Wave Technologies is great! We have been using them for a while now and are happy with the results. One of our favorite features of using their phone systems (other than the awesome customer service) is the ability to change our status when we are out of the office, need it to ring our cell phones, vacation mode, and easy call forwarding when necessary. Their team is very thorough, quick to respond to any requests and always serves us with a great attitude. We even got a follow up call from Matt to make sure that we are still happy with our service and see if we have any questions. Talk about a great company.

We use Wave in our business and it has been a game changer! We are a Mom and Pop shop with a family so the flexibility of being able to take calls on our cell phones, text with our work line, transfer from our office to cell phones, and transcribe voicemails is life saving! Highly recommend!

Michael goes above and BEYOND to provide, honestly the best customer service/product support Ive ever experienced! We have several of his phones for our business and love all of the useful and user-friendly features. The price point is also very fair/competitive. We are Wave customers for the long haul and couldnt be happier! I would give this business a 10-star rating if I could!

We had our phone service switched to Wave and love it! We are so happy with the features and the friendly help we received. I highly recommend switching even if your are just a small business like us.

I met Michael Solly through a networking meeting. I told him my concerns about using a large company for my phone and internet service. Wave is local, and when I email Michael a question, he is on it, and it is done. If you are looking for a phone & Internet provider, he is the one to call.

These folks are OUTSTANDING. As a small business owner for the past 33 here in Redding, Ca. using different professional services within the needs of our brick-and-mortar store, many have performed adequately but few have stood out. Wave Technologoies has far surpassed all our expectations. Under promise and over deliver is their motto as far as we can tell. From the equipment that was suggested and the VOIP system that they designed that saved us $$$ a month regarding phone bill...to the follow up one on one, on site, technical support. These guys are the real deal!
