A long overdue review! I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Hoefer and her team. From the moment I walked in a few years ago, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Hoefer conducts a very thorough exam, including X-rays, which gave me confidence in her approach to my care. What sets her apart from other chiropractors is not only her expertise in Blair upper cervical adjustments but also the longevity of the adjustments – they hold better than any Ive experienced before. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. Dont know where to begin. I was in pain for a very long time and Im very stubborn. I accepted that pain was the new normal for my back and sciatica. Seeing Dr H gave me hope and a new perspective. Made me see healing is possible. Its definitely a journey. It has its ups and downs for sure. But overall my life is on the upward track. Nothings perfect but I cant see a light at the end of the tunnel as far as my healing journey goes. Thats something I havent had. Very greatful 🙏 🙌 ❤️

After regular chiropractic visits, I have been feeling great. Dr. Hoefer not only helped my discomforts from working out, she has helped improved my times for my runs. I went from 2 hour 30 mins for completing a half marathon to 2 hours 13 mins with minimal recovery times and soreness! I cant thank her enough for helping me to continue to do the thing I love most!

Dr. Hoefer is a God send. Without her dedication to finding root cause and her specialty in Blair adjustment, I likely would not have received the amount of relief I have. While no body stays adjusted after only one visit, and no single adjustment takes all the pain away, Dr Hoefer’s consistent, gentle, thoughtful care has absolutely been a game changer. I’ve also been given easy-to-follow exercises which help strengthen weak core muscles I didn’t know I had! She’s holistic and caring and I trust her completely. She is the best chiropractor I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

I went for a lymphatic massage with Lauren. The whole process was so relaxing and we had great conversation, she’s very knowledgeable about all of the lymphatic processes. I had some lymph nodes that were swollen before I went and they have become significantly smaller since I had my massage!

Ten years after an auto accident took my right leg and arm I mustered up the courage to have an upper cervical from Dr. Liz Hoefer. I flew from Seattle to LA for the privilege. Two days later Im wondering why the hell did I wait this long. Words like gentle and precise sometimes get lost in our language, but let me tell you, the only analogy I can give for the feeling after the adjustment is as if I was given my leg back...except it was my neck. No crackies No eating Oxy anymore, just a neck without pain, with more movement than Ive had since getting walloped. What was surprising was the precision in measurements leading up to the adjustment which was, painless, noiseless, left me feeling (at the time), Thats it? Then I woke up the next morning and realized Ive been touched by grace and the best damn DC on earth. Do it. Now. Repeat.

Ive been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Hoefer for several years. Shes a great chiropractor and she uses the Blair upper cervical method. Here at her office, she also has two massage therapists who do great deep tissue and a Craniosacral therapist that does amazing work with the lightest of touch. And a these services are provided for very reasonable cost. If youre in need of adjustment, this is the place to go.

I have done chirpractic for treatment for 10 years and was very skeptical of upper cervical. However, I was desperate- i had vertigo, numbness in my arm and fingers, and headaches almost daily. I had testing done and all came back normal and regular chiro adjustments were not working and didnt last if I did experince relief. I cant describe the emotional and physical relief I have experinced now! All of those symptoms are gone and when they do come back- i get an adjustment and within an hour I feel better. I still don’t understand it, but it has been life changing for me. I am a therapist and refer my clients as well because the mental shift in even my own anxiety has decreased with having upper cervical adjustments! I highly recommend!

