I recently visited Wave Imaging in Newport for an abdomen ultrasound, and I had a positive experience overall. The facility itself was well-maintained and clean, which created a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.The technicians at Wave Imaging were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood the procedure and answered all of my questions, which put me at ease. The ultrasound examination was conducted with care and precision, and the technician took the time to explain the different areas of my abdomen that were being examined.I was impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail at Wave Imaging. The results of my ultrasound were provided promptly, and the staff ensured that I understood the findings. They were also available to address any additional concerns or questions I had after the appointment.Overall, I highly recommend Wave Imaging in Newport for anyone in need of abdominal ultrasounds or other imaging services. Great experience. I had to bring in my son for an MRI and he was VERY nervous. The wait was short and everyone was really nice. Clean facility with available parking! The technician Andy was awesome and helped to calm my sons nerves and made the whole experience seamless

Arrived at the time indicated in my email. Waited about 10 minutes and was taken back to have my ultrasound. The tech was very nice and reassuring. The Ultrasound took about 10 minutes and then was directed to my mammogram. Once again the tech was very nice and reassuring. She was fast and I was completely done with 2 appointments within an hour.

Facility is clean and comfortable. Front office staff was friendly. My ultrasound technician Ms. Janelle was just excellent. She accommodated me by letting me to complete preparation for ultrasound. She did her work with care. Ms.Janel was very professional, friendly and caring.I would recommend this clinic.Appreciate all staff for accommodating me in completing my exam.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the lovely lady tech during my MRI. I must say, her professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. She was extremely patient, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calming demeanor and reassuring words made what could have been a stressful experience much more bearable. I am grateful for her excellent care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a similar procedure. Thank you for the exceptional service! Sorry I forget her name but I think Sarah:)

The facility was very clean and everyone that worked there was very helpful. My technician Diana was wonderful. She was very sweet and explained everything. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I was able to schedule my daughter for soft tissue ultra sound of foot same day of request with no issues. Efficient and friendly scheduler, front desk person and ultra sound tech. No long wait. Clean and open waiting area with great airflow throughout waiting area ;) Everyone was professional and friendly, which was appreciated and noticed ;)

Staff was excellent in helping me convince a reluctant elderly patient to come in, look at the CAT SCAN equipment, and then decide whether or not to undergo the scan. I love the staff who helped defuse his reluctance. And Im very pleased that the scan was then very quickly done successfully.

PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS 😔Despite having a PPO, my appointment was continually pushed back without any communication from their end regarding the need for additional information for insurance approval. It took eight separate calls from my side to coordinate with my insurance company, highlighting a significant lack of competence and initiative in handling basic administrative tasks.Furthermore, my attempts to address these issues were met with poor customer service. On one occasion, I was left on hold for 30 minutes. When I called from another phone to ensure I hadn’t been forgotten, my initial call was indeed ignored, and my query about it brushed aside rudely. In another instance, a representative handled the call so carelessly, creating a barrage of background noise that made communication nearly impossible.This experience not only demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and regard for patient time and well-being but also raises concerns about their overall operational competence. While I cannot speak for the medical staff’s capabilities, the administrative and customer service aspect is deeply troubling. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this office to look elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.
