First time stayed in this hotel for couple of days and it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were courteous and helpful. Its a nice hotel for a vacation stay for family with kids. They do have a good gym and great outdoor swimming pool. This hotel has a nice restaurant and a small bar downstairs. The only thing I didnt like is we have to pay for the parking for the time you stay at this hotel. They can at least give free parking for the guests who stay here. It has a Starbucks on 1st floor. I like that they had a separate entrance for the disabled with wheel chair access ♿. Definitely recommend this hotel for family stay.

I first stayed here in 2022 for Mother’s Day and came back for a second visit today. Gabriel at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. He helped me make a reservation for another night, put in a request for housekeeping to come, answered all my questions, and gave me a complimentary buffet card for 2 since I was a gold elite member! He was such a warm person and made me feel happy that I decided to come back to this hotel! It’s in a prime location with the mall across the street, several restaurants, and the rooms are spotless with great views and amenities!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Indoor and outdoor pool. Gym is in the inside pool area. Convenient coffee for purchase in the lobby. Breakfast had a lot more choices than I thought. Cool outdoor bar and sitting area. Valet service was convenient. I will stay here again the next time I am in town.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend of business and pleasure in the area. As a current Titanium Elite and recent Ambassador, I have stayed in a lot of Marriotts many excellent brands/hotels. The Marriott Warner center and its wonderful staff went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations on many levels.First, Marianella checked me in, providing a very warm welcome as well as other great service throughout my stay. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, with a wonderful balcony with beautiful views. Then I enjoyed the M Lounge, where Bella warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional customer service, making us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Then, a stop at the bar was made very special by Ericks wonderful service as well as being very personable. Other staff provided great service too, though I didnt get their names.The property is very ideally located, with lots of great restaurants, shops and amazing Warner Park, all a short walk away. This hotel is excellent for those traveling with their canine companions, lots of great green space for walking plus the great adjacent park with lots of squirrels to chase. I will certainly be staying here again and highly recommend this great property to anyone in need of excellent accommodations in the southwestern San Fernando Valley.

When I checked in, I didn’t notice that my room was a handicapped room, I did not reserve for handicapped, until I showered is when I noticed and I thought the room was pretty different looking. I reserved a king with balcony, the balcony I couldn’t even barely walk out to. The phones weren’t working for days, which was not told to us as we checked in, so as I am trying to order things for my room I couldn’t contact anyone.The AC barely blew out cold air, the fitness center had mold and dust on the ceilings so while we worked out we are breathing in this toxic area. The last resort was a MALE housekeeper came into my room even though there was a (privacy please) door sign on the door handle, he knocked and then still proceeded to come in without hesitation until we spoke and he said oh I’m sorry I’m just checking. Checking what? There is a sign on the door stating PRIVACY PLEASE. There was no need for him to come in at all. The only good thing about this place was the bar tender Sylvestre he was a sweetheart. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The crazy thing is, that they don’t know that I am a celebrity and will let all my friends and family know to never book with this hotel. If they don’t clean the filters in the gym I can only imagine what the filters are in the room especially that the air in the room is not working properly.MARRIOT DO BETTER!!

I did not sit in my life like this hotel never ever booking this hotel. It was very bad. I was naked. Three people came to my Room they said you are smoking, but I did not take him two times the room was like a Grave why was very bad small room they booking the balcony but it’s without balcony. The balcony is lack behave was so bad. I paid also $800 but came to Hilton. Hilton was very nice very very very nice. Never booking this hotel.

Top Marriott Hotel in the Area. This is my number one top choice hotel to stay at in the valley over all the other Marriott brands. Extremely good pricing, whether pay or points. Meets all the Marriott standards at a high level in all areas. Internet is fast and reliable. Rooms are great, good for working, modern and clean. Common areas are all great, well designed. Lounge is excellent with decent choices, a nice large modern space, and is well attended. The pool and outdoor space is excellent, the fitness center is adequate, and the location is good. Only negative is the high-priced parking, but can park in front on the street for free. Five stars in all categories for this hotel.

DON’T STAY HEREI recently stayed at this Marriott hotel and unfortunately had a dreadful experience that has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a loyal customer who has frequented Marriott establishments in the past, I am utterly disappointed and will never patronize their services again.During my stay, several of my personal belongings mysteriously disappeared from my room. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel management as well as Marriott national customer service via phone calls and emails, I received absolutely no response. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for my concerns is simply appalling.Not only did Marriott fail to ensure the safety and security of my belongings, but their blatant negligence in addressing the issue afterward is unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see a company I once trusted with my accommodations display such apathy towards customer satisfaction.In light of this experience, I can no longer recommend Marriott to anyone. The lack of accountability and the failure to provide even basic customer support have shattered any remaining trust I had in this brand. I urge fellow travelers to exercise caution and consider alternative lodging options.

Excellent location to get away for the weekend. Friendly staff, clean environment, and rooms. Easy access location with valet or self parking ($23 per night). Amazing atmosphere for large family or friends gathering. Large Bar and medium dining area.Only 4 stars due to this location, which is a Bonvoy Marriott, does not honor Bonvoy Marriott online amenities such as free breakfast. You must be a Platinum or higher to access certain amenities this location offers. I recommend you call ahead before booking your room with the Bonvoy App.Due to its location, youre only minutes away from the Westfield Mall Topanga Social, which has a variety of food options.Overall, I enjoyed our weekend meetings and get away. Hetty and the entire team made our stay lovely! The bar service was excellent and the hotel was clean and in a great location for our conference. Nice pool area with a fountain/fireplace combo which was nice to sit around with a glass of wine. Great breakfast as well!

