Dan is an expert in his field!He is very knowledgeable, very easy to work with, does great work and delivers quickly.He also goes out of his way to take care of his clients.He cloned the data from my old computer to a new drive. We will absolutely use Dan again!! Dan helped fix my sons GTA game that was not functioning after trying every fix on YT and the web. He was quick in his trouble shooting and easily upgraded the PC with necessary memory. He was very generous with his time and stayed committed to deliver a full service fix. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and tried to get to the root of the problem. He was very responsive and even came to my house to fix the problem which i very much appreciated! I was having issues since my PC kept crashing and Dan checked all parts of my custom built gaming PC to make sure that everything was fine and ultimately found what was the cause of crashing! My PC works smoothly now and i don’t have to worry about random crashes again! He even recommended me some good computer care tips and walked me through how to install Windows 11! If you ever have PC issues, this is the guy to go to. Reasonable price and expert help! Would definitely use Dan in the future for all my PC care needs.

Dan is great. I was moving my email domain server from Go Daddy to G Suite and was trying to figure out how to sync my G Suite with my Outlook, while transferring over all of my old contacts/emails/calendars while keeping it all seperate from my personal Gmail account. I spent multiple hours on multiple days trying to figure it out to no avail.Dan comes over and figured it out within an hour. I am insanely impressed. He then pulled some tech wizardry to make my comp run faster. Do not let his humble nature deceive you, hes a legend.

Dan is very trustworthy and communicative about the issues with my laptop, and went above and beyond to not only fix it promptly, but also make sure my files were safe. He updated me with each important step and asked me what I wanted to do whenever there was options, as well as advised me on new software and even downloaded it for me. Overall, easy to work with and someone I feel safe with to go to with any tech issues. Fantastic value and so much better than going somewhere like Geek Squad.

This past week has been the second time I have had Dan work on my computers. The first was an older computer that was starting to slow down, freeze, etc. When he finished with it, I got nearly another 3 years out of it, working as well as when it was new. I am a bit of an introvert and not always comfortable with new people in my house, but I felt quite at ease and comfortable with Dans friendly, easy-going style.This month I finally, needed to get a new desktop because I was still using Windows 7 (!!!) and there was just too much I couldnt do online anymore. I called Dan, as I was considering what features I needed for my interests and work needs. He was generous with his time and answered all my concerns. This week, he came by to transfer all my files from the old computer to the new & answer my many questions. Because I tend to be on the tech-light spectrum in this field, I am really happy to have Dan as a resource. His patient explanations allowed me to make informed decisions about options I needed, wanted or did not want. He is extremely professional, reliable, (called me back within an hour of my message, shows up when agreed upon) extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Most important - I find him very trustworthy. Its like finding a great car mechanic who also has very reasonable rates! He is a gem. Thanks, Dan!

Dan was wonderful. He came over to my apt to work on my laptop and also bought a external hard drive for me. Dan has great customer service he came back 3x to my apt until my laptop was fixed. My Dell Inspirion laptop crashed in the middle of an important Zoom call. I found Dan, who is the owner of WestLA Computer Expert on Yelp and he suggested that I bring my computer in to his office immediately. Great service! Dan is truly an expert and reasonably priced. I had an old laptop lying around for a couple years. I decided it was time to transfer the files off and recycle it, but I couldnt even get it to start up. I did some googling and spent a few hours trying possible fixes myself, but eventually I decided to save myself from further frustration by calling the West LA Computer Expert. Im very glad I did. I left my laptop with Dan and in 2 hours, he had transferred all the files off onto a drive for me. He gave me all sorts of handy tips as well. I transferred the files from the drive to my current computer. Then a couple days later I texted him the go-ahead, so he wiped my old laptop and dropped it off for recycling. What a relief!

This is the second time I used Dan. I had problems accessing files on my portable hard drive, and my printer wasnt working. He made a house call less than an hour after I called, and within an hour of his arrival he solved both problems. He is a great problem solver, and his price is right. I called Dan out of the blue from a google ad, not expecting much. I am a tech and computer person and i do most of the support for my family and close friends. it is a rare day that i have to call anyone for computer help. If i do, it is usually for hardware related issues. So the first time i had a mini emergency, i gave Dan a call. He picked up on the first ring and asked for my address and literally showed up 10 minutes later. He was quiet and soft spoken. Asked for the details of the problem. listened, gave me a quick answer, got on the computer and solved it. charged me a super reasonable fee and then quietly left. He called me the next day to check up and this impossible problem, i had, he solved in 10 min. Money well spent and highly recommend his services.

I had just purchased way too much money in computer parts and ran into an issue putting it together. I thought I had shorted a few of my parts after plugging the power supply in. This is where I called Dan and he was able to give me help over the phone before I scheduled to meet with him only a couple days later. Dan fixed my problem within the first 5 minutes of being here!
