Excellent experience with Waveform for a cell phone signal booster! We had been struggling with poor cellular reception at our workplace, but their booster has completely solved that issue. The installation was very straightforward, and its given us a strong, reliable signal.I want to specifically call out Abed for his outstanding customer service. If you are using, or Trying to use the T-Mobile home internet product, installing the Waveform Quad mini antenna resolved all my problems and frustrations Ive been having with very weak signals from T-Mobile. I haven’t had to reboot my system or had a movie interrupted for 2 weeks now. The antenna was a snap to install and the quality very impressive. Tech support and customer service also very easy to contact.

We are a farm with metal building as our shop, and we have trouble getting any signal inside the shop. Its a completely dead zone. I bought an open box from waveform and this has fixed all our problems! Not only we got network coverage, we also get the 5G! It is amazing to say the least. Now the farmers are reachable in the shop lol. I cant say enough good things about the support we receive from Abed and his team. Even when hes out of office, Anthony continuously followed up and provided help. Its like having a personal team who came to your place and have you set up! The price point is not low but I consider this a long term solution. If youre on the verge, take the plunge because you wont regret using waveform! *we are definitely not paid and sponsored for this review*

Outstanding service, from evaluating our needs to answers various questions along the way. Our install was tricky and detailed thanks to lots of walls in the way and a fairly big house. The result: our mobile signal has gone from almost nothing to five bars throughout the house, even the basement. Couldnt have asked for better.Five bars, five stars!

Great product and great customer service. Was able to easily set up a phone call with Wayne a Senior Signal Specialist and he was able to help me get the strongest signal for my 4x4 MIMO QuadPro antenna. I went from having 397 Mbps download/4.86 Mbps upload to 602 Mbps download/65.1 Mbps upload! I live in a rural area so this speed bump is huge for my freelance business. Thank you Waveform!

I live on a mountain development with one bar of cellular signal. I purchased the CEl FI GO X 32 amplifier. I now have 4 bars of cellular signal, outstanding! With my personal success with the amplifier along with outstanding customer service: agent/Abed Soubra. I purchased an additional 2 amplifiers and have installed them at neighbours houses upon request.. Great amplifier along with a fantastic company.

I live in a pit with hills all around and most particularly between me and the nearest cell towers. With advice from Waveform I purchased a signal booster setup, got it installed, and have gone from an intermittent single bar alternating with no connection to 5 bars. The technical support person I spoke with (Abed) was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions. The entire process went very smoothly, and I could not have been more pleased.

I cannot rate this company (and product!) highly enough! I just switched from Charter Spectrum to T-Mobile 5G Internet. My connection was typically 4G with 4 bars, but the downloads were quite slow. Even on those lucky occasions when I connected at 5G, it was only 2 bars and still slow going.I decided to give the Quad Mini 4x4 MIMO antenna a try. Literally all I did was attach the suction cups, stick it to the outside of the window in the room my Gateway is in, and connected the cable to my Gateway. No configuration needed. Instant speed boost.And when I say speed boost I mean it literally. Went from averaging 20mbps (at best!) to around 250mpbs. It was unbelievable. I sent an email to the company telling them how successful it was and they responded within minutes.So if youve got 5G home internet and need to boost the speed, definitely give the Quad Mini 4x4 MIMO a closer look. Cant promise youll necessarily have as good a results as I did, but Im guessing youll notice a big improvement.

We have owned a Cel-fi booster for a couple of years now and have been pleased with the product but even more pleased with the ongoing support that we receive from Waveform. I have to say, very impressed with the antennas I have set up so far! Kit was easy to use and set up! We are getting really decent service now in most of the office. Our phones used to say SOS on them most of the time. The team over at Waveform is excellent. Sales and support process was super easy! Larger companies should take note! Rural property several miles from the nearest T-Mobile tower with a metal building. Years of frustration were relieved by the waveform personnel. I wish I found them sooner. The products are more expensive than the cheap Amazon boosters, but there is no comparison in quality. In my driveway, I get searching for service. Inside my metal building, I get 5 bars. It was the technical knowledge of the waveform personnel that made this happen. Abed from waveform literally figured out a solution for a long term problem.

We live in a remote area with very few options for internet let alone high speed internet. We were using a T-mobile home setup and getting around 2-10mbps, after installing a 4x4 setup and getting it dialed in we consistently get 150-200mbps! This is more than double of anything available in the area even to businesses. They were extremely quick to respond to a question as well. All around amazing product and support!!!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Waveform. Although I do not live in a rural area, the cell signal at my house was very weak, sometimes non-existent. I knew there were plenty of cell signal boosters out there but had no idea which one would work for me. I stumbled upon Waveform during my online search and called them. Within a day, I had a phone-consult with John. He explained how cell boosters work in very easy-to-understand language and then sent me detailed instructions on how to conduct a field test of the area around my home. After sending him the results I received a quick response from John with recommendations on which cell booster would be best for my situation. I was at a loss, however, as to who could install the booster. John provided me with a few websites and what to look for in qualifications for an installer. I placed my order and in 2 days, the cell-booster was delivered! Wow… that was fast! My technician arrived and installed the product with no problem. I went from 1 bar (sometimes no bars) to 4 bars. I am totally pleased with Waveform and the service and product that they provided. Do not hesitate to use this company! I will certainly keep them in mind for future projects.