Went for a company conference. The good was better this trip than pay trips, but the building in older and my room was very noisy. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The gym was mediocre for that large of hotel, it was in the same room as the indoor pool which made it very humid and the equipment develop rust.

This hotel has potential to be good but I left feeling sad and frustrated at the level of unnecessary waste and single use plastics used for EVERYTHING - all the cups, glasses, coffee, creamer - even at breakfast.. It looks cheap and untasteful in my opinion. I also thought 29$ was extortionate for a very average breakfast. Please consider swapping out the throwaway plastics for ceramic cups and ceramic jugs - its more tasteful and a lot less harmful on the environment.

Bed was so hard, comforter was paper thin and gross feeling, and the pillows were so flat I had to resort to using my airplane neck pillow. Housekeeping also never came to make up my room. Quite uncomfortable. The valet guys were nice!

I came on February 3rd to LA at another hotel, LA had a storm that flooded streets on the 4th. Our hotel room got flooded and they were unable to accommodate my kids and I. I found this hotel during the storm it was so windy and pouring rain I had my kids with me. Once I got to the front desk I was greeted so respectfully and they were able to help find a room I was able to afford. We eneded up staying till the 12th. The service here is amazing and the people were just so sweet! Mosies was super sweet and so helpful, my kids loved him. Leslie and Marinella were the ones that helped me out so much during the storm and helped me get in asap for me and the kids. It was such a horrible day for me and I didnt know what else to do! They helped me out so much! Also, Hector he works with valet he is so amazing and sweet my kids love when they would see him. I felt so safe and felt like the treatment was amazing. I have never stayed in a hotel like this before and the service the people were just AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in June of this year! Of I could give them more then 5 stars I would!In the pic is Leslie and Mosies! They literally saved me that day!

Absolutely terrible hotel. They charged me $300 for incidentals then proceeded to charge me another $198 at checkout because apparently the $300 actually is just a hold and doesn’t cover anything. Thank god I had an extra $600 laying around to check out and in! Restaurant was horrible and overpriced. Cold eggs and hard pancakes. Property charges for subpar WiFi and $25 to park. Took a shower at 4:30 am and no hot water. Stay away. Front desk guy was rude when I asked about the incidentals. He just couldn’t understand why I didn’t have an extra $600 lying around to give Marriott for a subpar experience.

I do not recommend this hotel. Ac/heat does not work properly. The shower faucet is very outdated and not easily functional. The room is outdated and I received a suspicious charge to my card for over $200 that’s clearly fraud!!! No bill explaining the charge was provided. Marriott customer service was not able to provide a reason for the charge. Getting someone on the phone for an explanation was impossible. After calling 7+ times for an answer repeatedly put on hold or transferred back to being put on hold.

My crew and I were stuck here for a week due to our plane being in maintenance, and I really appreciated this hotel.Rooms were clean upon arrival, and I loved the available amenities (room with a balcony, lovely 24/7 lounge, inside/outside pool, outside bar ((was closed)), mini laundromat, and a very decent gym). Having a Starbucks inside will always get big points from me, and we also were able to walk to some nearby restaurants which was a really nice touch.Lastly, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and always eager to be helpful. It’s nothing luxurious, but I really appreciated being stuck here and would totally recommend.* Update. We weren’t able to extend our stay any longer due to Marriott being sold out, so we had to relocate to Hilton. The contrast is very apparent. I definitely recommend the Marriott if you need a hotel in this area!

Nice hotel and it’s good that you can walk to the local malls and topanga social. The pool is decent and there is an indoor and outdoor pool right next to each other which is cool. Staff were great and yes you have to pay for self and valet parking which is a bit lame for a non city center location. There is a bar at the pool which is a nice touch and $8 a beer which for a hotel is decent.

Stayed here for 10 days in summer. The front desk always had iced water. Pool was great. Jacuzzi was clean with fresh towels.Starbucks on same floor across from front desk.Rooms were near, had nice breakfast at MClub. But don’t be late, they close at 10 am and we ended up eating in the restaurant a buffet style. They have a hot meal like scrambled eggs, sausages and toasts at MC too. Their coffee machine didn’t work, but if you ask a waitress she will bring it to you from their restaurant. Big selection of yogurts and pastry.Overall, great service and food. Shopping mall and Village is literally 5 minutes walking distance. Wells Fargo and US bank on same street. We ended up renting a nice apartment in same area, because we loved the area.

