I had a subwoofer installed in my car by Logan here. They did very quality work and made the whole installation look clean and sound great.i provided my own equipment and they were accommodating of my requests like installing the base knob where I wanted it. It took about 5 hours for them to finish so not the fastest but they were kinda busy so it was reasonable. If I ever need more sound work Ill likely be coming back here.

Awesome customer service! Ricardo - BIG props to you! He assisted me right away on my DroneMobile hardware upgrade and did a great job, within a few minutes, replacing the hardware and having me on my way in less than 10-15 minutes. Overall, I really did appreciate his prompt and knowledgeable service and professionalism! Next year, I will be purchasing a new Tacoma truck and I know, where to take it for my alarm needs. This is my first review for West Coast Audio & Tint in West Sacramento, although it is my fourth experience with their small local business. Nearly 20 years ago I had a new car stereo system installed, and had a truly positive experience with these guys. Their work was professional, well priced, and their customer service was great. Since then, Ive had another full stereo system installed (including a GPS), and then later a 360 degree car camera system installed. Same guys, same great experience...Yesterday I called in and spoke with Tony about getting yet another camera system installed, expecting to have to wait a week or so for an appointment, and was lucky enough to get a spot TODAY. I brought in a car video system that I had received for Christmas, and MJ and his awesome tech guys had my sparkling new system installed in less than 2 hours, and then to boot, took the time to get in my car with me and show me how to use the screen controls, which had replaced my rear view mirror.Ill take this opportunity to mention that Im not a tech oriented girl. I have to ask a lot of questions, and apparently Im not afraid to look dumb, since every time Ive had something new installed, Ive needed instructions on how to use it. And every time, they have been generous with their time AND their patience.Dont be afraid to try these guys out. Their expertise is worth every hard earned dollar.Thanks West Coast!KZ

I would recommend anyone at this place . Spend $1800 on Kenwood car radio only worked 2 years and they changed it once for fault one already now they dont want do do anything Im stuck with it . I will be making formal complaint to BBB .

I researched audio shops for a quality service and trustworthy service for a radio for my harley davidson tri glide I decided to go with this shop it met my expectations I delivered the bike Monday morning at shop opening the were completely done with it by 5:30 just double checking stuff the staff was knowledgeable caring willing to listen to me it turned out great I live a mile away from them I had a headache by the time I got home with it it was full volume I recommend going to them

Ive been to this auto shop three times now, and each visit has been absolutely top-notch! The first time was when my cars audio speaker went rogue on me. The second time, I decided to get my car windows tinted. And most recently, I got a fancy new car system with Apple CarPlay installed.Every single time, the guys here have been super helpful and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Logan - the main guy at the shop. His customer service has been amazing, and he always reaches out to keep you informed and updated on the progress of your car.Honestly, no need to look anywhere else. This place is the real deal. Definitely stop by here for your car needs!

Unfortunately, Ive had to change my previous review due to what Ive learned about the work done here on my vehicles from other places Ive had to bring my vehicle to afterwards in order to find out what was going on. Now, to be fair, I have just been made aware that this place is under new management and has a new staff. I no longer live near Sacramento, but while I was there, I had brought my vehicle to a different store after experiencing many problems with the dashcam, as well as the amp and subs that I had had installed there. One place said that the wiring for the dashcam was all crazy. I had the dashcam company send new dashcams, but they all failed to work properly in my car. However, I had that same dashcam in 3 of my other vehicles, and none of the other ones ever had a problem. Those were installed here, but maybe its a matter of which tech did the installations? I ended up getting a new dashcam and installation somewhere else, and Ive had no more problems. Im changing my previous review now because I just had a store try to transfer the system I had had installed from here into my brand new vehicle and was notified that the Rockford P3 subs I bought from here were mismatched. One was a 2 ohm sub, and the other was a 4 ohm sub. I bought them as a pair, so why were they mixed? Anyway, Im sure things have changed for the better with the new management and staff. Hopefully. A lot of times, things change in a better direction when new management takes over. The change of my review is solely based on my experiences there from about a year ago.

Ramzy at West Coast is an awesome guy to work with. He is super helpful and professional. He worked me in same day for my Tesla to get a nice 3M Ceramic Tint. The installers did an amazing job and my car no longer looks like fish tank. Great service, fair prices, fast response. I always bring my rides here for them to do my sound system, alarm, and tint. I chose this place because the West Coast location that was near Texas Roadhouse in Elk Grove(now relocated) gave a wonderful experience when I had an Amp and Sub installed in my 18 Accord and I figured I would have a similar experience. Well I can say after almost 8 months, their installation of an Amp and sub in my 21(same as 18) Accord has had zero issues. My experience leading up to the finished installation wasnt stellar. Was quoted $200 over the phone, ended up paying $225. Was quoted a few hours when I dropped it off before going to work in the morning. When I arrived after 5pm it was not ready and had to wait about 20 minutes. It was a warm June afternoon and there was no AC in their showroom. Upon opening the trunk the sub let out a very loud bass tone. He said let me fix that real quick and I waited another 5-10 minutes. After finishing up I took possession of the car with great sounding bass and clean installation. Unfortunately after being distracted by the bass for a while I notice that my MPG on my current tank was reading 3.2mpg. Its a 1.5L engine and I dont have a lead foot by any means so it would be difficult to achieve that kind of MPG. My only conclusion after thinking back and remembering seeing that they were working on the car outside in the heat was that they were running the car for its AC ALL DAY. Not very professional is you ask me. The old location did the install in a few hours while I shopped.

