This was my 4th car from Weatherford, 3rd from Kevin Thomas directly. It could not have been easier.Kevin is always on top of everything and makes sure I get exactly what I want, without any pressure.Most importantly he is always accessible even if I have a silly question. Best customer service!I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else.Even the doc signing was easy!I love my new X3!

I found my dream car listed on True Car and they linked me to Weatherford BMW. From the get go, all of the sales professionals I spoke to were on it with assisting me in making an appointment and providing me with all the info and specs for the car I was inquiring about.When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted by their team and was offered water and coffee. I felt so taken care of! Ali, Glen, and Alex walked me through the whole process and never did I feel pressured or like I couldnt ask the many questions I had. They did their best to ensure I was getting the very best deal. I was really impressed with their paper free process and how quickly I was driving away with my new car. A big shout out to the tech team as well for teaching me all the features in the car. I truly walked away a forever Weatherford BMW customer!

Just purchased a 2025 X5 xDrive40i from Weatherford. It’s the third new car I’ve bought from Weatherford and the third time Kevin Thomas has guided me through the process. I went to this dealership to look at a BMW. Sundar was great! He was friendly, very knowledgeable about electric cars: charging, features, and the specifics of the car I was looking at. Its rare for a bay area dealer to actually provide good service but Weatherford certainly does. I just bought a new car from them and everyone was fantastic. Darek in particular was great to work with and communicated very well everything I was to expect throughout the process.Ive never dealt with their service department but I have bought some things from parts. My experience at Weatherford BMW was strictly positive and a huge part of it was my salesman, Raoul.To be honest, before pulling the trigger on my car, I was skeptical: Ive read a lot of negative about car dealerships. Getting a first car AND through finance was supposed to be stressful with a lot of unknowns, but Raoul was able to turn this around. He was with me at every step and thoroughly explained the process, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and was generally very easy and enjoyable to communicate with. I can confidently say that the people at Weatherford BMW know their thing and manage to make the whole experience easy and pleasant from start to finish, it makes purchasing a car from the dealership worth it and fun. Weatherford gets 5+ stars. My salesman, Allen Bock, gets 6+ stars. The dealership is modern, clean and very welcoming. They have a huge inventory of new and used (pre-owned) cars. The sales area is open, with spaces separated by glass walls. No more small, closed cubicles; no more having the salesman disappear to speak with a “hidden” sales manager. I felt the process was transparent and fair.Allen Bock is a great salesman. He is patient, thoughtful, and gives clear and thorough explanations. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision or to purchase a car. Once I did decide on which car I wanted, the “negotiation“ process was short, and I felt they were very fair. This place is pretty nice! Very modern with neat stuff to look at. Posters on the wall of cool cars everywhere. Almost like a BMW museum gallery. Blair was super accommodating and Doogie Houser whos name I forgot was very kind when I need to borrow a phone charger. And the guy who gave us a little tour! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Employee caught KICKING MY CAR DOOR while thinking I was gone.Before considering any business with Weatherford BMW, I STRONGLY ADVISE READING YELP REVIEWS. Numerous warnings suggest avoiding this branch. Regrettably, I neglected thorough research, relying solely on their high Google review score. I am now deeply suspicious of how they maintain such a rating.During my scheduled service appointment for my X4, I was shocked by the unacceptable behavior I witnessed. While waiting for my Lyft ride outside the service center, I saw a mechanic seated in the drivers seat, playfully opening and closing the door with loud laughter, and Anthony, who assisted with check-in, was seen kicking my car door with his feet. It was evident they assumed I had already departed.Upon confrontation, the manager apologized, attributing the incident to Anthonys attempt to prevent the door from opening at him. Nonetheless, such treatment of customers vehicles in their absence is unacceptable.I would not trust a business where employees feel entitled to mistreat vehicles simply because the owner is not present.

The experience of buying and selling are so different :) heheMy car was taken away from me immediately after I arrived, took all my title and paperwork (that way made sure I don’t have room to negotiate for better price)MOST IMPORTANTLY, normally carvana would give you the check AT THE TIME your car was taken away from you. I had a very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. 8 months ago I bought a m3xdrive 2023 100k, drove it for just 8000;00 and went to do some research for a possible trade in. I did some research online and in person, my car is worth around 95k and in trade in the price is around 83-84k. the manager offered me 70k... thats a lack of respect for the customer and that disadvantages the BMW brand, because no one wants to buy a car and lose 30% in 8 months driving 8k miles... look for another BMW store.