This was not a pleasant experience, and I will not stay here again because I was double charged and its been difficult to get refunded, the customer service was not helpful and it was difficult to get a hold of the correct people, the rooms are basic, and my advanced reservation was lost.First, I booked a reservation ahead of time. When I arrived, the associate at the front desk took my ID and said I had no reservation. So, she proceeded to start a new reservation for me, using my ID. I asked for the quietest room available because I had a medical procedure the following morning and it was important to get a good nights sleep. She gave me a room overlooking a very busy street and within 5 steps of the elevator. Not only could I hear the traffic through the sliding glass door, I could hear all of the traffic from the elevators. She did the complete opposite of what I asked for. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room wasnt working. So, we went back down carrying all of our luggage and told her that wouldnt work. She found another room overlooking the driveway, so it was quiet, but it was double beds and my husband and I had reserved a King room. When we checked out the next morning, I received my receipt and the woman had entered my middle name as my first name when she took all the information off my CA ID. I didnt care, but it is just further evidence that this place is not working efficiently.The second room we went to overlooking the driveway was very quiet which was nice. However, there was a stain on one of the bedsheets. You could tell it had been washed, but there shouldnt be stains on the sheets.The most upsetting thing about this experience is that I was charged an additional $265.35 on my account. The transaction says the merchant entered the card information. The first time I called to clear it up, the associate said that it was a deposit and it would clear in 7-10 business days. When it didnt clear in 7-10 business days, the reservation center said they couldnt help me and to call the same number and press 0 to get to the hotel front desk. I did that and it routed me back to the same reservations number that couldnt help me the first time. I googled the number to this particular location and the first time I called, I was put on hold and then hung up on. The second time I called, the man did try to help, but said he only saw one room under my name and to call back to speak to accounting. I had to ask him how to reach accounting, what their hours of operation were, and he did not volunteer this information and it seemed like he wasnt so willing to help.I am filing a dispute with my bank and hoping this extra charge will get resolved this way. I will not stay at this location again, and I would urge others to book elsewhere as well.

The rooms are appointed in taupe. I had a single room with a king size bed on a high floor. I was visiting family who did not have the space to accommodate me. However, the sprinkler in my room was in a cupboard visible through the closet ceiling. The shower was designed by a man. The controls to the water block the soap gel dispenser. The shower has a wand and a rainbow shower head but no where to prop your leg while you shave it. The outside pool is small. There is an indoor pool with a hot tub in LA. There is a lovely water feature in the patio area. The restaurant was expensive. The hotel contained a Starbucks and could hold a small convention.The staff is generally helpful but did not understand the concept of foam pillows. (I am allergic to feathers). My room was very clean with vinyl wood floors.

Horrific experience. I am extremely surprised to be writing this review as I am a long time Bonvoy member and stay almost exclusively at Marriott hotels. This experience was disturbing and noteworthy. After buying 3 rooms for 3 nights and spending a significant amount of money on room service, valet and bar tab, the manager said he would call the police on my daughter and our family who had a 7up not from their bar on their premises. I was in shock at the attitude and complete disregard for customer service. We asked if we could order dinner from across the street and eat on their common area tables. The answer was an emphatic no. I have had amazing experiences at other Marriott hotels. The manager on site explained to me that this is not a corporate location and so i can expect different (lower) customer service than at a corporate location. Buyer beware, this is NOT a corporate location, they will call the police if you have outside food or beverage in common areas. I had extensive conversation with the on site manager, he was clear and adamant regarding their policy. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. I often stay there. Great staff. 2 salted pools and a jacuzzi. The lounge is also pleasant. Teresa from security was very efficient at fixing an issue I had. Amazing job. We have been clients of Marriott for over 5+ years, but this is without a doubt one of my favorite properties to visit because of the excellent team behind it. Jonathan G. made our stay so memorable, not only meeting but exceeding our needs. He is personable, kind, and represents the brand that we have grown to know and love. Dont expect much from this hotel if you are an Elite member with Marriott. Im a 16 year Platinum Member with Marriott and had a family emergency on my check in date. I called the hotel and asked if they could allow me to cancel my reservation without penalty. Nope, they told me there was nothing they could do. I was charged with the one night rate and I am fine with paying the penalty. Now I need a reciept to submit my expenses and I call the hotel operator...no answer...I call the desk mamager...no answer...Im then forwarded on to the main contact center and I sit on hold with a Marriot customer service agent in some far off land trying to get a reciept for the charges. If the Warner Center Marriott wants to charge me a penalty, send me a receipt.

We called to confirm at 5:15pm and were told by a Warner Marriott front desk employee that they had no reservation for our names or with the incorrect confirmation number provided. I inquired further, and she interjected to say that she could not help me anyway because we were 3rd party bookers and had to contact them for help. Not the best customer service to begin with from this employee, but I hung up and contacted Priceline. After waiting 15 min to speak to a representative at Priceline, we were informed that was incorrect, and the hotel supervisor, DORA, said the reservation line was showing them we did have a reservation. We called again to confirm ourselves with the front desk and were rejected by the same employee again, and told no reservation existed. We were both frustrated and maybe a little agitated, so she informed us at this point, because of our attitude she was refusing service and would call security if we showed up for a room with no reservation. My partner was so shocked and embarrassed by her disrespect but I had already had a negative intial experience with this employee above so I was not surprised. We called back a few minutes later and a gentleman answered, my partner gave them the Supervisors name Priceline had provided us with, and this gentleman at the front desk told us unfortunately DORA was no longer on site and had left at 5pm that day. He politely informed us again that they 100% did not have our reservation and could not help us. We contacted Priceline again, and that supervisor contacted another reservation line employee at the hotel, named Gelford, who told Priceline they had our reservation and we could check in at anytime. My partner was floored because he believes it was the same gentleman. So either the hotel staff lied to all of our faces, OR the reservation line and the front desk were miscommunicating, and a computer glitch was occuring simultaneously. Either way we shouldnt have been responsible for that. We spoke to 3 Priceline representatives and even went to the hotel lot (uncomfortably) during this only to find out we had to valet park to be told we dont have a reservation again. It was pretty humiliating, and after following all the instructions from the representative, we were still refused a refund by Priceline because the hotel refused to release the funds claiming they had our room on the reservation line. My partner is a Navy Veteran and always tries to see the best in people; I think your hotels blatant dishonesty and/or refusal to see an error has really jaded his views. Priceline also lost a customer bc they believed a corporate computer over a human being. So now we have to go through the fraud department at my Partners bank and involve investigators just to obtain a refund for a room we never stayed in. Oh, did I mention he works there? Why open yourself up to an investigation instead of admit an error?