Ive done business with Waveform for several years. As a retired electrical engineer and a radio amateur for many decades Ive developed a pretty finely tuned sense of a companys technical support strengths and I can say without hesitation that I have never, either in professional life or as a civilian come across better technical support than Ive experienced with Waveform. I dont know if its proper, but I will name two support specialists, Abed and Romario, who REALLY know their stuff! There was a third, years ago that has been promoted - cant recall his name - who was as good. As far as I know, they are all top notch and extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Its been educational and a genuine pleasure working with this company as a result.

Amazing customer support from Wayne Greyling at Waveform! He walked me through what he thought would work best in my location. After reading the instructions, I found the ideal location for the Waveform MIMO antenna. It increased my internet speed on TMobile from 4-5mbps down/ .75 mbps up to 50-65mbps down/10-20mbps up on the cellular router I purchased. Outstanding! These speeds are comparable to Starlink, at my remote location in Western MT.

Waveform took the time to listen to my complaint about poor cellular service and recommended their Cel-Fi Go X antenna and booster. I went from having dropped calls, download speeds of 2-4Mbps, and the inability to stream media, to 4 bars and the ability to stream Netflix. We have been having a lot of problems with our Verizon signal and internet connection since March 2022. We ended up unable to make any phone connection at all, phone breaking up all the time. We couldn’t make any calls and have missed a lot of important and urgent calls.About 3 weeks ago, we came upon Waveform, I reached out to the chat. In a very short time I was assigned a signal specialist (Juan) that answered all my questions and doubts, lead me to find the best solution for our needs. The next day, he gave me the advice of the best booster for our needs (based on the information and data I sent to him). We ended up buying the kit from Amazon, because it would be faster to arrive and we were in a hurry. Though we bought the kit from Amazon, I was still in touch with my assigned signal specialist from Waveform, and still being given the best advice and guidance throughout the whole process.Just our bad luck, the first kit that arrived from Amazon was not working. It was the 4th of July weekend, on Saturday of that weekend, and we were still in a hurry to get a better signal. I thought we wouldn’t get any help until Tuesday. I reached out to the number they give, thru sms… to my surprise, they actually answered me on weekend! This were the Waveform from Amazon team, they helped me out thru Saturday and Sunday, so by Sunday I already returned my first kit and waiting for my 2nd kit to arrive. Amazing! Juan (the signal specialist from Waveform) reached out to me on Monday (July 4th) to answer more questions and make sure everything’s okay. By that Friday, the 2nd kit arrived and we did the soft installation, all was perfect! But, just my bad luck, when I tried to install it permanently the amplifier slipped thru my hand and fell to the floor. It broke the small little connector… we’re back to ground zero!! I was panicked and reached out to both Waveform Amazon and to Juan (the signal specialist assigned to me), both called me back, and they realized how bad my signal was. Both team felt sorry for us and tried to help us as best as they could. This was on Friday late afternoon. Both team finally came up with solution for repairing the 2nd kit (thru Amazon), and getting the open-box amplifier only (thru Waveform) while waiting for my kit being repaired. They actually think up the solution for us, and then giving us incredible discount to help us out. I am completely speechless.We follow their advice. We finally get the open-box cel-fi go x amplifier at discounted price, and hooked up everything. It really works perfect!We got pretty much ZERO bar before, now we’re either 4 bars or full bars, all the time. The internet has sped up as well, so quick that it scared me off a bit. Using the speedtest, the download was 6MB before the booster, now is about 55MB after booster, the upload was about 0.02MB before booster, now is about 15MB.It’s incredible! But for us, the best part is the customer service, the special assistance we got throughout the whole process! I don’t think we have ever met any company that has such an amazing customer service, that will still help you out throughout the weekends (and 4th of July weekend too), people that will go extra miles to help you out. This is not only an individual in Waveform, but the whole waveform team are amazingly helpful! Waveform really touch me deeply. Their helpfulness, kindness, friendliness and supports are beyond what any company would do. I would have to say that I was being difficult and asking way too much questions, but they never make me feel that I am such an annoyance, they made me feel that I could ask all the questions that I got (as silly as it could be) and they will answer me in smiles and extra information (just in case I need it). Waveform is a proof that there are still kindness in this world, there is still hope in this world. Waveform is what we-human-should be: be kind and helping each other.Thank you. Moved out to the sticks.. and I mean the sticks. T-mobile said they didnt cover this area with my 5g Home internet.. well I got the 4x MiMo 4 panel antenna and put it on my Arcadian 5G modem. Im 4.3 miles away from the nearest tower through trees. The local rural ISP uses the same tower and they could not get a signal at this address, but with the Waveform antenna Im getting enough to get 6-10 Mbs down and 2-4 up depending. Its not perfect, but I can do my job, and we can watch HD TV so I really cant complain. Abed, the concierge fellow who reached out to me, was very helpful in fine tuning the install and answering any questions I had. Highly recommend if you need service in the middle of nowhere and your options are limited.

