunch time. When we were inside, it wasn’t even busy. Not even chaotic. So I was expecting it’s gonna be easy peasy done. Waited again for 20 mins, for a 5 mins procedure 😫I have been going here for so long, but they changed the staff. The waiting time is even longer and worse. The staff that I used to know, they’re not there anymore. I’m changing my dentist for good and for my daughter as well. No more here.

On Monday afternoon I made an appointment for an emergency visit due to a tooth ache .The earliest available appointment was two days later on Wednesday. In any case I made the appointment which was scheduled for Wednesday 4:30 pm at the earliest. Upon arrival, 10 min ahead of schedule I was greeted by two receptionist who were unhappy to be working so late into the day and refused service.They indicated I would not be seen although I had an appointment. When asked the reason for this they indicated they (including the Dentist since the reception check with him/her) did not have time because they had a busy schedule, all needed to go home. Very unprofessional and invalid reason. Since this was an emergency appointment.The receptionist said I could come back at any time if there was an emergency (almost sarcastically) ........ this was an emergency appointment.They attempted to scheduled me for the following Friday-two days later, Whats the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they will know honor it?Needless to say I did not reschedule and contacted my insurance provided to connect me with a different dental office. Beware of the shameless customer service and unprofessionalism. They will not take you even if you have an appointment but yet the receptionist continue saying a can do a walk in any time if it was an emergency which it was an emergency because I have been in so much pain.

Amazing Team and Staff from the front to the back went in with a lot of pain the girls in the front very helpful. The young man Matthew I believe was his name super nice Vanessa the other dental assistant super sweet Dr. Assad super understanding went over the perfect treatment plan with me. I met Rosie who helped me with a amazing payment plan Ask for Rosie she works with you in any way. Super understanding very friendly. Dont believe what you read until you experience the place super friendly team will highly recommend Western Dental to my family and friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

All front staff are so helpful and nice Lindsey, Brenda, Carol were so helpful and kind Dr assad did an amazing job with my dentures im so happy with the finished work

Extremely unprofessional behavior in this dental clinic. A lack of respect for patients, poor communication, and a lack of willingness to listen to patient concerns. A dental clinic that is not willing to help patients has neglected to provide necessary care, ignored patient complaints, or refused to answer questions.At my first appointment, I waited there for 3 hours and then I was rescheduled due to the fact that there was not enough doctors.Second appointment, it was canceled, and rescheduled on my behalf with even informing me.Third time, and last time, they called me to reschedule my appointment 10 minutes before my appointment time!My whole experience was a complete mess with this place! I hope no one gets to experience this level of unprofessional and careless behavior in this clinic!

If you’re looking for a great dentist with great customer service and great dental work then this is the place for you; I’ve have gone to other western dental locations but never leave with a smile :/however this location honestly is my favorite and I always recommend to all my friends and family :) I’ve gotten crown and implant work here and I love how the staff explain the process and make sure I leave with a smile:) shout out to Rosie because she amazing 💖

Lots of people right when it open. Waited maybe 10 mins for my root canal. It was a breeze no pain quick and easy. The Doctors are quick and professional and the staff is all very polite and helpful. Never felt like I was upsold on anything. I had a great experience.