STAY AT THE HILTONThis place is poorly managed. Here’s the story of my last straw. I booked a room on 2/14/23 at 7:30PM for two nights. I called them after booking and give them a second name on the reservation so that my out of town guest can get a room if I’m not at the hotel with them. At 8:36PM I called the hotel again to inform them that my guest connecting flight was cancelled at that I would be checking them in the next day instead and they made a note of it (NOTE: During that hour between booking and the phone call about the flight I COULD NOT even check into my room because they were cleaning it and it was not ready.) The person on the phone told me that I would still be charged for the first night as a cancellation policy, even though I was not able to even go into my room. Whatever, I shake it off. Next day comes and my guest shows up to the hotel to check in and they are saying that their name is on the room. I called them and asked what was going on. The lady on the phone said I was checked out of that reservation when no one showed up. She then said she needs to reinstate and that I will STILL be charged for the first night. That was the end of that call. I find out 10 minutes later from my guest that they made them pay for the room after all that. After I put MY card on file with MY Bonvoy account on the room. Made me and my business look bad. Again, this was the last straw. There have been plenty of instances before with my guests trying to check in and they say they don’t have them on the reservation after I call and tell them their full name. This hotel is poorly managed and operated. STAY AT THE HILTON!

This was a family stay. We had two rooms, as requested right across the hall from each other with a crib waiting for us. Rooms were immaculate and thoroughly cleaned daily without even having to request. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly—cleaning crew, Matthew the doorman, waiters, hostess, busboy. Special shout-out to Sam at the front desk and her shift colleague for extraordinary service. Two nice pools. Great location-near the freeway, restaurants, shopping, even an In-n-Out. Looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed here during a Fourth of July weekend trip to the LA area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were so comfy! We melted into them every night we got back to the hotel. We almost overslept the morning we were supposed to check out because they were so comfortable. Close proximity to a lot of things. There is a Whole Foods, Ralphs and Amazon Fresh store all close by for food. Starbucks in the lobby which was super convenient. We stopped there before we headed out for the day. One of my favorite Marriotts weve stayed at. I am definitely going to be back.

It saddens me that I can not remember the other individuals that did an amazing job and provided excellent service, from the valet department to the M lounge. I urge you to ignore the mediocre and negative reviews of this property as I stayed there with my toddler son for the month of August 2022 and had an outstanding experience. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful with particular mention of Pilar, room attendant, who was extraordinarily kind when I returned from the hospital after major surgery, Nick at the front desk who always had a huge smile, and the parking valets (whose names I regret I dont remember) who always greeted and helped me. I appreciated the indoor and outdoor pool and the above average hotel gym. There are a great variety of restaurants, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh very close by. I can understand the concern of one reviewer regarding the parking garage, however I saw security personnel walking through and checking cars every day. I dont hesitate to recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

We came with my girlfriend to LA for a weekend and meet some friends. Booked the room through hotel tonight and stayed with friends a little later than usual. So we came to the hotel at about 4 am, but unfortunately, I lost my ID. However, I have the picture of it and my cc card on my name. The lady on the reception refused to check us in. My girlfriend had her ID but didnt have a CC with her name for the deposit, and she refused to take her ID and my cc card. I understand that ther is a rules, but now its 5 am, and we sitting on the street and not able to check in anywhere because the reservations at this time can be done for next day only. This place was about to charges me $100 per night even though my company paid already & for self-parking fee. This is for incidental charge but for every night is ridiculous. Had the account hold for $150 instead of $500. When I checked out the front desk blond curly hair woman charged me for the parking even though there is a note there. I had to contact the account to help it cleared. Refunded within 3 days.The check-in lady Sam is wonderful, she got me on the 3rd floor. No carpet which I want and no noise coming from the top or bottom floors. The 2nd floor leads to the 3rd floor parking building. There a mini fridge but it can’t even keep my ice cream cool. No microwave. Gym is kind of old and dirty. I like the free breakfast the platinum member lounge. Make sure the front desk activate your membership to gain access to it.Note: Select option 5 on the main menu to speak with the account and have her send you the credo card authorization form. Very boring and disappointing Marriott.The room was not cleaned entirely. Looked and felt like only the sheet were changed. The cheap new flooring is not carpet and it just felt like they never vacuumed it, so annoying to walk on crumbs and dust under my feet.We had no fridge and it was a struggle to find one that fit the plugs. Once it was in, the noise was so loud that we had to unplug it to sleep.We requested a higher level floor and ended up on the 4th floor even though there was 17 floors, and the hotel seemed to be empty. I had to clean some part of the room when We checked in, because I was scared they would hold the 300$ deposit. Also the location is not ideal.Way to expensive for this very basic, boring and unpleasant stay. Save your time do not book.