Went in to potentially sell a car following up on a kbb instant cash offer. I had an appointment and everything. After sorting out why I was even there (they initially thought I was there to buy even after I clearly stated I was there to talk with the vehicle acquisition team), they took my keys and said it would take fifteen minutes. I was waiting for OVER AN HOUR to get an offer on my car. And the offer they did give was such a low ball - Im glad I had other options. Not to mention the person I interacted with did not introduce themselves, and did not ask for my name. I get it Im not buying so I dont count towards their numbers, but like you should at least be somewhat nice and personable.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. Great place. I strongly recommend.Actually I did not bargain for the price as I felt the price of the car they quoted was perfect. And on top of that they took care of lot of things on the car before they sold it to me, like, oil change, wheel balance, smog, fixing a few problems and non-working parts, and also detailed the car completely. The car was about 11 years old but the way they cleaned and fixed it up for me, it looked almost like new.The folks there were also very nice. I worked with Kevin Thomas and Nolan Hulse, and both were great guys to deal with. Very helpful, supportive and nice to talk to.In general a great dealership, whether you want to purchase used or new cars. What I understood from my transaction was that they take pride in all the kinds of cars that they sell, so thats good for them and thats good for the buyer too.Will surely buy from them again.

I recently purchased a new BMW from Weatherford BMW of Berkeley. I had reached out to them some time before regarding a specific car but had decided not to buy at that time. At that time I had contacted Raoul and he put me on his mailing list. The other day I sold my car and remembered I had just received an email from Raoul regarding a holiday sales event they had underway. I reached out to Raoul with a specific price I had in mind for the vehicle I was planning to purchase. Raoul told me he thought they could put the deal together and suggested I stop by the dealership. I met with Raoul the next day and after a little back and forth on the deal terms, I was the proud owner of a new car. Raoul was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and helped me secure the deal I wanted. The dealership offers a virtual sales contract execution, so I did not have to wait around at the dealership to complete the transaction. Upon delivery of the car a product specialist walked me through the cars features, configured them the way I planned to use the car, linked my phone to the car, and answered all my other questions. All in all a very good buying experience. I recommend that anyone in the market for a new or used BMW check in with Raoul and the rest of the team at Weatherford BMW in Berkeley.

I don’t know what type is business they have going on. By far the worst experience. I bought a brand new car with them late December 2023, when I bought the car I bought the tire/wheel protecting was told if I bring my car anything wheel related they will take it in no questions ask, unlimited claims for 5 years. Fast forward 3 weeks later on Thursday night I hit a pothole popped the side of my tire and had a flat. Called the next morning on Friday to talking to them they gave me the run around for 2 hours and had to talk to different people. Also called parts center and they had my wheel in stock. Finally I got the car to the dealership at noon. When I checked my car in, no advisors where on the clock was told I’ll get a call within an hour, never received a call I had to call them 3 hours later to follow up. Once again they gave me the run around no update on the car until 10 mins before closing that they just contacted and filed a claim with the tire/wheel protection when I had got it through BMW. On Saturday never received a call or text about update on car. Called later in the afternoon to get an update and now they were questioning me is there another number on file they don’t have it, when the last 2 days I called they knew what car and who it belonged to. Was told would have to wait till they know what’s going on. It’s been now 3 days without a car no updates and all that’s needed to be fixed is a tire they said was in stock.

Poor service, and poor accountability. Not to be trusted. My car had been serviced at Weatherford a few months ago, with suspension work done. The alignment done at that time was not done properly, so the outer edge of the right front tire had completely worn to show the radial threads in about 1,000 miles, while the rest of the tire was fine. I took it in for service for tire replacement (not far from needing replacement as it was) and alignment (which I requested be done complimentary). Agreed, then didnt do the work, and now that I dont have the worn tires to prove the issue, want me to pay for an alignment.

