I have been trying to get my child an appointment with them since October. We have been passed strong to four different providers and she has yet to be seen. They were quick to remove my copay. This is the worse healthcare experience I have had. Please, please, please, don’t waste your time.

I previously did contract work with Wellnite while I worked on my necessary state hours for complete licensure for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), during my time as a LPC-Associate Wellnite marketed to clients that I was fully licensed which was unlawful and expected me to provide diagnostic services which was also unethical at my level of licensure. Wellnite did not provide adequate safety procedures for clients in potential crisis and didnt screen for at-risk clients other than pushing them toward psychiatric medications. Upon being fully licensed I began noticing a decline in support from the staff that were expected to contact the clients and would often be asked to miss being payed despite what Wellnite had previously said in their policies and procedures for their clients expectations. I voiced to end my employment and gave over a months notice to ensure good coverage of care for my clients and now over 9+ months later Wellnite continues to schedule new clients despite me leaving the practice, closing all my availability, emailing everyone possible to say I no longer want to be contacted, directly wish to work there, and directly contacting the clients to say I dont work there. They violate personal health information laws when they send me this information and have severely miss bills my previous clients.

Ive reported Wellnite to the Better Business Bureau. They began accepting my insurance without informing me. When I found out I asked them to send the claims to my insurance because I had paid out of pocket when I shouldnt have. They told me my insurance had to send them (a lie). I talked to my insurance and after 5 months of hassle we finally got on a conference call and got Wellnite to send the claim as they should have in the first place. At this point they were denied because the time limit had passed. They still have refused to refund me despite Anthem letting them know they had violated their contract. Im reporting them to my medical board too.

My therapist met with me online, turned her camera off because “the internet works better that way”. You’re working from home as a therapist, get a better internet connection. I am talking about sensitive subjects in my life and I hear her kids in the background while I’m speaking to a blank screen. It was such an awkward session.The session also started late because they didn’t have the right email on file for me. She was also trying to laugh during the weirdest moments. I was told to hug my pillow and think of happy times. I don’t know, maybe she works with juveniles only. She asked random questions and didn’t really follow my thoughts during the session. I asked for my money back because they kept messaging me asking if I would work with someone else when I didn’t want to schedule my therapist again and I kept saying no. Finally I was so aggravated I asked for a refund for the one month subscription fee and the co pay and they told me they can’t but can offer a session with someone else. It was such a waste. I needed therapy for this therapy.Btw I found her on Zocdoc and saw a message on the page “Zocdoc patients are not required to pay a subscription service fee” and they charged me the subscription service fee! I am beside myself right now.

I am hurt, insulted and filing whatever report available against her. I was told they were named Shane. Who knows if its true. You need to check the records. Doctors constantly miss appointments. They forget to update you about your medication. They are a mess and completely unprofessional. I would never trust them with my mental health needs and I would never recommend them to anyone. The incompetence and lack of concern is shocking.

If you go on Zocdoc and look for a therapist and the service they use is Wellnite, try again!! This is ridiculous. To have the therapist not show up for the first session without warning is not good. DO NOT DO USE THIS COMPANY. I was referred to them by my insurance company because they did not have anyone in network. My sessions are 100% covered. The lack of communication, professionalism and issues I’ve had has been unbelievable. They wanted me to put my credit card information in but I do not feel comfortable with how they conduct busy. After reading the reviews, I see why they have such negative reviews. WELLNITE IS TRASH

Would leave zero stars if I could. I found a therapist through my insurance network that used Well Nite. I was quite skeptical about using a practice that offered plans for visits.I tried to book an appointment through ZocDoc and was immediately told I need to register for their website and pay a $29 monthly scheduling fee. I signed up anyway against my better judgement and then immediately was told my therapist wasnt available for when I had booked and to ignore Zocdoc. They rescheduled the appointment twice on me and ignored my availability and gave me a time I could not do. I then got charged a cancellation fee for not showing up to an appointment I did not schedule They customer service is terrible, Ive called 6+ times and no one ever answers. The only way they communicate is sporadic text messaging way after or before business hours and 2 hours before they cancel and rebook your appointment.The final straw was when they cancelled my session for the third time, told me theyd waive the cancellation fee for the therapist cancelling and that I could try and find my own therapist in their network who takes my insurance but clarified they would not help and that they wouldnt be able to call me back about a solution but I could continue to text their support team.Overall, zero out of ten experience and a great waste of money.