The place is clean but there seems to be a training problem with the staff. We were overcharged at the bar as if we had ordered from our room. That was rectified the next day. We waited standing at the bar after ordering 2 champagne bottles forat least 10 minutes only to be told (after inquiring) the glasses had to be washed, which took another 20 minutes. There was an overcharge for one of the bottles as well. It was eventually adjusted. The housekeeping is upon request only, which was not mentioned upon check in. I purchased breakfast at the Starbucks inside the lobby for 20$ only to have a 49$ charge pending. My main complaint is that none of the hotels by Marriot I have been to has ever charged me for the breakfast buffet. However, there where multiple billing errors committed on their end that resulted in a $3,400 bill (over the course of a multi- week stay) being charged at more than $8,700, with the unrecognized charges reaching $2,100 a day in some cases.The front desk told me it would unwind itself. I checked out shortly after and moved down the street to stop the double billing and unrecognized charges from continuing.I will update this review when there is a resolution, but even if it does unwind, there are too many hotels near by - you dont need the headache of a business that plays fast and loose with billing and finances. Living in the valley for over 2 decades, this is the 1st time I had a need to check into this Hotel. Celebrating the 4th at the Warner Park is an annual event for us. Its FREE and pretty accessible. This year however we came across a fireworks package from the Warner Center Marriott. Its directly above the Warner Park where the Fireworks show is adjacent. We booked it specifically in order to get an birds eye view of the event and kind of bypass the crowds mostly. This hotel has all the amenities needed and has been updated to reflect the current contemporary look. Service has been great and the rooms are very nice and sleek. If I had another opportunity to check in the hotel I would not hesitate.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel multiple long term stays due to being a traveling healthcare worker. We were happy upon returning to see the same friendly faces and awesome staff in the M lounge, especially Yolanda, Reina, and Dianna. The two new ladies, Eline and Rebecca were also very helpful and noticeably hardworking. Marianela was so helpful and kind as usual and fixed issues with parking we were having. The general manager, Hector, was very responsive and thorough in addressing concerns we had. The only improvement we had hoped for was that they should have some hot potatoes at the M Lounge or other options for Vegan and Gluten Free diets. The lounge is a benefit that we pay for but cannot partake in due to the lack of options available. The only options are fruit and cereal. Other brands as well as Marriott hotels always have hot potatoes and vegetables, or gluten free muffins or waffles as an option.

Let me start by saying that if your vehicle is over 6 feet 6 inches in height, forget staying here. Concierge said park it on the street or valet it. I asked valet and they will park it out front in the fire lane. Unbelievable. Ive been waiting 4 hours waiting to get my room. So much for early check in here. This property is a joke. This place has some incredibly bad design choices. For example, in the lobby of this massive hotel, there is exactly one bathroom! So, if that bathroom is being cleaned, there is no other option. In the room, there are no towel racks in the bathroom. Zero. So, I dont know where guests are expected to hang their towels when they come out of the shower, but there are no options on the wall or even the back of the door. Theyve got white signs on white walls, so you cant read them. The coffee maker in the room came with one cup of coffee. In a king room with two guests, we were offered one single cup of coffee. No water. The bellhop gave us a few tiny, tiny bottles of water which seemed designed to use the maximum amount of plastic to deliver the minimum possible amount of water. Additionally, parking will cost you $18 per day, which is not something that was mentioned on the website or in the booking process. All in all, not a place I would recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of my office, as well as being near many food options for when Im traveling for work. For the most part the rooms are quiet, and the beds are relatively comfortable. The pillows in my room were pretty flat though. While I dont usual watch much TV, kudos to this Marriott for having a responsive TV remote. The staff (as well as the bartender) are friendly and professional. Instead they transfer my call to a Bell hop person who did not know the answer to any of my questions nor did he have the customer service skills or proper verbiage or attempted to find the answer for me. But as we were checking out, they asked to see our room before returning my deposit, which was fine with me. I returned to the room and waited. At first sight the hotel was clean and the representative that checked me in was informative, to an extent. I was informed of the bar/restaurant hours and what hotel amenities were closed (all except outdoor pool), but I was not informed of the parking rates per day or the $500 deposit that was being charged to my card. After receiving the keys to my room my wife and I went up to find our room, set the AC and then head back down to grab our bags. In the time that we had walked out of our room and headed downstairs to grab our bags the housekeeping decided to enter our room, remove the do not disturb sign and readjust out television and thermostat. When my wife and had arrived back to the room we immediately called the front desk and we were told that housekeeping has not been in our room for hours. Eventually the front desk stated that they did speak with the housekeeper and they stated that they never went back into our room after check in, but they would have the maintenance team look at our door lock to see what cards were swiped. After a few hours the manager called and stated that they spoke with the housekeeper and they said yes that they re-entered the room but only because they forgot a cleaning product, which must have been invisible because nothing extra was in the room. The room had a sliding glass door that had cigarette butts stacked in the corner of the non existent balcony and the walls near the bed looked as if some type of food was thrown against them and attempted to be wiped. The beds were rock hard, the mini fridge was a joke as you are better off leaving any food or drinks outside to get colder. The list is extensive. The only perk of this hotel was the restaurants that were nearby.