Dr. Hoefer has a heart of gold and worked very quickly to help me. My fingers were numb and she knew exactly what to do to help me. She takes each adjustment very seriously and is not distracted with other matters. She is also timely and respects the appointment time. I have been seeing Dr. Hoefer for several years now and cant imagine what life was like before seeing her anymore. The first time I had an adjustment, I left feeling like I was walking on clouds. I even have my kids and husband seeing her now. She is so caring, attentive, and effective. Dr Hoefer is amazing! I had issues breastfeeding my son who was having a hard time turning his head to the right. After just one visit with him at one month old, he was nursing better and sleeping better too. On another visit, I mentioned that it had been a whole week since he had a bowl movement, after getting adjusted he pooped less than 24hrs later. I started seeing Dr. Hoefer in 2011 after a bad MVA, that I should not have survived. She took the time to counsel me on what was wrong with my neck and back. I had seen numerous chiropractors before her and nothing really seemed to help. Until, I started using the Blair chiropractic. After a couple adjustments I was on the mend. Dr. Hoefer has been treating me for migraines and back pain throughout my pregnancy. Within seconds (literally) of adjusting my neck, my migraine was gone. Dr. Hoefer is outside my insurance network but seeing her was the best thing that I could have done for myself. After an injury to my sacrum/tailbone area, she provided immediate attention/therapy with PEMF. She also conducted a very thorough exam of my spine and neck and provided visual proof that I was a bit out of alignment. As Im on the verge of turning 60, I accepted a few years ago that my necks range of motion was limited and that I would have to accept that limitation. So not only did Dr. Hoefer provide expedited relief to my sacrum, she provided increased range of motion to my neck with a Blair upper cervical adjustment. I remember being in so much pain from head to toes, having spine pain, neck pain, blind eye, vertigo, horrible migraines, horrible histamine issues, dizziness, back pain, foot pain, tingling,Brian fog, head felt heavy I couldn’t even wash a dish or pick up anything to say walk without pain after a neck injury!! Probably the best money I’ve ever spent. I was referred over to Well Connected Chiropractics from a work out instructor who noticed I was in pain doing some movements. I had been suffering from right hip pain for over a year and it was literally the worst feeling ever. I couldn’t workout properly, nothing was working regarding stretching and rolling out. I’ve seen a few other chiropractors and tried yoga but the pain was intolerable. I’m 36, I should not be living with right hip pain as a healthy young adult.I took my chances on Well Connected and it was the best decision ever. I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Whitney Marsh for chiropractic treatment. I don’t have any particular condition, just a general tension I carry in my neck and shoulder from sitting in front of a computer a LOT. The introductory treatment was very thorough, including a 3-D skeletal scan to prepare my personal treatment plan. Then on the second visit, Dr. Whitney walked me through the results of that scan, added some admittedly fun and interesting neurological tests, and then of course did the adjustment with NO snapping and twisting of my neck. Best of all, I was “required” to sleep there for half an hour to let the adjustment settle in, and selfishly as a parent of wild preschoolers, I enjoyed that part immensely. I have never had a more enjoyable or enlightening chiropractic experience, and while I know healing takes time, I can honestly say my neck tension is already looser. Plus, you don’t have to twist my arm (or neck) to spend time with the ultra caring and ultra positive Dr. Whitney.

