I strongly do not recommend this office. I went in as a new patient, having never been there before. I spent a couple hours waiting to be seen and was told to come back after lunch. When I got back after lunch, I was ignored. I politely asked that my appointment be canceled and notified them that I would be finding a different dentist. They seem to be very unorganized and they way over-book their schedule. I would NOT recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Five stars, Awesome customer service friendly staff and extremely helpful. I will continue with them and will go no where else. I would recommend Western Dental . For all of your needs.

I took the little ones to Gilroy Western Dental a few times when they were younger. I switched to an office in Morgan Hill because they were more helpful and professional with an emergency situation.I havent been present at a Western Dental office since they were younger and all of them are over 21 now!I started getting emails from Allied collections about a debt that I supposedly owe due to my 26 year old(this debt occurred when he was already an adult without me being present.)I repeatedly called Western Dentals number and I ended up having to go in person because nothing ever got resolved through the phone.The original reasoning I was given by the Gilroy Western Dentals front staff office when I stopped into the office to resolve this issue was that I was being charged due to the fact that I was listed as a guardian when he was a minor. Its an error Before I left the Gilroy Western Dental office I was told not to worry about things that everything was already resolved. The error was supposedly corrected.I continued getting emails and calls from Allied collections and I ignored them because Gilroy Western Dental staff told me it was corrected and I figured that Allied just hadnt updated their systems yet.Well it ended up going on my credit so I visited the Gilroy Western Dental office and was told the financial manager wasnt there and there was nothing that could be done to help me at that point. I was given information for people whom never pick up the phone or return calls.I disputed the charge and I called Western Dental and Sylvia talked to me for about 10-15 minutes. She stated that she somewhat remembered my case and that it was resolved. I told Sylvia that it was still showing on my credit. I asked her when was the debt removed from my name and at that point she proceeded to say that she cant discuss the case with me because Im no longer the responsible party. Which is crazy because I was never a responsible party if we go according to what she said about it already being resolved so why was she even talking to me? My son was visiting the son in debt and he asked the same question and she still could not give us a direct answer of when the debt was supposedly removed . Instead Sylvia lied and stated that I provided my card information and insisted that I had to be present for that to happen.I understandably was upset because Ive called and went in person several times but nothing has been resolved. I was getting loud because she obviously was giving incorrect information and the crap is under my credit report. Plus shes lying to me telling me that I was there to provide my card.She basically provided no answers and didnt resolve the issue. She had an attitude as she thought she had the right after this had been illegally put on my credit.My son provided me with a copy of the contract and the information they have for me is not accurate. Nor are there any signatures from me or him. If that is a previous bank account of mine it definitely is one from over 10 years ago.Which definitely confirms that what the lady in the Gilroy Western Dental office told me was accurate. They made an error and billed me because when he visited as a minor I was the guardian.She also told me to call Allied which I did and Allied said Western Dental didnt remove the debt and the only thing that was showing is that Im trying to dispute the charges because I reported it to Equifax.Do not go there unless you want to illegally be charged for services that are not yours. Im currently looking for a lawyer or information regarding how to take them to court. As I have long haul Covid and struggle with my health and many medical bills due to COVID. I dont need the extra stress and pressure from a bill that is not mine!!!As to why my son is not paying its due to him showing up for an appointment and they were closed but did not call or email to cancel the appointment. He needed his wisdom teeth removed. He immediately called them to say he no longer wanted services from them.

I have had some really rough times at Western Dental, and today was proving to be yet another one. They have many cracks and flaws. But today an exemplary employee swooped in and turned it all around. I was there for an emergency so I was already on edge, and I was pushed right over when I learned of the extensive (and extremely expensive) dental work that I need.LaMeica showed kindness and compassion when she saw me begin to lose it. She paused and gave me the time I needed to collect myself. She then explained what I didn’t understand, and she laid out several extensive options for me. She ran numbers for several scenarios and she then wrote me a page of notes. This girl knew what she was talking about from treatment plan options to payment options. She was professional, of course, but what made all the difference today was her compassion. I sincerely hope that she’s recognized for the good work she’s doing for Western Dental.

First of all they discriminate based on financial situation. If you’re on Medical, good luck reaching them. Because of that, you have no choice but to schedule appointments via customer service. Did twice and then they still call and cancel. Left work many times to go to appointments just for them to cancel when I’m already there. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. The sad thing is… I walked in office while calling them and they are just sitting, chatting, ignoring calls. Lobby is EMPTY! I’m not even exaggerating. Same day, later needed copies of my x-rays, called them 4 times, no answer, showed up and lobby is still empty. Literally, you have to go in person to get anything done. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISCRIMINATING

Me and my husband went to Gilroy office and after the first check up it was determined that we need a lot to be done, and we pay everything at the moment, after checking everything we decided that some could be done later. We call and close the account. I was told that the refund was going to go to the card that was used to make the payment, that was seven months ago, after so many calls is always a different answer. Think before you go to that place, they will find stuff to do just to get your money. Maria Bettencourt

Not answering phone. If you DO get through, they put you on hold and then it cancels anyway. Not following up with procedures when results get back. Have to redo root canal. They break up treatments into multiple visits. Even if you schedule an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get in. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else

Came to the western Dental in gilroy and my experience was expectacular, went in early and it was super fast, the whole back staff was super nice and front staff aswell totally reccommend this location

Blanca is Amazing and her whole team!!! The Specialist Of my Procedure (Full Upper and Lower Implants) and the whole Team meaning Everyone in the Office are so kind and Amazing. They make the dreaded Dental experience Quick, Easy and Comfortable 🙂

Dr Ngo extracted my wisdom tooth very fast. Before he started, he made sure I didnt feel any pain.The front desk secretary was very attentive.My weeks of pain are finally gone.