I would give zero stars if I could.This is a terrible Mental Health service. For one, they will continuously charge your card, unauthorized, even if you are not fully seeing a therapist on a weekly basis. They do not check if you are actually active with this therapist as often and simply “guess”. I was assisting my husband with finding a therapist and this has ruined his experience to receive therapy. Wellnite takes advantage of a vulnerable population and trying to contact anyone for assistance is like pulling teeth. I have so many screenshots in regards to charges and I have several screenshots of them telling me that they would no longer be charging our card, to which they then started charging for last April’s appointments in November even though these were not valid appointments. This makes no sense, no one is reaching back out to us, and we are now going to have to take further action.On top of this, every single therapist that was seen would simply “stare” at the screen. There was no actual, legitimate therapy going on. They simply listened in silence and did not use any techniques. If you do not want to make your mental health worse, look elsewhere.

Ive tried to book with several of the therapists but none of them are available.All of their phone numbers and extensions are all linked to the voicemail. Please DO NOT waste your time. My old therapist personally recommended this service to me and Im so glad that she did. Everyone Ive interacted with related to Wellnite has been incredibly kind. From doctor to therapist to my coach to the text support, everything has been very easy to use and I could not be happier with the services they have provided for me. I have the 6 month plan, and there were no hidden fees or anything, they are a very upfront and honest company. Everything is included in a very fair price. I recommend this service to anyone who feels that they need assistance involving their mental health and dont know where to start :)

Wellnite is the first Medical and Therapy bundle Ive used, and it has improved my life greatly in just a matter of months. You have multiple options of certified therapists and psychiatrists, and my experiences with each individual has been amazing.Tech wise, things arent perfect, but what software is? If there is ever any problem with connecting, the customer service is incredibly responsive.In fact, the customer service and support is the most impressive part of Wellnite from my perspective. You will communicate with a real human being, who will promptly respond to text messages about any concerns you have! I have made errors with adjusting my payment plan and they fixed MY mistakes immediately!! Just a quick text and they take care of it!!I am so happy and satisfied with Wellnite, and I recommend anyone on the fence to give them a try!

You are charged upfront and even if you end up not using their services the charges are non-refundable.Update: Wellnite was gracious enough to refund me, and I am grateful for the good customer service but Im still not sure I can recommend the company. Please read other reviews about issues with the technology and professionalism. I think they have the potential to be a good platform, but these are genuine issues that should be investigated and considered.

Psychiatry- they only gave me one option for doctors in my area, Dr. Halanski. My appointment was at 9:45 this morning. It is now 4 pm on the dot and my prescription has not been sent in for them to start filling it. Won’t be ready today and I can’t get to the pharmacy another day this week. The doctor not sending the script in a timely manner is VERY a inconvenient for a person like me with a packed schedule.Counseling- therapy session was better. However it’s only 30 minute sessions? I’m used to the standard hour. So you get two sessions of 30 mins each with your therapist every month.It has its problems but this is still better than no treatment. If my doctor will send my prescription speedier next month I will stay with the company but otherwise I will start looking into stuff like cerebral and whatnot.Will update review as time goes on.UPDATE: They we’re so kind and kept me in the loop when I voiced that I was upset. They kept me calm while I panicked about my late prescription. Updated a star for the great customer service!

And it remains a wonderful, necessary, and integral step in my mental health care routine. One I honestly cant see myself without now. My therapist has been fantastic! Im 25 years old and have been struggling with anxiety, and I finally got up the courage to pursue therapy, and I am so happy that I did! Speaking with Wellnite and my therapist has helped me tremendously; she is very kind, understanding, and compassionate. She has helped me feel like what I am experiencing is normal with all that is going on in my life including dealing with grief following the loss of certain people in my life. She has taught me so many helpful techniques that have made me feel less overwhelmed, such as keeping my feet on the ground. I would highly recommend Wellnite, and especially my therapist, to anyone dealing with anxiety. No matter your age, its never too late to get help with mental health and Wellnite has been a great way for me to get this help without even leaving my home!

