I had months long back and forth with Ford to do buyback. Forwarded all my docs to West Coast Lemons for review and although they did not take my case - there were complications due to probate - Michelle gave me the best advice and tips and key words to use - so that in the end Ford approved the buyback! She even reviewed their buyback contract and gave me additional advice so that we got an extra $4k back. Michelles advice was invaluable - and she did it for free! I contacted Michelle Fonseca-Kamana after being frustrated about my brand new ford explorer has been at the dealer longer than I have been able to drive it. Ford was refusing to put money into repairing my vehicle properly . I contacted Michelle because at this point I needed major help. She reviewed our case and was honest that we had a lemon and she would be happy to help. What happens next is amazing . She said we can do this on our own and have us a scrip to follow . All of a sudden my conversations changed at ford and doors started opening . Now we have an approved buyback way more than I was expecting. I even ran it by her again to see if it’s a fair offer and she said take it and run she couldn’t do better. I was a rare client that didn’t need litigation so unfortunately that didn’t end in any fees for Michelle . I know she spent a lot of time and energy in law school to not work for free. With that being said, anyone who does have a case that requires litigation . If she worked this hard for free I can’t imagine how hard she will work to get you the best deal. I was referred to Michelle from an Attorney family friend who holds a practice in a different field.