There was a nice patio area by the pool as well as on the conference room level.The food was not great - pretty unhealthy and the last day there was no vegetarian option. Theres a large park across the street, too, which is good. The rooms are nice, with great views and are clean and modern. The lobby is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is REALLY great! Most hotels, besides the Embassy Suites, dont have a great breakfast. Im really glad this place did so I didnt have to travel far for a good breakfast. This hotel was a disappointment. There were 2 of us staying in the room but we only got 1 bar of soap. No coffee maker in the room so we couldn’t even make a simple cup of tea in the morning. There was a strong weed smell from our neighbor’s room & the only way we could manage was to put a towel under door. Not a single bottle of water in the room. We were dying of thirst. First room wasnt available until 4:30pm after asking several times at the front desk.Second room became available about 6:30pm again after calling the front desk several times. The hotel is a about 20 minutes from both Van Nuys and Burbank Airports. There are many food options within walking distance and a large mall right across the street. There is also a large park about 3 blocks away.The hotel has a restaurant and the M lounge onsite. Both require proof of full vaccination per LA County Rules. If not vaccinated, you can take food to your room or eat by the pool.The staff was kind and got us checked in quickly. They even offered water and a chocolate. The room was very modern and big. The was also clean and the bed was comfortable as were the linens. My experience with this hotel has been great the staff is really professional friendly personable and very attentive to the guests and their needs upon entering I secondary associate at the front desk notice that my water bottle was low and offered to provide me with water before going to my room. Just checked in and not super thrilled. Got checked in quickly at about 10:00 pm. Went to the room we were given and someone is already sleeping in it. We were actually in the room. After apologizing profusely to the people in the room, returned to the desk a bit angry. They had no record of anyone being in that room! The hotel has an underwhelming facade but enter the lobby and you were immediately impressed. The decor was tasteful and relatively unique, with chess as the center theme. The rooms were nice and clean. My sink was leaking when I first checked in but this was fixed within minutes. The gym was week stocked with a variety of weight machines and aerobic exercise machines including a spin bike. The biggest disappointment was paying for wifi, even the cheapest hotels offer this as a complimentary service, it felt like the hotel was nickel and diming its customers.

Did I miss something? When did Marriotts start to feel more like Fairfield Inns? First the good - the soft product, staff, was fine, I guess. No major complaints there. Sort of. More on that later. The hard product was a different story entirely. Whats with the cheap vinyl plank flooring instead of carpeting? The sofa was comparable to a park bench in comfort. Maybe a complete door for the closet would be a nice touch? Then there was the bed. Have they changed vendors? Marriott beds used to be super comfortable. Not this one - this one was soft, cheap feeling and fitted with skimpy sheets and pillows. On to the bathroom. One sliver of soap and two very tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Really? And all this was supposedly in an upgraded room since Im Marriott Gold. I guess upgraded here means on the third floor next to the vending machines and just above the sometimes noisy hotel entrance. Oh, well. I swear the Springhill Suites I stayed at a couple months ago was considerably nicer. Overall, Id say 3 stars is a bit generous for this Marriott property.

The brand new M Club Room (replaced the concierge lounge upstairs) is awesome, with a nice breakfast and omelette station in the morning. The M Club Room also has a Starbucks machine with excellent coffee choices, and is well-designed, comfortable space to relax in, watch a little TV and spend time with friends/colleagues. Customer service from all the staff was exceptional. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town for a business trip.

I must say, one of the fancier layout of Marriott I have been to. Their restaurant options are bad either with a great bar and wait staff. They have indoor seating, high table seating, booth, bar, and an outdoor balcony with a fire.Cons: The parking situation is not ideal. Youre exposed to weather between the garage and the hotel. And the lobby and lounge area doesnt offer much privacy so all it takes is one loud group to kind of ruin it for everyone.Otherwise, when available, I wouldnt mind coming here for business trips. Their lobby Starbucks is one probably the saving grace of everything. Nearby Starbucks are typically packed and out of the way. The drivers in the area are typical LA drivers and just rushing everywhere, so one less outside stop is better and safer. Good job Marriott Warner. 👍

The room is adequately sized. The mattress is rather low to the ground and a bad mix between firm and soft almost as if it was old, I dont think it is but thats the way it feels. The workout facility is adequate yet is the only place Ive ever seen treadmills overlooking an indoor pool which makes it a very humid uncomfortable workout experience. The TVs on the treadmills dont generally work in terms of sound sometimes in terms of picture. The bar is fine with a limited selection of beer. Overall it is one of the most mediocre Marriotts I generally ever stay in.

The location was ideal for the people we were visiting. Rooms are very well appointed. We had a problem when we checked in (our room had been given to someone else and they had to downgrade our room due to overbooking, although I had called 3 times to confirm our reservation since we were on the road and were arriving early evening. Each time I called the person I spoke to assured me it would not be a problem, they were holding our room). The might before we checked out I called to speak to the manager. I was told he was busy but he would give us a credit towards our bill (a modest amount). I will say the Marriott Warner Center is a beautiful facility and I hope to stay there again during future trips to the area.