I started using Wellnite through Zocdoc. I found whom I thought was an individual therapist on Zocdoc and scheduled a session. I got an email from Wellnite which I thought was a mental health practice in New York City. They prompted me to pay for the session in advance and fill out an intake form. They charged me for three sessions, which would have to be used this month. This was a red flag, but I really needed a therapist as my anxiety was making it difficult to function. They claimed to take my insurance on Zocdoc, but never took my insurance information and charged me $65/session. I have never heard of a therapy session less than an hour long, so I was surprised when half an hour in, I was in tears and my therapy session ended. Before the first session, I got a text from a random 415 number saying my session would have to be put on hold. I called back, saying that it was very stressful to cancel my session at the last minute, and they reinstated it. I did find the first session somewhat helpful, but I couldnt schedule another session until 10 days later at the earliest.For the second session, my therapist was 25 minutes late to a 30-minute session, which was stressful. We had to reschedule the session, and I couldnt communicate directly with the therapist through their platform. I had to text a random chatline for help. This evening was the rescheduled second session (which they offered to comp) and their platform, which is just a video conferencing platform in a browser window (with a timer in the corner so you never forget how the clock is ticking) malfunction. My therapist was on a phone, and I didnt feel the session had any structure. We kept getting thrown out of the video call and the platform kept malfunctioning. I was fed up with the service and requested a refund for unused sessions, and they refused. I had to tell them I was writing a negative review for them to process my refund at all. Highly unethical service and very stressful. This is not mental health care. This is profit seeking. This company has generally positive reviews, but I work in customer service and know how business can curate reviews to appear positive.Do yourself a favor and find yourself a real practice in your local area.

Unfortunately Wellnite did not work for me as a platform. Terrible experience with their website that is really offers no value other than being buggy Zoom calls and an endless stream of texts. The portal lacks basic features, like removing a credit card or display time in non-military fashion. I never understood their subscription model. That information was never displayed clearly on the portal.I politely cancelled my service and Im still getting marketing calls and texts at odd hours of the evening.Ill reconsider once their service improves and doesnt add extra stress to already stressful situation. I find a lot of online mental health services trying to be like Amazon or Tinder. I find that extremely unthoughtful. How can you differentiate yourself from just a simple Zoom or Hangout?

Not a good service. I agree with the other reviews that their website portal is not well built and their video conferencing is buggy and hardly ever worked. The person that coordinated it was terrible, she wouldn’t get back to me for weeks at a time, would forget to schedule my sessions, etc. And the 30 min session (they don’t tell you they’re that short) are such a ripoff because you can’t do anything in just 30 minutes. Would not recommend this service. Also all the 5 star reviews are probably from the Wellnite person begging them to leave a review because she would ask me often to do so.

Wellnite has been very helpful, especially stressful times like this pandemic. Having the ability to talk to a doctor online in my own home definitely helps. My doctor is a fantastic lady who doesnt make me feel ashamed about how I feel and I appreciate it. Its also nice to text the pharmacy about my medication since I dont really like to make phone calls. Overall its been a good experience.

I was not notified, I reached out to them asking for the link for the appointment only to then be told my appointment was cancelled 😑. Wellnite saved my life. My clinical depression and social anxiety was at an all time high last year, up to the point where I couldn’t even get out of bed to go visit my clinical team and I came across Wellnite, a company that focuses on bringing mental health right to your phone/computer without having to leave your home. The mental health professionals are always there when you need them (if you need an appointment, 99% of the time there is availability within the next day) and they are very caring and helpful. The telemedicine system they use is very user-friendly. They also prescribe medication if needed and it will be shipped to your home within a couple of business days or sent straight to your pharmacy. Very affordable too if you dont have insurance; less than $100 a month. I recommend Wellnite to anyone whose had difficulties like myself.

