WebsiteService4All built the perfect website for my company as I had NO tech experience. They gave The Pilates Club CREDIBILITY! I worked with Mark and his team for 10 years. When the developers who originally started my customized WordPress site in 2019 failed to finish the project, I hired WebsiteService4All to finish the job, and they did so quickly and efficiently. Ive since had them do improvements and maintenance a few times a year and they were always reliable, starting the work on schedule and completing it quickly. Im grateful to have found them, as my site could have been a disaster without their help, or I might have paid three times as much elsewhere.

We came across Websiteservices4all by way of Thumbtack. Wed interviewed multiple companies as our primary concern was quality and content, and ongoing service after the site was built for general changes and/or modifications needed. Mark has been super-responsive and very patient as we changed our minds continually throughout the site build. I am a pastor of a church and another 501(3) non-profit, and Mark and his team have been very patient and helpful bringing us up to speed on web design, live streaming, and transferring services from social media to our website. We send items to the website in the afternoon and the following morning they are set on our webpage. I thank this team for their patience, expertise, friendliness, and gentleness with those of us who were not trained in this, but because of a deadly pandemic have been forced to learn new ways to communicate. I recommend them to folks like me.

I contacted Mark regarding fixing some problems on my website. Inadvertently I did not read the proposal carefully enough and wound up signing an online year contract [ beware ]. However the service from his technician sonny was very helpful and he was easy to deal with and I got a few things fixed. Mark does not give any personal service and at the end of the term could not even remember what had been accomplished and what had not....just a sales pitch.Furthermore when I tried to get into my site and my passwords didnt work, I reached out to him for help. He never responded. Finally through my host, i was able to re-enter my admin site portal and found Marks email and info all over the settings all over it. He did not bother to remove them and still wonder how my name was removed

Im an up and coming childrens book author and I needed a website to promote my book without breaking the bank. I found Mark at websiteservice4all through the Thumbtack app, and he completed in 20-30 minutes what I couldnt do in a month on my own. The initial consult was in person and the rest are done via screen sharing/phone calls. He was very attentive to my needs, and very thorough in his explanations with regard to how to do things on my own within the site. I recommend anyone who doesnt want to create one on their own to turn it over to websiteservice4all. Budget-friendly and worth every penny!

I contacted WebsiteService4all after seeing his ad that read, $99 for a website and a free video! Mark Drake, the owner alleged that he would create a customized online store for me in three (3) weeks-- not for $99! Mark charged me $1,500 and a monthly hosting fee of $49. After three months--nothing, but he still collected the hosting fee! I requested my money back, but he declined; however, to keep me from receiving my money back, he uploaded a sample template, for the world to see, that contained images of people wearing clothes (the prices were $300, but crossed out because it was a template!) The colors of the sute were pretty, but it did not contain any of my products! I was not even aware that anything had been uploaded, but to deceive the bank into believing that he had created a website for me, he uploaded a template with my companys name on it! To make matters worse, when you clicked on my companys name, it hyperlinked to another companys website: Life is Good! He copied all of Life is Goods info and put it on my website! I filed a report with the BBB. After reading my complaint, he responded with another false statement and said that I was suppose to upload my own products! It has been one lie after another. He does not admit to any wrong doing, but will cover it up with a lie. This has been a nightmare!! I also tried to get my money back from Ally Bank, but Mark told them that he created a website for me (although he never did!) but I just wasnt happy with it! Ally refused to refund my money because Mark convinced the bank that he produced a website. Because of regulation E (Dont use a debit card-- use your credit card!!) the bank suggested that I seek legal charges, which is what I am going to do! Heres the kicker though... After Mark felt that he had won the dispute, he took down the fraudulent website, but never returned my money! This man is a crook who is desperate for money!!! He will lie, deceive, play on the words that you use, and will never admit to any wrong doing. He doesnt know what the heck he is doing. He even hacked my email account! You can create a website on Weebly and some of the other sites for free!! Moreover, Mark does not customize anything! He uses templates!!! Again, stay away! If you dont, you will regret it. If you Are unable to create a website using a free template, then find a reputable company or person that can! WebsiteServices4All is not it!!! Stay away!!! This company doesnt deserve any stars, but unfortunately, I had to give it one star!!! I believe in karma and I truly believe that this guy will reap what he sews! Mark Drake has no conscious; hes a sociopath! Stay away!