I was here as part of a conference. While the bed was comfortable enough, the room could use some updates. There aren’t near enough electrical outlets for today’s gadgets. There needs to be a fan in the bathroom as it makes the whole room very humid. Many of the conference rooms are kept very cold, but the hotel room never seemed to cool down enough. I had to keep the fan constantly running in order to feel anything.

Newly remodeled is what the website says. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting, missing closet doors, no dresser to put clothes, no safe in the room, and not well maintained. Our phone didnt work. I moved the ottoman only to find garbage from previous guests that was not cleaned up. Used their new app to request towels. Week later, they still have not responded. By far the worst Marriott I have ever been in. Oh and the free parking they talk about is about 30 places on street.

Worst experience ever! So first off me and my fiancé and daughter were in our room when 2 employees came up and were very disrespectful and rude saying I had noise complaints. I proceeded to tell the staff that they had the wrong room where Ariel who wasn’t the brightest fella thought it was a good idea to threaten me and tell me not to make him come tell us again. He then said I was lying about the noise coming from our room when I literally have been hearing the same issues the entire night. During COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel takes special action to keep the people safe. Social distancing rule is implemented. The elevators are only allowed for two people at one time. The pool is open, but has to keep social distancing. Only bar are open for drink or eat outdoors or take away. The housekeeping is 5 days per time, but you may request the towels from reception or call at the service to deliver. The room is compact and clean, but the insulation is not so good that you may hear the noise if people talk outside the rooms.

Check in took 3hours the manager Carlos raised or roommate by $75 because my mom filled out the associate rate card incorrectly (her fist time using it) he was unwilling to walk her through it our accept the corrected for. We travel to LA for business often and typical stay here. On this last trip we knew that we would be arriving late, so we paid extra to have the rooms we wanted. Upon our arrival we were told they in fact didn’t have our rooms. The answer to why they didn’t was simply we don’t have enough house keepers. This particular property runs a very nice scam set up with their parking. Without asking they charge for valet parking even if you parked yourself. The one star review is directly due to the comfort of the mattresses. There is no difference between sleeping on the floor or in the bed. The mattresses are rock solid, they feel slabs of concrete wrapped in plastic sheets/blankets.I don’t understand this and it’s at every Marriott. I have all kinds of points saved up because I would never personally book a room at a Marriott.One stays at hotels for a single reason: a place to sleep. I will remember how groggy and tired I felt the next day because I could not get any sleep the night before.And it’s not the just the mattresses that make sleeping almost impossible, it’s also the sheets and blankets. They don’t breath, it’s like sleeping in plastic sandwich bags, you could have the room temperature so low you can see your breath but a couple minutes under these plastic unbreathable sheets and you will be drenched in your own sweat. Which means all night long, it’s a game of on and off with the bedding.

I came here for a meeting with some other professional colleagues. I like the place its very convenient and spacious to meet clients. There is plenty of parking including valet parking. There are plenty of places to have a beverage or to have a snack. The freeway is just a few minutes away. If you like shopping the Topanga mall is only a few minutes away. Very disappointed. As a wheelchair user, the quality of the accessibility modifications in our room and the bathroom were less than helpful. Instead of a bathtub size roll-in shower, the shower was a long narrow cave, as if a bathtub were placed lengthwise and you had to step over the end to enter. Once the transfer bench was lowered, there was no room to actually roll into the shower in order to safely transfer onto the seat. It was quite exhausting transferring and showering with the configuration. Not ADA compliant, Im sure.When we checked out, we overlooked one of our bags (left it in the room) and had to have it shipped to our home. The bag had a bottle of wine in it, which I very specifically explained three times. I requested that the bottle be carefully handled so that it would not break in shipping. You can guess that this did not happen and the bottle broke in transit. The contents of the bag as well as the bag were ruined.Just got off the phone with one of the managers at the hotel. It was a very disappointing interchange. It turns out that the person who took my request to return my bag did not tell me several hotel policies that would have saved me the headache of a ruined bag because of a broken wine bottle. In essence, its our problem. There was no resolution, not even an apology on the part of Marriott for the poor handling of our belongings.Looks like Marriott has been removed as a possible hotel choice for me and my family.

The room we had was dated the thermostat looked like it was original to the hotel meaning an old mechanical thermostat that was difficult to adjust even when you adjusted it it had two speeds full blast freezer or warm. They deliberately book more rooms than they have - betting that some people wont show up.I learned this the hard way. I made a reservation directly through the Marriott system. I had a reservation number and I guaranteed the reservation with my credit card. But when I arrived at to the hotel they told me that they didnt have any rooms.I think this is wrong on several levels. The mattress protector was too small for the mattress in our room and it came off every night while we were sleeping, making it so we were sleeping on the gross mattress. You could feel the springs in the bed, which you shouldnt feel in any mattress. Let alone a Marriott! The staff is the only reason its getting 2 stars, but in all honesty it deserves 1.