Super unprofessional, disorganized and just bad service. First, my sessions were shorter than they advertised. Next, they had three different people texting me about billing and trying to bill me before and after my sessions. When I said I didnt want to continue working with Wellnite but wanted to keep my sessions I had ALREADY paid for, they preemptively CANCELLED my appointments, an hour before one was about to start, when I explicitly asked them not to do it. They said it was a miscommunication... which is pretty insulting. I asked for the person I had been talking tos name and they never identified themselves. Just go to an actual therapist at an actual office or through someone that isnt a Tech Company, these people are a joke. I literally spent more time texting with them about things they did wrong on their end then ever talking to a therapist.

Overall my experience with Alisia have been great! She listens and connects dots taking a lot of the baggage off my self. I’ve slowly felt more normal about my situation when confronting them and tackling them with her. She is very passionate about getting underneath the situation and finding out why I may be feeling frustrated or overwhelmed around my issues. And I felt this insight was missing from my life. I wish I could see her more to be honest. She’s been a great guide and therapist! Wish we started talking sooner.

Im glad to see that other people have had a better experience with well nite than I did. The customer service team always did their best to help, and wellnite can be a good option for people who dont have health insurance or access to medication. My qualms come from the treatment I experienced. Prior to my first meeting on wellnite, I took a brief survey. When I met with my doctor via phone call (the video chat feature never worked) they immediately proceeded to diagnose me which I found a little odd. From my past experience with working with a psychiatrist, they took some time to learn about you before they made a diagnosis.When I needed to get off my medication, the doctor was unable to provide me with any help on how to safely transition off my medication. It can be very dangerous if you dont get off your medication correctly. Luckily I now have better health insurance and can afford to go see a psychiatrist in person to get help with this, but if I didnt I would be on my own to figure out how to wean myself off medication. This feels incredibly irresponsible on wellnites part, if they cant provide assistance with this it should be clearly stated when people begin medication. Perhaps it was and I somehow missed it, but I dont recall getting any warning.

You get access to mental health care via telehealth and they take a lot of time to understand what your needs are.you can meet with a coach via text as well. Having the ability to access care with or without insurance is something that they care about. I’ve found their customer service to be prompt and they try hard to work with you to get what you need.

Sometimes Im unable to pay due to EDD not sending my money but they always make sure I get my medication so I dont go through withdrawals and allow me to pay later. I absolutely love Wellnite! I feel more like myself and can actually smile now! I’ve always suffered with depression but since the pandemic hit and things shut down, I just kept getting worse and worse. Since joining Wellnite I have a chat based therapy session every week with Gabrielle and a video chat every 2 weeks with Iamina. They are both great and have gave me coping skills to handle every day stressors. I love Dr. Amy as well! Everyone has been more than helpful and I feel like they are my family. If you are suffering from depression and/or anxiety I highly recommend Wellnite. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Awful customer service. The app is buggy and annoying to deal with. Crashed a lot. When I had an issue they kept referred to me as Russell instead of my actual name...who the heck is Russell? When I corrected them, they kept spelling it wrong (how do you even do that? I literally just told you what it was! )Most egregiously, I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me. Insanely expensive for what you get. They also make canceling your subscription insanely difficult. They say you can do it on the dashboard or text them. There was no way to do it on the dashboard and I texted them several times and emailed to cancel, they still tried to charge me. I had to threaten legal action to get them to cancel my account.Also the therapist I had was only focused on the “now” even after telling her I was having breakdowns because of my PTSD, she wanted to schedule me A MONTH OUT because she said it seemed like I was doing better. A month they still would have charged me for fyi.If you need affordable therapy, I recommend taking a look at openpathcollevtive or therapyden. They can sort you with therapists within your insurance or price range.I was literally getting charged $160 a month for maybe two thirty minute therapy sessions. This company only cares about the profit they can make off of you. Please go anywhere else. (Except BetterHelp because they sell your information.)The picture below was the fifth time I asked them to cancel my account either via text or email and I threatened legal action via email before they finally got back to me.