I had 1 bar of signal at best and 0.5mgb data rates at the best with total loss of signal and data at times. I tried a cheaper booster and it did work but only got up to 2bars signal and still 0.5 rates. The Cel-Fi go x was mentioned and I called the company and sent in readings. Ordered the system and installed (not even sure I got it in the optimal position) immediately got 5 bars and was able to stream Disney and HBO from the Hotspot. It was more than worth the expense. My grandkids now have access to internet school work and we are connected to the rest of the world. Just blown away by how well it worked.

Great experience with this company. Got in touch to purchase a Cel-Fi amplifier to replace an older weBoost amplifier. The right configuration I needed (to make use of the coax/antennas already installed) wasnt listed on the web site, so Conold at Waveform manually put together the components needed. These folks love to sell installations. This is all well and good. Unfortunately, they also sell do-it-yourself products like the Wilson Electric WeBoost. They apparently give a 30-day return policy, but if you happen to wait 31 days before getting the Wilson Electric tech support folks on the line to tell you that their product is unusable in your area, RepeaterStore will refuse to help you in any way: go resell the product on eBay - we just advertise these products to draw in customers for our installation business and dont take them back.UPDATE: management refunded the product and apparently updated their return policy. I worked with Conold at Waveform to design a cell signal booster for a large home. He was very knowledgeable of the system and even looked at and confirmed a hand sketch of how I wanted to hook the system up based on existing cabling paths. We had (2) short conference calls to discuss the system in detail and make sure we were on the same page. All in all the the system installed just as we had planned and is working as designed.

Internet is not available in my area and I had to go to LTE. The problem is there is seriously no real cell reception either.Trying several options, I finally went to them for another panel antenna hoping it would work as my current panel antenna was only so-so.I picked them because of their plain, matter of fact instructions. Plus they said contact us with questions.Prior to receiving my antenna, I reached out and they answered my questions.With their antenna and assistance, I went from 3-8mbps to 20-30mbps. I purchased the Cel-fi GO X cell booster from Waveform after much research. The staff at Waveform (especially Austin) are exceptional. They were easy to reach, extremely knowledgable, and answered all of my questions. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the testing app was so convenient. This was the first cell booster I’ve purchased. I went from weak signal strength and dropped calls to being able to FaceTime with absolutely no lag which is truly a miracle for the area we live in. These people literally stole $600 from me. They sent me a broken repeater. Never answer phones or email to return or get my refund, so no way to get a hold of them. Sent my unit back and they to them and they wont answer. They just disappeared. Looking into legal action...Update: I received my $600 back, but after a longggggg process that took months, bank calls, many conference calls and the CEO getting involved. The CEO got in touch and even offered a make it right gift, but in the end they never made good on it. Ha. Long story short. Got money back, after months of back and forth with them, took up SO much of my time. I cant waste anymore time on this by writing all the terrible things that I had to go through for my refund.

I just wanted someone to know about the awesome customer service I received today from Adam. I called on a holiday and yet my call was answered in under 2 min. Next, I was calling because I lose Wi-Fi in my master bedroom, which is on the opposite side of my home. I found an article on your website when I Googled shop for WIFI extender, which I found to be very helpful, I had one question. So, I called the number listed and got Adam. After a brief description of my situation, he informed me that you did not handle my type of issue, but he was able to recommend another company who specializes in what I was searching for.Part way through our conversation we were disconnected. Now here is the excellent customer service I want to report...Adam called me back! OMG! I am not yet a customer, most likely wont have a need for your services, yet, he took the time to call me back!I have been a paying customer of Microsoft (not the usual, everyone has Windows, but other services which includes their Assure Plan) for more the past four years, during which time I have been disconnected at least 30 times, and they have NEVER called me back. But disconnections could only happen IF I got through to a CSR - more often than not, I had to fight and prove my purchase of the extended plan to get any service at all.So, the fact that your agent returned a non-customer who probably will not call back to be a future customer, is simply the best customer service anyone can demonstrate!Whether this is just Adam, or it is company policy...Im blasting it through all my social media accounts...everyone should put you at the top of their list when they are searching for the type of services you offer. We ordered a specific item that has been discontinued. Our receipt specified the item as the one we wanted; however, a different item was sent that we could have ordered elsewhere for less than half the cost. We are dealing with Adam since we are returning the item and learned through him that it is “company policy” to send a different item than what was ordered if the ordered item is no longer available. We are now having to fight them to also refund our return shipping for this item that we do not want. Adam is being condescending about this refund request and, even though we have had positive experiences prior to this, we will no longer do business with this company solely because of Adam.
