2024-03-27 20:36:00Terrible!After 4 mistakes and 8 months of waiting for a hearing… it was today at the 1:30pm… which I had to miss because Lizette sent me a pdf with generic information. I review my email for the correct info but it was never sent.My question is… why would I have to log in to access a pdf with generic information?!I tried calling but 1-2 is lunch time so none was able to help me.By far the worst experience I’ve had.

2024-03-27 21:22:24Avoid this place! I hire them in June, in July they reach out to saying a signature is missing, in October they reach out to me again, this time saying the court is now charging less (sure)… so I need another cashier check. They tell me for an extra fee they can expedite the process filling electronically. 2 weeks later… nothing has happen. In December I see a charge on my card, the hearing was set to March. Yeah 10 months later… today the day of the hearing I couldn’t access the zoom call because the information provided by Lizeth was incorrect.Regardless of your legal needs hire a lawyer, this location is awful!

2022-10-01 14:36:22Only recommend this business to those that really are not able to go to court themselves for any reason whatsoever and also be prepared for extreme slow service and responses from them from California court system. Its not a fast track at all. Masks are still required to be worn per them no matter what local Government guidelines and laws are and despite being vaccinated and all women staff require masks be worn while in their office as they keep their office door locked. California Court System doesnt even require masks if vaccinated any more. So what laws are they following themselves?
