I’ve never been to this place and I know that there’s a lot of pawnshop around my area. But by reading a lot of reviews on different pawnshop? This pawnshop definitely has a lot of positive reviews and I went there today to see it for my self. Guys I met the owner and he is super nice, polite and professional. The person who assisted me was super nice and friendly too. I will definitely recommend 100% this place. You guys won’t regret it. Thank you to the owner for being such, a humble, big heart and down to earth person. God bless you. I hope and pray more blessings to come to you and your family and your Business to grow as well.

Talk about weird...Ive been pawn shopping for 30+ years and this place, wow. I was immediately greeted warmly and helped by the nicest guys. Caring about my wants, needs, prices, and time. For a rare experience, I felt like I mattered to their business...and they got it. One of my FAVORITE pawn shop experiences ever. Thanks David. Count on more of my business in the future!

I have been going to West Covina Pawn Shop for years and I can’t say enough about this shop. I am a widow, my husband died from cancer at a 39 years old. Needless to say, my circumstances were hardly prepared for. We hung in there for many years. But...., when things got rough, they did. And, it was up and down from that point on. David, his family and his staff have been a blessing. Most pawn shops are cruel, I know because I’ve encountered a few before stumbling upon them. I ❤️ their genuine concern and support. You don’t find many people, in business to make a profit, with the character of their stature. They have truly been a blessing and means to financial support for me and my daughter. I pray they are blessed abundantly. I sincerely thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart.

First time going into a pawnshop to sell a pair of gold rings. Staff was very friendly and helpful and straight to the point. Gave us a good price for our rings. Would totally recommend!

I was offered a fair amount for my jewelry here! Nothing compared to the place I stopped at before here, they offered me over twice that! They were very honest and sweet. For sure gonna be my go to pawn shop! I found out one of my rings had touches of diamond which the first place failed to do as well. I just moved to the area and about to have my 3rd child things were a bit tight but they help me a great deal! Thank you guys 🙂

Their customer service is top notch, you go in feeling like a customer, but leave feeling like family. They listen, talk to you and will make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. Ive been to many Pawnshops over the years and this one, by far, will pay you the most and will always go the extra mile for you.If only I could give it more than 5 stars!

I love this place from the moment you walk in they make you feel very comfortable they were kind sweet answered all my questions I will definitely go back to this pawn shop if you are in need of money quick then this is the place for you you deal with honest people thank you.. see you guys soon
