You really don’t want to be without an advocate on the biggest purchase of your life, and that’s why I recommend Mike. He was our realtor during a recent home purchase. Mike is friendly and professional and will work hard to help you find the right house, at the right price, as smoothly as possible. We did a lot of communication with him remotely via text and email, and he was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. He also listened to our needs and was willing to look at houses he may not have chosen himself but met our needs, as well as suggest a couple ideas that were interesting that we may not have thought about ourselves. It never hurts to look! He knows the Antelope Valley neigborhoods well, and you really want that local knowledge if you’re buying a home in the Lancaster area. I don’t usually write reviews but Mike and his team really went above and beyond during the sale of our home. Due to nature of how I received my home, there were several complications during the sale, but Mike’s expertise and experience really helped us navigate through these complications with relative ease.One thing that truly stuck out to me was Mike’s exceptional communication and organization throughout the whole process of selling the house. He was in constant communication with me and the other parties which gave me ease of mind during the hustle and bustle of selling the house. He was also able to speak from a lot of experience on dos and don’ts when renovating the home which ultimately saved us a lot of money in the end. Overall, Mike made the entire process as smooth as it possibly could be for me and my family.He even maintained communication with me after the sale on the home just to see if I needed anything.I would highly recommend Mike and his team for your real-estate needs. We worked with Mike and his team to purchase our house in one of the craziest real estate markets in history, and his team made it a breeze.Our experience started when I called mike and he personally answered the phone and listened to our needs in a home. I had found a few houses that I wanted to visit, and less than two hours after the first call we were touring homes. We wanted to put in an offer on one of the first houses we looked at. Mikes team had a contract written up in less than an hour. Unfortunately the seller didnt accept our offer, but Mikes team kept us informed and educated the entire time.As soon as we heard that we didnt get the first house, Mike coordinated tours of a few other houses that we were interested in. After the tours we were able to put in another offer. He provided us with solid comp history and helped us develop a competitive offer while staying well within our budget. WE GOT THE HOUSE FOR ASKING PRICE IN 2021 without sacrificing any contingencies. That is almost totally unheard of, and it was really only possible because of the help and experience from Mikes team.This was our first time buying a home so we had a lot of questions, but we also came informed and educated. Mike was able to quickly answer all of our questions, while helping us better understand the market.After we closed Mike has continued to reach out and make sure our new house is working well for us, and has provided a few nice perks around the holidays.Id 100% recommend Mike and his team to anybody looking to buy a home in the AV.

We’ve known Mike Watson personally for about 8 years, but it was our awareness of his success in real estate that influenced our decision to ask him to represent us when it came time to sell our home. That’s when we experienced firsthand why Mike is one of the top brokers in the Antelope Valley.He came to our home and advised us on what to do and not do in putting our home on the market. He did a market analysis to help us determine the market value but also took into consideration the very unique value of our multi residence property. Mike captured photos and video for online exposure as part of his team’s excellent marketing effort. We got an offer right away and Mike negotiated for us so that we got top dollar and an easy escrow for our place.He and his staff took care of the many details to complete the sale and make for a smooth transition for us. I was very pleased with the ease of selling my home by Mike Watson. I had owned it for 25 years and my son was moving out. Mike met with my son and walked through. Mike then called me, since I was out of state, and we talked over the sale, pricing, and logistics. These were all things that I needed to be comfortable to let him manage. We set a price higher than I expected, and the buyer bid over the expected price.Several times Mike went out of his way to assist with things that needed to be done, since I was not near by. Associates and Watson would be a better name for this realtor. We rarely heard from Mike, instead most of the work was done by his assistant, Heather. Mike leans VERY heavily on Heather. Mike over promised and under delivered in our case. We were left feeling discouraged, neglected, and taken advantage of by Mike. Watson and Associates. We wanted to have found the best thing since iced cream, and instead were left with a sour taste in our mouth. Super disappointing. From our vantage point, Mike didnt play well with the other two realtors involved in our transaction. One time when he was requested to return a phone call, his response was, I dont have time to chit chat with her. Super rude! Most likely that realtor didnt want to chit chat either... but was trying to be a team player instead. I could go on... but that would give Mike more attention that he gave us over the months we had our house listed with him. If you are looking for personalized help to sell your home, Id suggest you find someone else. If you want to list your home and have very little contact with your realtor, Mike is your guy. Heather, you should get your license. ... you are a hard worker... and we appreciate what you did.

At times when he was assisting our family, he would receive a call and step away to insure the other clients privacy. That made me feel that if I called and he was with another client he would give the same courtesy to me. That’s an integrity issue that’s important.