Room and check in was great, but we left behind a NEW Don Julio bottle in the box sealed. I called the hotel to asked if I can go back to pick it up and apparently it wasnt found because it was throw away. I could understand if it was open but no, not accepatable. I wish I wouldve known about the renovations before booking my 2 weeks trip. Disappointed in the gym riddled with roaches and open to the whole pool/bar area where despite the signs for no children unattended they run in and out wet and playing with equipment plus there were roaches everywhere. Switching to the Courtyard in Sherman Oaks this week, better hotel, less expensive and better location.

Looked beautiful on the pictures and when arrived. Got back late at night with my kids asleep only to carry them into a hotel room with ants everywhere. Bed covered, suitcases, and every corner. Ended up moving everything to a different room the same night just to wake up to ants crawling all over me.

I was here for an office Holiday party. The venue was nicely decorated and was modern and tasteful. The food was excellent as was the service. The cash bar was a bit pricy, the parking was confusing, and getting from the parking area to the correct room was also a challenge but otherwise it was a great venue.

Great stay. There is a Starbucks on premise so its very convenient. Food is great so dont be afraid to try anything there. There is a movie theater just across the street, also very convenient. It is also walking distance from the Westfield mall so there are more things to see and do. I stayed on the 17th floor so I had a great view from the balcony. Concierge is fast and so is room service.

The lobby and front entrance were grand, however when we got to the room we felt like we were in a different Hotel. The room was small, both the bathroom and room need to be expanded and updated.When we found the first room small we asked to move. They moved us to a room right off the elevator that smelled awful, and we would have heard everyone coming and going all night long, not to mention there was a gap under the door that would have let even more sound thru. And to top it off the room wasnt any bigger. We ended up unhappily back in the first room hoping to get a good nights sleep but the bed was horrible.We thought we were going to a much nicer hotel when we left the Holiday Inn to go to the Marriott. This Marriot is a cheap hotel room wrapped in a fancy building with the higher price tag.

Very nice and modern property. Awesome location, close to the metro station, an AMC, shopping, fine and casual dining, hiking, views, and plenty of other things to do. Breakfast was delicious too. I love that Marriott has a good relationship with Starbucks that puts stores in most of their hotel lobbies, including this one. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is the room was surprisingly noisy at night. You can hear whole conversations outside in the hallway. The 2nd night we put a towel on the floor at the base of the door and it helped quite a bit. All things considered, Id jump at the chance to stay there again.

Arya checked us in.. Super friendly and personable. Hotel looks clean, same in the room. Only issue we had no wash cloths, didnt notice until it was time to take a shower. So we called and over 20 min passed and no show.. So we called again and within 5 minutes we had them.. Also not a deal breaker but was offered WiFi and its not on.. The location is right next to the mall and lots of restarants. Close to the expressway also. The service was great. Staff opening doors, everyone very friendly, and the food was good but a little pricy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. Would definitely come again.

I just stopped by for information regarding blocking out rooms in march 2017. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in advising us how to connect with sales. The only issue we had is that we were unable to book 2 rooms for a future date at the front desk, apparently they only book same day stays there. I thought that was weird and off putting.

Stayed here for the weekend. arrived late on Friday due to plane delays so the concierge was very friendly and took care of our parking for the weekend because of all of our troubles already that had nothing to do with them. Great facilities and amenities. WiFi was a bit temperamental at first, but mostly good afterward. The TV in the room has an excellent interface (for a hotel), including Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and YouTube apps with working HDMI Inputs. The room was warmer than we wanted, but it was an upper floor in a triple-digit heatwave so understandable.

I have been going since a couple days old, we had to leave our house for awhile so we lived here and my mother always said how they cared for us so much in our situation that we were in. Free apples and headphones too. Indoor and outdoor pool. Exercise place that over looks the pool! Which is cool, plus u could watch ur kids while working out. They accept dogs. They have events here too.. the food is Soo gooddd. The waiter is SOOO goodd . Love this place ..

Currently the Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills is going under a major renovation from lobby to rooms. They have been very transparent on how the new look is. It will be very exciting for me to visit this location once renovation is complete.The location is in the middle of all the main corporate offices, shopping and restaurants. It is very conveniently located, center of all things to do in Woodland Hills.As for service, the Marriott staff makes each guest feel very welcomed and part of the Marriott family, especially as a Platinum member.This will definitely be my first choice to stay in this area.

The desk clerks went beyond the call of normal duty by helping us connect to get theater tickets printed from my laptop, especially Anthony and Niuari. As usual at a Marriott hotel, all the staff were friendly and efficient. Weve stayed at this particular hotel many times over many years and have always enjoyed it. We dont particularly like the chess design of the lobby--it was much nicer with original art, including along the hallway to the conference rooms. This time, our refrig. didnt work, but the room was clean and the mattress comfortable. Room service was fast, but the selection is small.We will continue to go to this hotel for its convenience--only 20 minutes to Hollywood and within close distance to Dodger Stadium and North Las Angeles.

I would rate this Marriott slightly below the average of other Marriott hotels that I stayed in. The building is relatively old (was built in 1986) and somehow the whole hotel lacks a fresh, clean atmosphere.The service was mostly very friendly and there seemed to be many longtime employees.Prices are relatively expensive, especially the parking fees (they are charged separately!).The hotel is specialized to host events and conventions and for that it is well equipped.
