I had reached out to this company on a recommendation from my family, as they’d worked with them before. After speaking with one individual, I received a callback and was offered to come by the office the same day for help. Tom made sure to reassure me that my problem could be diagnosed, and moreover, I would not be charged until I had the say so to move forward on whatever repair was necessary. I left my laptop in their capable hands, and no longer than a handful of hours later, I was back to pick up my laptop, problem free. Tom was very kind and knowledgeable, even with my ancient hardware. Any future tech support with be through these folks!

As someone not terribly great with computers, Tom was, need I say, AMAZING. I called late in the day and he set up a time on the spot to troubleshoot the audio troubles I was having. He was friendly, and I could not have asked for better service!

I appreciate Toms prompt response to my contacting him about my computer problem and then fitting me into his schedule to diagnose the issue, show me what he found and then getting my approval to go forward and order parts. I really appreciate Tom for fixing the audio problems on my gaming computer! :) I had my boyfriend take it in and Tom handled the situation with great care in a way I believe not many others would. Definitely recommend coming here to others!!

A fellow business associate turned us on to Tom and WCC. I’ve been working with them ever since. They are responsive to all of us here at Grey Creek.He helped us set up a new server. Their associates helped us get FAST internet across the parking lot to the warehouse wirelessly.He takes care of all our laptops and desktops keeping them running smoothly and virus free!Thanks Tom and West County Computers!

Tom is my computer savior. I had taken my computer to another company for repairs for continual BSOD only to have my business down for a week and a half and still have the same problem. Tom had the computer one day and got my business up and running with no more computer issues. He was also able to remote in to other computers in my office and clean them up so they continue to run at maximum efficiency. I highly recommend Tom. He is extremely competent and very responsive.

Was able to meet Tom with pretty much no advanced notice. Was very kind, helped me open my laptop, diagnosed it, and gave it a good clean. Unfortunately my problem had to be taken care of elsewhere but the kindness and generosity here were phenomenal.

I cant recommend Tom highly enough. My computer had been broken for about a year and a half following a bad windows update that destroyed my Bios somehow. When I brought the computer to Tom initially, we thought it was just a hard drive problem. It turned out being a much longer process than we thought, but Tom was responsive the whole way through. My gaming laptop is back to full speed, able to run high end graphics on intensive games and still has fully functioning VR support. Any future business I have with my computers Ill be dealing with a trusted technician, and thats fine by me.

Tom was recommended to us through a family friend. We had an issue with an older computer where our entire family picture collection was deleted! Tom was able to recover over 1900 photos that we had thought were gone forever.Tom recommended that we think about getting a new computer. He offered his services in building a new costume built computer and WOW! what a difference.I am happy to recommend Tom for all of your computer needs!

I cant say enough positive remarks about Tom. Im a older person and needed help with my old computer. After reading reviews about him I decided the to make an appointment with him and it was the best choice I could have made, he not only got my computer cleaned up but its also responding much faster thanks to a new part he installed. I needed more help once I got home, made a phone call to him and he was able to remotely take care of all my issues. Im thankful for his knowledge and kindness helping this old lady out!

Tom at West County Computers got our server set up and dialed in. I own a video production company and having myself and editors be able to access and work simultaneously was important. Needless to say all I did was tell Tom what I wanted to do and he handled the rest. Remote editors can now access and download files that they are tasked with. It makes my life that much easier not having to ship hard drives and wait on turn around time or delays. If you need network or computer services, don’t look any further, West County Computers will take excellent care of you.

When my husbands computer crashed, beyond what we could fix, I called Tom at West County Computers. He worked us right in - the SAME DAY! The news was bad for the computer but Tom guided us to the new set up we needed & recovered all of the files from the old & set up the new. Outstanding service and consideration for our needs. I was recommended to this company by a friend, and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with the service I was given. I had called about some PC troubles that I was having and Tom gave me some advice over the phone, within about 10 minutes I had fixed my problem! Tom came out to my office on a Sunday morning.I was in the process of trying to set up two monitors to my PC and in an office move and was quite frustrated to say the least. Not only did Tom get my monitors working better than they were working before, he spent an additional hour on a Sunday morning, getting my computer speed nearly doubled. Tom is completely professional, quite friendly and absolutely knows his field. I highly recommend Tom for your IT computer needs.

Tom has bailed us out numerous times. He is very knowledgeable and offers up the best solutions to our problems every time we have him come out. There is no other person we would call to help us with any of our IT issues. When anyone asks us about IT we give them Toms info.

Tom has been handling my IT needs for longer than I care to remember. As a PC, iPad, iPhone and laptop user, there have been many challenges, which Tom has dealt with in a professional manner. Unlike some other PC gurus, Tom does not treat you as mentally challenged. He listens to the laymens description of an issue, translates it into PC jargon and finds the solution. And if he does not know the answer off-hand, he digs into the internet until he finds it. Tom, I hope, I retire before you do!

Tom bailed me out of a situation where my internet was not working intermittently on one computer. From my (paltry) descriptions he correctly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution I was able to implement myself and I was back up and running in minutes.
