Went for a pre screening. Doctor Marin is very informative and really knows his stuff about teeth health. Was no longer scared to go to the dentist after going here. Everyone here was really nice too and made sure to answer all questions. Thank you!!!

Came in for a consultation for Invisalign and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I haven’t decided yet if I’ll go through with it or not, but I would definitely choose this as my primary dentist for the friendly staff and doctors.

Multiple great experiences here. Onboarding as a new patient is super simple and the office does a great job explaining everything. Everyone I met here has a great attitude. Got a cleaning and multiple fillings, and each time Dr. Marin was very calm, friendly, and clear in his communication. Ive been through four different dentist offices in the past decade, and every other dentist has been annoying and pushy with services and operations, obviously trying to make as much money as possible. This is NOT the case with Dr. Marins office; its the first place where I feel actually taken care of with none of that salesman pressure Im used to from other dentists.

For the past 2 decades I have had honor of knowing Dr. Marin. His work is impeccable and I highly recommend him to anyone. From his staff in the front office to his hygienists, office managers and his fellow dental technicians are all extremely knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I recall from the beginning when there were only 3 people in his office to now having 2 offices and a well trained staff. I fully entrust all my dental work with him and his staff. I also include my whole family even my mother who has turned 96 years old this past April. Let me tell you this, this man, family and staff will show you nothing but respect. Talk about pain free and beautiful workmanship, you will have no regrets. Believe me when I say I have in my past have had extremely bad experiences and workmanship until I had met Dr. Marin. He has corrected everyone else’s mistakes. I trust no one else to do any and all my dental work. To Dr. Marin and staff thank you for all your hard work and dignity.

Looking for a new dentist in Rowland heights or walnut this is the spot. Super friendly environment, very welcoming. Definitely made me feel comfortable cause I really hate the dentist, not my favorite place to be.They went over my X-rays and was very informative of what’s needed. Ive been going to this dentist for almost 10 years. I feel extremely confident in Dr. Marin and his staff. There were many years that I did not go to the dentist because of various reasons but I am so glad that I found this dental office. My husband.. who hadnt gone to the dentist because of his own past issues, has also become a patient of Dr. Marin, and is very happy with the care he receives. We both could not be more pleased with the professionalism and friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend this dental office.

Nice office, very welcoming and professional staff. All of my appointments are being reserved very well-organized. I usually don’t have to wait for long. One time I was waiting for roughly around 10-15 mins but I was sent a Starbucks gift card from the dental to make up for the time I was waiting. I got my wisdom teeth remove here and I have to say the Dr. and assistance are very passionate in helping me and the procedures was very fast and after a blink of an eye, I was noticed that all (3) of my wisdom teeth were finished and removed. They also give a gift box and reminder and tutorial of what to do/eat or not do/eat after. I also currently have the invisalign braces right now with them. It is absolutely 💯. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this dental office either if you need a teeth check up or any dental services!

Out of all the dentist offices I’ve visited in my life, West Covina Smiles is the best! Like everyone else, I dread and fear going to the dentist. It’s hard looking forward to it, but it’s a must. I have been coming here for about 4 years, I’ve gotten my cavities filled, braces put on and taken off, changes in retainers, everything here. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor who basically works on my whole family; mom, dad, and my sister too, is always working to accommodate and make things easier especially when I was having trouble with my retainers. Finding West Covina Smiles was a blessing. I dread the dentist and I always gave excuses on why I couldn’t make an appointment. Dr. Marin and his staff have been exceptional each time. I got my left two wisdom teeth taken and although it was rough for me (I’m a scaredy cat) they did everything to make me comfortable. Even seeing me multiple times from me complaining for nothing. Overall, great customer service, patient, educational, friendly, always smiling. Love it here and I will continue my teeth journey here!

This is a sincere review. When I first came to Dr. Marin’s dental office it was to get a cleaning for my family and I. I ended up needing an incredible amount of work done. None of it was causing me any discomfort YET. I had ALWAYS gone to my original dentist’s office in K-town, in Los Angeles, all the way from Rowland Heights because I swore by my USC trained dentist. It turned out I had periodontal disease and a whole bunch of tiny cavities. For years I’d develop issues and never knew what I was doing wrong. I vowed years ago to get my cleanings and check ups every 6 months like clock work. Why my original dentist never told me about my periodontal disease (which meant I should’ve been getting cleanings every 3 months unlike the usual patient) or why she wouldn’t ever fix my “too small” cavities is beyond my understanding. These things would eventually cause me more issues by the time I’d see her since I had the primary underlying issue of periodontal disease. I realized that not every dentist is for you.ALL that is to say, if you really want a healthy mouth and you realize the importance of it for your over all health and well being, come to Dr. Marin’s office. They will LITERALLY leave no stone unturned, and no tooth unclean.As far as staff, they’re all great. REALLY, they are. They all seem to understand the importance of customer service and kindness going a long way while people are at such a vulnerable state. I myself am in the medical field and truly appreciate kindness when I’m walking in to a business. I believe you should always show respect and kindness whether in “work mode” or not and all of the staff at this office seem to agree with that idea.I appreciate the whole team! Thank you. 🙏💛

I’d give more stars if I could! I came here after not being to the dentist in over 8 years, so I was super nervous. The staff is pretty much all women, and they were all super helpful and made sure I was informed on everything they were doing so that I didn’t get too nervous. I did the new patient special, which included X-rays, a Cleaning, and an Exam, (for $59!) and ended up coming back for the cleaning a separate time since I was on a time crunch the first time I can. It’s never hard to get an appointment, and the staff are so great that I’d highly recommend anyone who has been nervous to go to the dentist to come here!

UPDATE: Staff are friendly and nice. But they have overcharged me twice already and when I called them out they couldnt explain it. Sorry but I cant go to a clinic where I always have to be cautious because they dont know how I keep getting hidden charges.=============================Thank you for your response. The issue with billing happened before the treatment it was fixed right away right before getting the treatment. The only thing was she couldnt explain as to what the extra charges are and how it happened. I get that people make mistakes but it happened twice already. Should I have not double check or review it, I would have paid more that I should have.