Pre-Weatherford: I saw the different cars online and a couple in person, but none seemed to stand out. I was trying to find a vehicle similar to my last one, being a crossover and hatchback with options that I actually used in a car. Even though my previous car was newer and a limited version, it lacked some basic comfortabilities. Once I saw the car I wanted I kept searching for it.Weatherford: I must say, I probably left them with overwhelming impressions at the start and end of the visit (keep other members at home when deciding on YOUR car lol just because its likely although theyre looking out for your best interest, they will perhaps just want you to look at what THEY want haha). As SOON as I saw the vehicle from Weatherford, I said Yup, thats my car and phoned them immediately, in the middle of a work event. I was very much enthusiastic and had already been looking for a vehicle that suited my style and flair, and the person I connected with on the receiving end was Kevin. With the many communications Mr. Thomas (Kevin) had from the first call, he was informative, interpersonal, definitely had no pressure for the purchase of the vehicle, yet rather wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Over the course of just some days, all pertinent information was received and communication both by phone and email was helpful, even when he was away from the office he found someone who could assist, and that was one of the managers, Mr. Roberts. There was a third party (website) error on the color of the seats on the interior but Kevin confirmed twice that from having seen the inside and the mrsp sheet. He was so on top of the communication and answering any questions. I was really eager to see the vehicle and was able to come in and see it. You could tell when arriving - complimentary car service of Weatherford BMW of Berkeley, that everyone there really worked as a team. The space is very inviting and hospitality was really awakening since many places I had gone to before didnt have that kind of approach to business, but that it was more of a just selling. With my unique beautiful family members coming also, they were able to experience the gentleness the team showed to me and certainly came with their own opinions. Haha. Test driving two different vehicles, I purchased very warmly, the one I went in wanting to purchase. Mr. Thomas, in an understatement, was understanding, transparent, as well as Mr. Roberts. They made every effort to make sure I was comfortable, to policy standards of the experience and the vehicle, and I will indeed recommend them and this dealership to others. I spoke with John initially to ask about the car and he was able to answer all my questions. I took my 2022 Bmw X5 for my wheels to be repaired because I have tire & wheel protection plan. I drop off my car and they tell me it needs a water pump replacement. They replaced it. They called me telling me the car is ready I go to pick it up and drop off the loaner they gave me. As I was driving there I hit a pothole. I go to get my car and see they didn’t fix the main thing I brought the car in for which were the wheels and told me “ the guy wasn’t their” and charged me $400 for a tire they replaced on the loaner. Ive had maybe 3 to 5 interactions with Weatherford with some good and some bad. They are always polite, but I no one there seems to care and they just treat you like another number without any urgency. Today it was such a hassle with the person who answered the phone to schedule a windshield replacement that I hung up the phone and decided I will go try a different dealership. Sorry Weatherford, but its time for me to go elsewhere for a bit. If other places are worse, maybe Ill be back. Last year weatherford quoted me for a trailer hitch instal, but left off the labor. Then they had my car for 3 weeks to do the work, only to come back and say they 1) there out a key art my mistake and had to wait for one to arrive form Germany and 2) couldnt install the hitch because I was missing a factory option. Another instance, they had my car for like 10 days just to replace an exterior door handle, which seemed excessive. Weatherford also had FastTrak send me a bogus toll bill for a cars license plate that didnt match my loaner and Weatherford staff were terrible about calling me back and helping me resolve the issue before the deadline with FastTrak.

September 20th 2023 . Spoke with Kevin ThomasSales & Leasing Consultant . So called around 1pm for 2010 Mercedes benz e 320 color silver . Asked for car details, then talked about Financing where I was told for 10 yrs old car the apt would be 10% on a sting credit . I call my bank credit union I get approved for the amount mentioned by the dealership with tax licence and registration . Call Kevin back 5:23 pm same day . Stating will be coming the next day with cashiers check from credit union to take the car . Now the exciting part comes in play . He goes first the dealership won’t accept the cashiers check as it’s needs to be financed through the dealership ( in general they want to sell the car and finance me on higher apr ) then he goes . It will take a week to 14 days for the cashiers check to be cleared surprising . Till then I can’t take the delivery . Just be honest the dealership is not selling the car on the price advertised and make it clear when the dealer advertise that the car if financed has to be through the dealership . Don’t waste time yours or mine . If not interested in doing business .

