Such a clean, nice, and very friendly place! I was running a few minutes late and have never done a fingerprint scan before but the ladies were so kind and helpful!

I was scheduled to come back 2 days later to have my TB test checked(2 days being today). My scheduled window was from 3:06 to 3:50pm. I arrived to the clinic at 3:30 to find the place closed regardless of being scheduled to close at 4pm. This ultimately made both my visits invalid. Super unprofessional as I committed to the time frame, but they couldn’t adhere to their operating hours. I will be following up Monday when they open. Disappointing to say the least.

The girls working were a master class in customer service. They worked together to power through a crowded waiting room and showed amazing team work. Everyone in the room were there for something different, and I mustakingly came in a day early of my appointment. They still took me in and got to me in a timely manner. Shout out to Diana and Val!

Quick and easy, came in for an appt for employee physical drug test and fit test. I was in and out in 15 minutes it was great they also offer other services I will definitely use them in the future!!

I arrived early and the office was able to accommodate me. The appointment was fairly quick considering I had 2 extra things to do aside from the physical. The staff was resourceful and friendly.

The people that work here are uneducated, unprofessional, incompetent, and unsanitary. They need to go back to school. Went for a TB test, was read as positive, tried to upsell a chest x-ray, because it was for work I needed a second opinion and went to my doctor. They read it wrong and wasted my money, time, and gas. Dont go here. Go to an urgent care, or your PCP, they accept walk-ins too.

I had a really good easy experience. My nurse was Jessica and she was very gentle and kind. there were a few people there for services and she handled it all with ease. I got a TB test and a tdap shot. She was gentle with both and i was in and out in less than 30 min from walking in to walking out. Fair prices too especially if you don’t have insurance to go to a doctor.

I got there when it opened at 9am as a walk-in client. I was greeted by Summer, who checked me in right away. Juan administered my TB test and drew my blood as soon as I checked in. He was professional, fast and I didn’t feel a thing. I was in and out in 20 minutes with no appointment.The location is very easy to find and it’s close to the 805 freeway. I will be coming back again when I need their services.

Very rude!! I’m standing outside for 15 minutes!! She didn’t offer me a chair!! I finally went inside and got me a chair to sit outside!! I will never come back here again!!

I come to WellnessMart every time I’m due for my employer required Tb test. Although I have insurance I much rather pay ($47 for tb test) than go through the hassle of making an appointment to whenever they are available then go and have me wait forever in a waiting room. The times I’ve been there I’m in and out within minutes.

I went to Wellness Mart today to get a TB test and live scan fingerprints done. I came prepared with the forms that I needed and had them filled out. There was zero wait time and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very pleased.

Came in today with no appointment to get a TB test and livescan for my employer. There was absolutely no wait whatsoever and the 3 girls working were incredibly friendly and helpful and explained the process to me. I would come back again or recommend anyone who needs a TB test or livescan to come check this place out.
