When my PC encountered some trouble I wasnt sure who to call to have the problems fixed. I had tried troubleshooting with two other repair shops to no avail. I saw the excellent reviews for WestCoast Cellphone Repair and decided to give them a chance.Not only have my expectations been met, they have far exceeded my ideal scenario! This is in no small part thanks to the excellent work by Abraham & Miguel. Within a few hours they were able to detect multiple issues. They communicated the problems clearly & effectively which made my decisions much easier. I came in on a Saturday so normally their shop closes at 4 PM. They also stay closed on Sundays. This meant that if the problem wasnt solved that day it was not going to be ready until at least Monday. I was willing to accept that I would have to be patient. Yet rather than working within the time constraints, they gave me a guarantee they would do what they could to get the PC out by that day.I am not kidding when I say they worked until 11 PM getting everything together. They made upgrades to the PC I was not even considering prior to coming in. They sourced the parts from Best Buy, they installed the parts, they installed all necessary drivers - they even cleaned up the wirings! All things considered, this work was done at a very reasonable cost.None of this would have been possible without hard work, dedication, and unparalleled commitment to customer service. That is why I personally recommend anyone looking for their next repair shop to give this shop a visit. As for me, any & all future tech repair needs I am taking straight here. Thanks again Abraham!

The guys here are absolutely incredible! You can tell they really care about what they do and the services they provide, making this the only stop you should need in getting your electronics fixed.Abraham gave me a detailed break down of how he was trying to recover my data off of my broken iPhone, called regularly with updates (both good and bad), and even worked late to get the job done as quickly as possible. I walked out with all of my data transferred onto a new phone, along with a new screen protector he put on free of charge!If youre in need of any kind of repair or simply have questions, hit these guys up first. The best cellphone repair in all of Southern CA! It was a bit out of my way, but well worth the drive. I was in and out under an hour and that included parts and labor. My phone is working perfectly and right before a big trip. Kevin was terrific and I can’t thank you enough. Came to the shop to get my front screen replaced on my IPhone 11. Store was super clean and organized and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I asked about a few other electronics I need repaired and found out they repair almost anything I mentioned! Even headphones! Turn around time was 20 minutes for my screen repair even though they said 30 minutes! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, this is the go to shop! I left the store feeling like I have a brand new phone! Abraham and Kevin are really profesional with any type of phone Android or Apple . I bring my iPhone 13 Pro Max cracked front and back with water damage . Apple Store was unable to fix it and the best option to get a new one but I found those guys and are dynamite 💯 they have really good knowledge to do motherboard repair and now phone my is working fine. The only place I’ll take my devices for repair. PERIOD! I took my kids 3rd gen IPad Pro to two different “repair” shops before coming to WCCR. The two previous shops charged me $110, combined ($50 & $60) to “diagnose” the iPad. Took them a week to tell me “it’s not the charging Port, screen, or battery.” That’s the extent of their “diagnosis.” They could fix it. Abraham not only accurately diagnosed the issue, he repaired it in a timely manner. Faster than I was expecting. Abraham is very professional, courteous, and communicative. Great service! Abraham was very nice and knowledgeable. I came in with a phone with a sloppy glue job, so he helped me out. He warned me beforehand that its risky to remove the glass from a refurbished phone but he was able to fix it with no problem. He even gave me a clear estimate before starting. I was first in line and only had to wait 10 minutes. He also showed me his process and didnt leave me in the dark. Overall, pleasant experience and I would recommend their service to anyone.
