I used to own a condo in 4 Anchor Drive and I loved it. I wish I could buy it again. The views are beautiful, my one bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable and the surroundings were great. I keep on hoping it will go up for sale again, I would be there and making an offer immediately.

Inspiring views, well maintained, great location. Weve been living here for about a year now as renters after we sold our Berkeley Hills house. We really like living here and may consider buying a condo here someday if we can find one as nice as the one we are now renting. On the down side, youll need a car to go shopping and its still apartment living. People keep to themselves, and though people are friendly enough, no one is looking to make friends.

Have lived here for close to 9 years now. HOA - the worst. Bunch on indian and white guys making decisions. Older construction. HOA makes decisions without considering changing demographic of watergate apartments.Giving 2 stars just for the views and access to marina.

Watergate os awesome! It was designed by William Wurster of Wurster Bermardi and Emmoms that also dèsigned 555 Californoa San Francisco former Bank of America World Headquarters and Ghirardelli Square. It has a 5,000 Sq. ft, Clubhouse, year round Swimming, a half mile boardwalk on the San Francisco Bay leading to Trader Vicks restaurant, a free shuttle to B.A.R.T., And a great on site Market. This place is a sleeper.

Amenities and affordable space for the Bay Area, locations has pros/cons. BUT it was the mustiest place I have ever spent time in… the apartment caused health symptoms and mold grew on some of my things. The landlord admitted to asbestos in the building AFTER I complained about flaking popcorn ceilings and air quality, but otherwise did nothing. There is also zero cellphone service (must use WiFi calling.) The condo I lived in will be up for sale soon and I hope buyers do due diligence!

I have owned my place here for over 40 years.The place has 4 pools, tennis courts that Billie Jean King played on in the 1970s, a clubhouse with steam rooms, saunas two hot tubs, a boardwalk on the San Francisco bay a Trader Vicks at the end of the board walk. A great market a free bus to Bart nice neighbors, security and one of the best locations in the Bay area. In short this place is wonderful!

Fantastic view condos in Emeryville. Close to Oakland Berkeley and easy commute into the city especially with Emery go round. Condo but many rental units available. Very well maintained. One reserved parking spot but guest parking available. Walk to Trader Vics, Chinese restaurant Italian restaurant in Mexican restaurant. Location location location.

Ive lived in this apartment building for six months and I am so grossly unhappy. First of all, a few months ago I was nearly physically assaulted by two women in the parking garage calling me names I should not repeat here. It was a Friday afternoon. There were numerous witnesses. I called security and they did nothing. They refused to look through the footage to make sure it was not a resident and did not take me seriously until I had my mother, who is an attorney, speak to them. Every time I have more than one person over on the weekend, security comes to say that we are too loud. However, every time I report that an incredibly creepy older gentleman follows me through the parking garage or finds my phone number on the internet, no one does anything. This morning I was in a rush to go get my work out in and was told that I could not be let in because my ID card expired last month (who would have known considering no where on the card does it say the phrase expires on) and that should I injure myself they are liable. Well, considering I pay over 3k for my apartment here and have an ongoing active lease, I dont understand how a piece of plastic that did not even require a signature for me to get includes me in the insurance. I am so tired of the blatantly rude behavior and having every serious instance in which my safety has been compromised be utterly ignored. As a 20 year old woman who lives alone I strongly resent when I am not taken seriously. I would not move here again and if moving wouldnt be so expensive I would leave immediately. The residents are rude, behave inappropriately, and have been verbally violent. Should you prefer to live somewhere expensive and beautiful in which you may be physically or verbally accosted, then this is the place for you!

Nice neighborhood, feels safe. Excellent views of the water. The community seems very organized. At least the leading office people were very courteous.
