I am 7 months pregnant and unfortunately one of my molars broke about 3 weeks ago. I made an emergency appointment through medical and waited 3 hours for a xray. I was hoping I’d get help with my tooth and was told they wouldn’t be able to do anything that day.I made a second appointment for the dental work, 3pm. I waited 2 hours and was told they were not going to be able to see me (I had to be somewhere by 6). I was very anxiously waiting to get the dental work done and extremely disappointed to have waisted two hours waiting. My back was hurting and I was very uncomfortable. (7 months pregnant).I made another appointment for today at 12pm hoping it would be a better time and no wait. It is now 10 minutes before 2pm. Another 2 hours sitting and waiting. I was very hopeful today and it quickly faded. I just cannot wait longer.I understand with medical you are sometimes not a priority. I am disappointed and will not be rescheduling and making the drive to sit here and wait again. I do not recommend coming here.

Dental visits usually make me super anxious but I had such a pleasant experience at this office! Thank you to Dr. Kheni and her staff Andrea, Andrina and the manager Carlos. They were all super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. Definitely recommending this office to my family and friends!! 😁

Do not go here, they’re extremely inefficient and provided inadequate care—I spent over two hours here at an appointment for routine X-rays and a cleaning. I arrived on time for my appointment at 11:30, they didn’t even start the cleaning until after 1:30, and then barely did any cleaning at all because I’d been waiting so long. I asked specifically when making my appointment if they accepted my insurance and they explicitly confirmed they did, but when I arrived they said they didn’t and it took 30 minutes to coordinate with my insurance to confirm they could provide out of network benefits. Then, once that was straightened out, it still took over an hour and a half to get my X-rays and cleaning done. The staff often walked away and left me sitting for 15+ minutes. Their offices are also rather dingy. Would not recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment for a cleaning but first you have to x-ray then make another appointment. The dentist was 40 minutes late. They are understaffed so there is only 1 dentist. 4 people were waiting after us. The xray tech and office staff were very nice and helpful.

I’m here to tell you to not come to this place this is the worst place in the world it’s like stepping into hell. All appointments you make get canceled and all you are doing is paying for something that is not ever finished. My teeth still hurt they make all these appointments and never help you out right. I have 2 messed up teeth I went in there for 2 crowns and the filling for one of my crowns fell out and the other one is still filled but after waiting for 2 hours not just in the waiting area because you wait in the room for up to 1 hour without seen the dentist at all they tell me my crowns are not there I missed half’s day of work for them not to even check my teeth not the first time I’ve had to miss work because of them but when I’m in there he doesn’t even check my teeth at all it’s horrible work what he does, I’m sure they can hire someone better, the worst thing is that the dentist is very specific on the people that he takes in right away and I hate to say this but I am Mexican and every time I go in there he always lets me wait till I’m the last one there when I already have appointments set up with him. Please listen and read don’t come here. It’s just a waist of your time and money there is better places in Napa to go to.

I was seen within a half an hour and the exam was quick and easy! The receptionists were really friendly! Thank you Western Dental!

I’ve been going here for about 8 years, they are constantly canceling appointments last minute, they are to get in touch with because the phones are always off, if you have braces, they don’t clean your teeth throughout the time of you having your braces, the front desk workers don’t know info if you ask questions and they don’t empathize with you. Sometimes when you arrive and check in, they cancel your appointment right on the spot instead of calling before hand. We’ve tried speaking to a manager and corporate but we get no help. I am now having to change my orthodontist because of the service here. 👎👎

I went to the office at 1260 Trancas St and the dentist was one hour and fifteen minutes late to my appointment. I only went in for a routine cleaning and they tried to sell me a “gum treatment plan,” which was sounding very much like a scam, because they seemed to only want to complete my routine teeth cleaning only if I wanted to get the gum treatment plan with it, which they told me, after insurance, would cost over one thousand dollars. When I declined, the dental hygienist repeatedly tried to sell me the more than affordable treatment. I am a 23 year old student, even with a payment plan, I cannot afford to pay $1,000+ for a gum treatment. Then, the dental hygienist proceeded to try and sell me the plan, commenting on the seemingly “pricey” material goods I had on me (e.g., my iPhone, my purse, etc.), and that my money would be better spent on the gum treatment plan. Overall, the unprofessional staff needs to be addressed, my time was not respected— an hour and a half of my day (2 1/2 hours if you include my 30-minute commute there and back) was wasted. I really felt as though since they felt they couldn’t take advantage of me financially, they didn’t want to treat me, so I left the office untreated.

Lowest of the low. Customer service was trash and I eventually left after waiting for over an hour of watching other people get there after me and get in before me.

Don’t go here if you value your own time. My first appointment took two hours, I waited for a little over an hour and they took X-rays. Then put me in a chair to wait more and at the 2 hour mark the dentist stuck his fingers in my mouth and talked to the hygienist and walked away. She asked if I understood my treatment plan. I told her no because the dentist didn’t talk to me. I had to make another appointment that they said would take 1.5-2.5 hours to complete. I inquired if it would be an actual appointment or if I would have to wait again because I haven’t been to the dentist in 12 years and have a lot of anxiety about being there in the first place. I was assured it was. Made the appointment; the first time it was cancelled two hours before. Showed up today and waited for an hour to be told after asking a few times there was another patient in front of me. Communication from the staff or doctors so patients don’t waste two + hours of the day for the dentists ineptitude at time management could make a big difference.