Almost every single patient who came to see her got incredible results, especially those who felt they had no where else to turn for their condition. It was extremely rare to see someone who didnt get results, and it was ALWAYS because they chose not to follow her treatment plan (hint, hint!). She eats, breathes, and sleeps Well Connected, and shes always hungry to further educate herself to provide the most curated care for her patients. Upon my intake I was immediately impressed by the way they wanted to know my history going as far back as I could remember my pain. I also love the fact they wont do anything till they take X-Rays to know what they are looking at. Dr. Hoefer genuinely cares for the well being of her patients. I started seeing Dr. hoefer about 6 years ago I believe . I had been dealing with extremely bad sciatica issues for about 3 or 4 years at that point . So bad that my back muscles had tightened up so bad that I was walking hunched over and crooked . The pain was so insane bad . I had seen multiple and multiple chiropractors/massage therapist and spine specialist and they couldn’t help me . Only one got me about 80% better and told me that’s as much as he will be able to get me better for some reason . So I had just about gave up until I met Dr. Hoefer’s husband and he insisted I go to her that many people come from far just to get seen by her and lucky for me she was two blocks away from me . Make a long very long story short within 30 days of seeing her my back started to straighten up and align itself . I still continue to see her but the pain in my sciatica is gone and I feel so much better it’s not even funny . Now due to my type of job and being hunched over all day for work I still have issues at times but that’s expected with what I do . But the up keep with seeing her keeps me from ever going back (pun not intended ) to my old ways with the pain and struggle I had because of it . Yes the initial cost to see her shocked me and I almost didn’t do it esp because I had already spent tens of thousands of dollars on others before . But I am glad I did . It wasn’t a quick fix either . It took time and perseverance on my end and to be much more mindful of how I hold my posture at home work etc . In order for me to recover properly. Its only been two months that Ive been seeing her and its a miracle. Ive been to so many different chiropractors over the last 20 years, and Ive never had such a positive result in such a short amount of time.Oh, and this is not one of those crack your back experiences. Dr Hoefer’s chiropractic care has exceeded all my expectations. I arrived at her office as a result of a friend’s recommendation. I could barely walk and had lower back pain that was continuous. She did an analysis of my physical complaints and discussed a plan of action to help me heal. I was able to walk out of her office without assistance and very little discomfort. Let me start with why I came to see Dr Hoefer. I have had upper back pain throughout most of my adult life. My job calls for me sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time and I know for a fact that this causes much of my back aches. I have also had neck pain every few months or so, which I thought was just because my pillow didnt support my neck well or I slept the wrong way. However a few months ago, my neck pain had gotten so severe that I knew I had to seek help. My boyfriend who have been been Dr Hoefers patient for years, recommended that I come in and have her take a look. By that time, couldnt turn my head and had to move my whole body to look over my shoulder.When I first got there I was greeted by some of the friendliest clinic staffs I have ever met that I just felt so at ease. The first thing they did was to take xrays of my neck and back so Dr Hoefer could see what she was dealing with. I appreciated that she and everybody in her staff made sure I wad involved in, and understood the whole process. They laid out my treatment plan and told me what to expect in the next 6 months, all on day one.After only a few adjustments, I could tell I was getting better. It started getting easier to move my neck and shoulders and I started experiencing less pain.It has now been 2 months, and I definitely feel so much better. I came to Dr. Hoefer after having seen at least two dozen different chiropractors in my adult life, so I was definitely apprehensive but excited about the specialized type of chiropractic she does and what that could mean for me. I received my very first adjustment in October of 2017 and other than being checked regularly, I haven’t need a single adjustment since then. Not only that, the list of ways in which she has healed my body is numerous - the highlights being that I am no longer in excruciating chronic back and neck pain, my reproductive system has been working properly for the first time in a decade+ and I absolutely consider her gift of healing one of the main reasons I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with baby #1!!! The right side of my neck was trashed in a car accident 5 years ago. My spine was crooked and I had constant pain in my right shoulder. The lack of alignment threw out my back I also had sciatic pain on both sides of my hips. In just 12 visits, I am pain free and playing tennis 3-4 times a week again. If you are suffering from Trigeminal Neurolagia orTN- like symptoms (face shocks, sevete burning, piercing spikes, etc, etc.) you NEED to see Dr. Hoefer and Well Connected Chiropractic! Not all chiropractors are the same and cervical chiropractic (which is what Dr. Hoefer is trained and gifted in could make ALL the difference!Id dealt with the above TN condition intermittently for almost 5 years, and without getting dramatic, suffice it to say I know its life altering and negative repercusdions 1st hand. To be fair Id previously received substantial help from acupuncture/diet and herbal therapy, etc. initially due to the chemical related toxicity of my work which apparently triggered a lot of it. But I understand there can be other triggers as well (and in the absence of any convincing, viable conventional medical answers ...drugs; surgery) the acupuncture route at least helped but was unsustainable, plateaued. and even reversed to a degree due to physical vocational and lifestyle demands I had. So in searching further I found chiropractic, again w/limited success, but then found Well Comnected Chitopractic, thank Gid!Dr. Hoefer took it to the next level of healing! There is a difference between chiropractors who specialize in cervical - (the top sectipn of the vertebrae) chiropractic and others. I have seen Dr. Elizabeth Hoefer for neck, upper back and hip adjustments. Dr. Hoefer uses the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Technique. Each visit includes a check for postural analysis, neck and overall body alignment. And probably more! The Blair technique is gentle, yet effective. The relief has been so incredibly profound and healing.After getting hit by a vehicle I was introduced to Chiropractic work through my lawyer. The instant pain relief and aha moment opened my mind to these bone adjustments literally being able to shift the entire cranium and teeth as well.
