I had the best experience with every single person I spoke to at Sharp Loan. Michelle was very helpful with gathering all the information needed to start the process. As a first time homeowner I had millions of questions which Rey was great at answering regardless the time. If I would call and he did not answer he would call back within 15 minutes. When speaking to Rosalin she was also very helpful with finalizing any forms needed. This is my second refinance transaction with Sharp Loans. The first time in 2017 the entire process was great and everything went smooth and I was very happy with the professionalism and efficiency the staff handled the refinance process. For my second refinance, March 2022, I thought it would be easier to go with the mortgage company that managed my mortgage since 2017. BIG MISTAKE they worked on my refinance for 2 months and could not close it. I called Rey Reyes at Sharp Loans and he told me he could get it done in 10 days and he did. To anyone that is considering taking out a loan or refinancing I would highly recommend to try Sharp Loans first.Excellent Company

I had a bad experience with a lender in November, felt pressured, patronized and didn’t feel right. With Luis it was the opposite all transparency since day one. He never gave up one me and he always tried to find new options and solutions for me, a single mother of 2, just funded my load today and Luis and his team was there from start to finish. Chris, Vanessa, Ruby, and Rumi, all assisted with my transaction and ensured that all of our questions got answered timely. For the most part of my transaction Chris was always available for a call, there were instances where I would text his personal number and he would respond with an answer to my questions if he had them. If not, he would circle back with an answer the following morning. When closing the transaction Chris picked up my calls at 10 PM in order to explain details that were not clear to me. I would not recommend this company at all. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Rey lied regarding paperwork needed and the process. I’ve never heard of a company giving you the pre approval and then taking it back? That’s what this company did. They claimed they had missing information. If they hire unprofessional/unfit people that is NOT the clients fault!! They just waste your time and take your hard earn money for no reason! Basically STEAL your money and you end up with nothing!

Five starts for sharp loan. The whole team is amazing. I am self employed and have tried many times to get a home loan but most reject me cos my income is not stable. My credit also had some issues. I was referred to sharp loans by my agent. I first contacted Rey Reyes and explained my situation to him. He didn’t try to give me the run around once I told him about my self employment or credit situation but instead he told me how he can help me clean up my score and also get me approved with my income. He was very informative and explained all the steps and process before I even submitted any paperwork to him. The app to upload required documents is very easy to navigate. After uploading my documents several of his team members contacted me and Julio Arzate helped me with my pre approval with ruby. They were both very very helpful. Julio was also easy to talk to and very respectful. I talk to him as if he is someone I have known for years and as a friend whenever we get in touch now. Ruby helped me fix a lot of my credit issues in a very short amount of time and made the whole process easy for me. I would recommend anyone looking for a home loan to check them out. Not the experience I expected. Back in December of 2021 my wife came across Rey’s profile on Instagram advertising his services. I was active duty military at the time and wanted to purchase my first home so we reached out to him to see if home buying was a possibility for us. He responded quicky. And Our initial conversation went great.i explained to him that o wanted to make us of my VA benefit and he made it seem as if he knew the in’s and outs of VA loans. He requested for me to submit all my documents and ran my credit. Here is where I had the bad experience, when I tried contacting Rey directly about the status of my loan, he pushed my file to different people and it was hard to keep track on who was personally handling my file. There was a lot of back and fourth between Rey and his staff about who was in charge of my file. When I asked on the status of my loan they would tell me Rey would give me a call back. Coupled months passed and he finally reached out to me after me requesting to personally speak to him. At this point i expected to have a loan approval or a plan of action for approval instead he asks to rerun my credit because that was the last thing he needed was an updated credit score. So I did. Up until This day I have not received a call from him. I had to reach out to sharp loan after 3 months and my file was passed down to another Sharp loan employee. Very unprofessional, and would not recommend them.

Hector Carrillo with Sharp Loan was referred to me by a mutual friend. He helped my husband and I refinance our mortgage saving us close to $900.00 per month! We started the process in July 2020 and after revising all of our documentation and comparing lender rates he advised us to wait until beginning of 2021 to be able to restart the process so that we would attain greater savings doing a conventional loan and save double the amount per month vs. doing an FHA Streamline loan. This showed my husband and I that Hector really put our interests first rather than him getting paid and us having saved the least amount if we would have finished the process when we first started it. He broke down the loan process and answered every question we had every step of the way. On August 17th 2022 Fernado reconnected with me again about a refinance on my home, I gave him my information, all of which was complete and accurate! He promised me a 4.25% rate said we could lock in and close in 3 to 4 weeks, so I agreed. He put me in touch with the loan officer Ceasar whom which told me the same, but he needed my income taxes for 2020 and 2021 to make things go smooth with underwriting. Which I sent to him the next day! I then waited, after more than a week I reached out to get an update. Ceaser called me 2 days later asking for my previous employer, and he told me just a few more days and they would have a loan written up for me. Another week + went by with no news, no reply to my calls or email. I was very nervous at this point that it was a scam! I then received a call from Ruby a senior loan officer at Sharp and that she was going to finish the loan for me that Ceaser was unable to. I then waited asking almost daily for updates and on Friday September 23rd Ruby called me and told me she had it all worked out and that I was to get the loan, she said she would get with me on Monday to finalize the details! Monday came and no word so all week i tried to contact Ruby or anyone at Sharp loan with no success. At this point I knew It was a scam, Friday the 30th Chris the lead loan officer called me and after 15 minutes of looking at my application he informed me I dont Qualify for my quarterly bonuses dont count as part of my income even though my employer guarantees me a quarterly 5000.00 or more which I have been receiving! My question was why did it take 6weeks + for someone to figure this out? And he did in 15 minutes and why such poor contact? The market has gone up in points, now I cant afford a loan!!! Totally screwed me! Most unprofessional experience I have had in my 54yrs. Be aware, I still feel this is a scam!!! A bottom of the barrel company and thats being nice!!!! Steer clean of these kind of people go with who you know...

Mr. Williamson abs his team do what they say. They work hard and they communicate with me. If I have questions, they always got back to me in a timely fashion. When other companies said they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me, Mr. Williamson told if I made a comment to him, that he would it it happen. I did and he and his team has it for me, not once or twice but four straight times with one just happening 1/24/22. They got my ex-husbands phone number from my credit report and are texting him to get me to refi. So I call the number they are texting from and the automated system hangs up on me. So I google them and find a customer service number. When I explain the situation, the agent is rude telling me that I am calling them and then proceeds to tell me that they will take my number off the call list. I am assuming he was going to take my phone number that I was calling from off the list but problem is that he didnt listen and didnt bother to ask what number needed to be removed as it was my ex-husband that they are texting. Incompetent people. Even if I was looking to refi definitely would not go with people like this! If you want customers I would suggest being nice to them.

Christian then try’s to cover him self saying everything was communicated when obviously that’s not the case and the client is now at foul.