Level-set: Most of us dislike the car-buying process intensely, not necessarily just because of the transaction size and the associated heartburn (though that doesn’t help), but because of the ridiculous spectacle that often showcases the most negative aspects of raw, pure capitalism. As a capitalist myself, it’s not that I don’t understand that all businesses need to earn a profit, I just dislike the unbridled dishonesty and bad behavior that typically accompanies the transaction. Most auto dealers (new or used) have very high turnover, and not only does this lead to a lack of continuity, but also makes it difficult for dealers to establish a consistent “culture.” This certainly does not help the optics for the car buyer.Over years of car-buying, I have arrived at a personal policy - never go to the same dealer twice because the previous experience has always left a bad taste in my mouth.Until Weatherford BMW. I was led there in 2019 because I met one of the sales managers at a local BMW club driving event, and she was very smart, professional, and, well, not “salesy.” Just good. When it was time to get a new car, she assigned me to a sales associate (Bobby, who was outstanding and also not “salesy”) and I found myself a new car.I bought my first vehicle (2020 G20 M340i) there in 2019, and the sales process was painless. Everybody on the team (and at Weatherford, it’s a team effort, from the sales associate to the guy prepping the car for delivery) is well trained, well-mannered (not syrupy, just polite) and interested in YOUR buying/genius/delivery/service experience. They listened to my needs, did not try to “steer” me away from my preference, and sold me an excellent car at an excellent price. Other than the mandatory set of inquiries about extended warranties and such, I was allowed (nay, welcomed) to buy the car I wanted - the way I wanted.Ok, so the car was great (it was a pandemic car, so it didn’t see a ton of miles), and my service experience there was excellent and painless, but years later, it was time for me to address my lease (I ended up buying it out) and also prepare to eventually order another car. I was filled with dread, as I was sure everybody I had dealt with had left and I would be left to contend with a bunch of new folks I didn’t know. Not so - most of the team remained (my original sales associate had been promoted), and more importantly, the culture was the exact same - all about maximizing customer experience but also working out a good deal/outcome for the customer, which is all most of us want. This time I was assigned to Kevin, who represents the Weatherford brand identity masterfully - responsive, informed, polite, communicative when needed, but never trying to “hurry the deal.” I put a deposit on the car in late 2021, and as the car market started to shift dramatically toward the seller, they assured me that, during a period where I was ordering a new EV and every dealer was trying to mark these up by 10-15%, my original agreed-upon price would be honored. This stretched the bounds of my belief system, and yet when the car finally arrived in late-ish 2022, they honored EVERY commitment and made the buying process so pleasant and easy that I now prefer buying a car to going to the dentist. I purchased the car, and thus far their follow-up has been stellar.Bottom line, I didn’t like car buying and I didn’t like/trust car DEALERS, and Weatherford has changed me on both fronts.Highly recommend them.

Overall it was a good experience- the positives were the ease to do most of the documentation online. Full tank of gas was great. The negatives were not having a second key or the owners manual available or exactly how the warranty work would be covered.But again, overall a good place to get your automobile.Thanks, Dean

I recently purchased an M4 with them and they made it smooth and easy. I flew in from LA and they were able to accommodate from there. They had majority of the paperwork already processed ready to go so I can get in and out. Even before then they were able to text/call me with all the necessary information and answer all my questions. My husband and I recently bought a car at Weatherford BMW. We initially contacted Stan from the Internet Sales Department and he offered a great price. When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, so Ron from Sales helped us out. Ron is a fantastic salesman. He showed us the ins and outs of the car. Needless to say, we had a great test drive. The roads he selected highlights the BMWs performance. Ive never had such a fun test drive and weve bought six different cars.After signing all the forms, Ryan, the Delivery Specialist was great too. He helped set up the Blue Tooth with our phones and answered all the questions regarding all those buttons.I highly recommend finding Stan online for price quotes or Ron in person on the sales floor. Ron is a funny guy. I was expecting snottier sales people but I was floored by their down to earth, no pressure to buy attitude. My parents are looking into buying a new car and this is the place i highly recommend for them.

Great dealership, I like it! My advisor Sue Luo helped me order my car several months ago, during the waiting period she also let me know any updates and answered my questions. Also the delivery process is super smooth, Sue also explained all different paperwork. What a great new car buying experience from Kevin Thomas. He was honest, very professional and very knowledgeable. Had a wonderful experience with Jon at Weatherford BMW. Everything with our interaction was straightforward and easy.