Went to get my windows tinted here and remove the old one as well to have matching tints from same brand. First I ended up getting my windows all cut up front then removing the tint. They informed me they would replace the window with all the cut marks. It’s been a week. Anytime we try to see or talk to the manager he seems to never be there. Working on the second one and not one person or even the manager gave a call for any type of update. The quality of the tint is not the best and over priced and the tint in the back even the brand new rolls were all over on the ground tossed around. The cutting machine they used to cut the tint cuts very jagged lines. I came here due to a recommendation just to have really bad service and a manager who seems to keep pushing this issue under the rug and never seems to be there when looking for an update.

Had my car windows tinted and the job was done very well. I have no complaints, had the car ready in less than 4 hours and also tinted my 2 front windows for less than $70 with my Groupon offer. Will be upgrading my stereo with them soon

Jose if I could give you 10 STARS I would. Couldn’t be happier with the sound of my car. He stayed late to get my system installed due to the fact that I live 2 hours away and needed my car for work. Full system with 3way components up front, 2ways in the back and a 12 for bass all hooked to factory deck. You can tell he took his time to do it right. Sounds clean and clear(no rattles). Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life. Plans for future installs already under way. Thank you once again.

I had tints and my subwoofers put in on my audi. Did a great job even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. Jack has great customer service he waited with me until they finished my car and even taught me a little bit about the equipment. Great and knowledgeable place to take your car too.

I hate to do this, one starMy stock amp got water damage, so I went in and said that I needed the closest amp to what I had originally.Not only that they installed wrong 4 chanel amp instead of 5 chanel, but they placed it in the same spot where the old one was, resulting in same water damage.Amp wasnt properly grounded, buttons were misaligned and panels were damaged. They didnt bother to install mic that came with head unit.Basically I wasted over 1000 dollars.

I went there on a Saturday with my own drop in upgrade speakers. I had researched exactly what speakers that were compatible to my Mark Levinson audio system. I has 2 major audio places recommend the exact speakers that have already been installed on other vehicles with no issues. Mine were installed I was told it would only take 2 hours I showed up at 9am I did not get a call to pick up my car till 3:30 wow but things happen I asked what he would charge me to install my powered sub that day he told me 120. I came back for car it sounded ok then I drove it for an hour to test out speakers noticed the front doors at higher volumes made crackled sounds so I pulled over put my head near front doors and sure enough front speakers weren’t fully functional I called no answer left voicemail no call back so I drove over there after work on Monday and told Steven I called asked if I called shop line I said yes he told me he doesn’t have access to that voicemail I thought that’s odd a stand up company that can’t check there own voicemail box I then told him my problems he told me that it was cause there coaxial speakers going to component system first if that was the real reason I should have gotten a call the day my car was there 6hrs to install 4 speakers and had been told being that I paid 170 dollars to install them it should have been done right but nope that would mean it would require actual customer service which I never got then just to see what kind of person he was I asked again about the price of installation on my powered sub he said because your a returning customer I will only charge you 150 boom there is the lie I was looking for so Saturday it was 120 that day it was 150 and my 2 door speakers never got corrected also Crutchfield and sonic audio have installed same speakers on same model vehicle with no issues fully functional drop in kicker after market upgrade speakers designed for my specific needs if you want it done right do not go to this shop.By the way I installed my own power sub plus 3 dash speakers of same recommendation for those areas and they all sound great

They said they guaranty their work and they do, they installed an after market screen and backup camera for my truck it would not work after a few days I took it back and they worked on it again for probably an hour or more with out charging me anything. Every one there specially the technician and the lady at counter are very friendly.

West cost on Arden way, sad to say having to return back this next Monday for the 3rd time.First time was great, was sold a Pioneer 1550 NEX. Was told after it was installed they show me how to use it.As much as i would of loved to say it was great, sad to say it was not. After they installed it, I was helped to connect Bluetooth, however they did not help me with showing me how to remove clock from showing up, had to step up and lookup how to use on YouTube. During the install tech had not come out to ask me if i want the {USB)car-play cord on the passenger or driver side! Or tell me they could not connect my rear camera, or car gauges,such as tire pressure.After about three days got into my car and had no power going to my Pioneer car stereo .Figure i get two things done, So i had to make an appointment and this time i had to ask them to move USB car play cord to the driver side after they find out why i have no power!When i brought it in 2nd time got no apologies and felt like they felt i was a client that made problems! After they moved it and checked cords in back they said nothing seemed to be lose and all should be good. (They Good not find any problems)So seems they could not find what the problem was! Eight days later now have two issues.When i put it in reverse or drive I lose sound with all my speakers except for the right front passenger side in door!And yesterday again lost power with the whole unit, had to turn off car and then start it back up to which made the stereo power back on and all speakers working.Note this does not happen every-time, and each time it does i have to turn car off and restart my car! With speaker issues it is a matter of just putting car in reverse or drive a few time for all speakers to work normally.Placed a phone call Friday July 12.2019 and said something must be wired wrong now two issues, asked Mike the manager when i can bring it back in, he said Monday 15th at 10am.Means i have to take time off work once again. And i am pretty sure i will get no apology!This Monday July 15th i like them to get a tech that has more experience in installations of highlander!If it happens ones again after Monday i will request another stereo, thinking this could be a lemon. Good customer service, but the quality and pricing is unfair and not what it should be. I was charged over 300$ for pretty low quality tint work. I also have no chance of them resolving this, so buyer beware. If they do poor work, go back immediately and demand them to correct it.

This place is 1 step above going to the swap meet. First they text me about a 40% off sale, get there and they change it to ONLY CERTAIN ITEMS. Then they have a NO RETURNS policy. What reputable business does that? I would recommend going to anywhere else before this place!!! I wish I could give them a negative star!!!!

I called to sceduale a appointment from a quote i got on Saturday. First they picked up the phone and set it down never returned to the call so I called back I was helped by one of the employees that added $25 to the cost of the original quote then hung up on me when I told him I was only wanting to pay what my quote was for.
